Sea and staff are very good .. the sea is really UNIQUE .. extremely variable sea lives.. very COOPERATIVE Staff -including the clinic- all are very good persons .. concerning food, food is not variable .. beef is not cooked well ,, Dessert is good .. room is not supplied with shower gel nor soap .. and when the staff asked for soap and shower gel say no supply ! Also bad satellite service ,, weak air conditioning .. only one small swimming pool is available .. Aqua park is not considered for adults at all its another children aqua. Animation is not good.

Were there first time in 2018, currently were considering to go at the same place this year.Around Hurgada, there is just one excellent place to stay - its this hotel.Stuff are wery helpfull and nice, from reception to doctor. Literally we didnt need help from our tour guide.Food is egyptian. Who doesnt like it, You have many europian style hotels with burgers. Here in Taj Mahaj, food is egyptian and is delicious. Wine and beer is also ok.Deserts are also fantastic!What to say. I can write all day and everything will be at lest 4/5.Also, get a snorkeling mask. There are plenty of corals and fishes to enjoy in :D

The location is good and the staff is friendly although thier financial difficulties. The hotel is missing a good management to train the staff and to modernize the vey old facilities like the air conditioner. The resturant has few options and quantity.

Хорошая бухта. Отличный снорк и просто купание. Прекрасные виды - территория сходит к морю амфитеатром. Три работающие горки на площадке с замечательным видом на бухту. Какая-то особая энергетика места.Ужасная еда. То есть совсем ужасная, в пионерлагере была сильно лучше. Ее не хватает сотне отдыхающих. из напитков - юппи и чай, но чая не хватает на всех. Можно пить свежевыжатый сок на пляже по $2. Заброшенная территория. Темно и страшно ночью. Домики и номера, которые не используются, заброшены. Прогуляться из отеля некуда (в отличный Серенити не пустят). Впрочем, за 50 фунтов местное АВС-такси отвезет вас в центр бухты, где можно прогуляться по хорошим 5* отелям. Обратно можно вернуться на такси или пешком. Но разница по возвращении будет удручающая. Пустыня, зелени нет почти. Воды и электричества мало. Нужны огромные вложения и продуманный менеджмент, чтобы возродить отель. Очень жаль, если в ближайшем будущем это место, когда-то бывшее людным и популярным, сойдет на нет.

My friend and I were very much looking forward to the holiday. We hesitated to choose this hotel because we read various reviews, both positive and negative. We thought it would be a nice holiday and that the people in the reviews were exaggerating.The opposite became true. We would never stay in this hotel again. The fact that there is no greenery around the hotel does not matter and it can be understood. Hotel quite nice, average, large spaces. The food was just weaker. But what we already felt was the reluctance and inability of the staff. Furthermore, the eternal lack of toilet paper (people had to take them in the toilets opposite the reception), on arrival there was a small towel in the room (we had to ask the staff two days to bring us some), room cleaning terrible .. the room did not work safe and for the whole three days no one was able to correct it despite repeated pleas (both at the reception and at the delegate). Sweetened drinks were often hot. In total, we spent less than four days in this hotel, during which time water did not flow throughout the hotel. One day the water did not flow for about two hours, which could be understood. The next day, the water did not flow from half past three in the afternoon until half past eleven in the evening. Several people here had intestinal problems, fevers and were therefore without basic hygiene needs (flushing the toilet, washing hands, showering). Drinking water also ran out during this collapse. Absolutely unsatisfactory hygienic conditions. It also happened that the electricity did not work for about six hours. The only positive that the hotel can be proud of is the beautiful sea with corals.We escaped from this hotel together with other guests (after again complaining and contacting the travel agency to the Czech Republic) to another hotel, Mirage Bay. Here we spend the rest of the holiday. So far we can not complain about anything except the sea, which was better at previous hotel and many Egyptian guests (during this period they have holidays).If we can recommend, do not go to the hotel Red sea Taj Mahal and cancel the reservation ... (It is more for people who are specifically interested in diving and snorkeling 😄). We bought the trip as 5 * with a warning that it corresponds to 4 *.
