Unfortunately very unprofessional. Appointments are not kept or are not canceled if the employee is ill. A colleague on site does not make Germans, only Russians according to her own statement. It may be a German owner, but unfortunately you dont understand anything about service. Too bad. Even when making an appointment, no German is spoken and no prices are mentioned. I cannot recommend this studio.
