Very big and alive hotel, everything is organized and clean. A lot of varieties of food and restaurants, Very satisfied from the stay.I had a logistical problem when my car got broke, unfortunately nobody at the hotel helped me because they were very busy with other customers and didn’t have any contact or any way to help me.The hotel is very big, so maybe a plan for the hotel to be distributed for guests upon arrival will be a good.

Hotel was very expensive for what you get. The food was AWFUL. We paid for the all inclusive package but ate most meals out at other restaurants and not at the hotel as the hotels food was basically inedible. Breakfast had a few ok items. Thats it. The only reason I gave it 2 stars was that the staff were friendly.

We had a nice stay here. All staff were amazing, room is clean, food is not the best but ok and there are wide variety of restaurants and dishes. The only drawback was the late handling of clients on the check in counter.

Room service is perfect. All the staff is doing excellent job, very friendly, very keen on making us satisfied. Special thanks to Mr. Waleed.Although the heat, they serve all kinds of drinks very cold throughout the whole day.The hotel is spacious, they have 4 different pools, a lot of places of comfy to sit at.The food experience is the only negative point.Food quality is not good, fries is full of oil, the worst part is the long queues. Very long queues to get food of live cooking, like grilled meat or fried food. Pizza at snackbar is really bad quality.Despite that, waiters and workers in the restaurants are really very active and helpful.Only if food quality is a priority for you, dont go to this hotel.

Everything was great except the reception & check-in, we have been waiting from 1:45 PM till 4 PM in the reception to receive our room...... they had groups that day & they couldnt deal with that.... it was chaos at the reception!!!!!!

It would be even less if we havent had good time first three days there. Since we were staying at Albatros blue next few days they started to remove us from their grounds... To avoid additional disputes i did not go there last few days of my stay there because I had no will to find out what else i cant do or where i cant go... Good thing I did not have the need for toilet because who knows where would I need to go... sea perhaps...

The place is beautiful but there are no kind of sanitary precautions. As well as disorganization and a lot of hoopla. Eating is usual and not renewed. Not enough places to eat. And the lack of interest from the workers because the number of them is small. Accommodation in rooms at a later time around 6 pm. The place is beautiful, but it needs a successful management.

The food is blunt it has no taste,sweets partiton has no varieties and it is the same in all meals and every day, as for the transportation to the beach to go back to our hotel there were 60 people foreigners and Egyptians waiting to ride in coaster bus the driver said there is no other busses available and i will not return for remaining people so fit there was no consideration to covid virus and precautions to the socail distancing it was hazardous situation i was standing at the door which was left open to fit in and i could have fell

It is very decent hotel. There is a huge and wonderful territory. There are several pools, very big water slides, good beach. The food is not the best but it is always plenty during meal time and diches is high quality ones. The restaurants are clean and dirty plates are took away very fast. Staff are friendly, but some guys as bartenders with a purpose of getting tips shows a little irritation and lazinesses. The rooms are clean, the room staff are perfect.

Nice place, relaxing, people were friendly. The beach is ok, and the fishes in the nearby coral reef are very friendly with tourists... It was a variety of food, average, but fresh and tasty. I had not any problem with the staff. Rooms in the main building are modern, well equipped, with sea view and wi-fi. there were a lot of rooms in the interior garden, quiet, nice, a lot of pools - all sizes. We are not demanding tourists, we have found everything we needed here.

Everything was perfect except:1. Cleaning in the rooms2. Most of employers sometimes are not friendly... Seems like they are tyred from their work

Great experience, i had a lot of fun there.At the beginning, we received a room with bad conditions, air conditioning was not working and it was dirty, then we complaint at the reception and they gave us another room that was really perfect.Good food, a lot of variety.There is a magical restaurant named colina for the dinner.I loved the beach, the view and staff has a good attitudeI enjoyed my time there and i wish to go there again

Bad food made out of cheapest ingridients possible, same food every day. Alcohol worse than at 16th birthday party. Staff is anoying and wants to talk to much or rushed and rude. Facility is great. Beach and pools great. Why is golf etc until 6pm only? Extremely boring people at the beach and pool offering to sell field trips, braids, masages.... they ask you 15 times and follow you. Internet is horrible!!!

Well this was the third time I stay there and it was the worst, the food and the service quality were pretty low, very limited number of workers supposed to serve a 100% occupied hotel, and even the level of the people is much below that the average, In general I don’t recommend it at all.

The resort is great. You have a lot of choises for food, for entertaining. A lot of pools. Very clean and the staff is polite and ready to satisfy youre wishes.Strong recomanded.

Not bad.. Our room had a nice view but had also an old furniture.The resort have a large number of pools but few are opened.In general it was good but does not equal the payed price

The beach is nice and sandy, buffet were good but not much variety, Culina restaurant has sea food every day, rooms in the new extension are very nice. Hotel Staff are friendly and very helpful. Internet is available everywhere in the hotel. Aqua park is very small with only 2 adult slides and 1 kids area.

Great 4* Hotel.The food,the service,cleaning are very good.If youre looking for relaxing holiday with nice beach(no shoes needed) in beautiful garden surroundings this place is for you.Taxi to Senzo Mall costs 7$ round trip.Ask for frontal seaview coz many rooms has side-seaview.Rooms with seaview are only in main building.Family rooms are in bungalows-nice views to beautiful gardens.

Every thing in Albatros Beach if very good.But I have important comment for food without any quality for material and food types.This is second visit for this hotel and I will never visit it again.

This hotel is just perfect. It has everything you need that it makes you want to come here every time you visit hurghada. The food is brilliant. There are a variety of pools with different designs. The beach is so clean and beautifully arranged and decorated. There are kids aqua park and 2 aqua park slides for adults. Life guards everywhere. There are 4 restaurants with you can choose from. The rooms are amazing and very luxurious and everyday you will come back to your room to find it very organised, cleaned and tidied. I loved my stay there and will definitely be repeating it again. I went there 2 times in the previous years and when i came back this year i found the hotel to have new restaurants and pools which gave me a different experience from my previous stays there. I 100% recommend you go there.

The beach is not safe at all!! Literally after 3 meters inside the water the depth is from 7 to 10 meters!! And the Nets are not connected to the ground, it is floating on the surface!! We had a very limited space to swim (mainly standing on the shore)!!! It was a horrible experience! However the bars are great!

That was a great experience, everything was great, the staff is sooooo friendly to both Egyptians and foreigners, the food was great ,but there was no variaty of food, whenever you call the receptin for anything you need, its done immediately without any delay, the qua is clean and so as the hotel and the restaurantsthe only thing that I dont like is the A.C was very weak although its a very big resortalso, there are some places that are closed like the restaurant in front of the jakoozy pool and half of the hotel, but may be coz of Covid 19

Great slides and loads of them, comfy beds and sunbeds along with the friendliest staff ever.Only downsides, if being massively critical, is the food which isnt amazing. They do try and put a good spread on but it is rather repetitive and bland. The other is the non branded drinks. I stayed in Turkey before and they had four or so different top brands of whisky.Would I come back here, yes. Although if I had the choice of this and Coral Sea Waterworld in Sharm El Sheik, Im sorry to say if go back there.The hotel is also very heavily occupied by Germans, although many of them speak, or try to speak English and so far we have encountered no hostility (Which after the shocking holiday at Rixos Sungate in Turkey where Thomas Cook were shockingly bad and couldnt be reached on their 24 hr Watsapp number, I am more than slightly relieved). (Pps that wasnt the Germans it was the Russians who were rude and hostile at Rixos Sungate in Turkey. It was unreal and we both felt genuinely scared to be there. This was mentioned to Thomas Cook but they continue to send British people there. On Trip Advisor there is a picture of a teenage girl who had her face smashed in by them!!)

Nice hotel, good food choice. The only downside is loud music late in the evening and occasional construction site hammer drills after 10pm.

Staff is very polite and helpful, however the tension of an overcrowded hotel and continuous pressure shows on them. A couple of things to note before going: 1. The facilities are clean but not properly maintained, especially that the hotel is old. And 2. You need to confirm the rates with the hotel with proper derails before booking.

One of the front office team cheated me, first they gave me small and very low level room, which I refused it, they insisted that this is my room level, they said that we dont have any other free room, if you need better room you have to pay 500LE extra for each day to upgrade your booking, I showed to them my booking confirmation and the room photos from the booking appsand I insisted to take a room as my booking or I will cancel my booking, finally they took me to the front office manager who solved this issue. My question is why they are cheating the customers while they had the solution?

Nice place if you dont mind about hanging around at the hotel. We used it as a base for further travels and it was fully sufficent.
