We had an amazing vacation here, we were here as a big family two babies, their parents and a full set of grandparents.First of all, this is a perfect location for families with children. The stuff, rooms, beach - all this is suitable for small ones. No need to say that we were able to feed the boys in the restaurants with local food with no problems.Secondly, the animation team is perfect. They offer nice entertainment, always sweet and friendly.I would definitely recommend this hotel and we are coming back there again this year.

Its a descent hotel with just enough of everything. Dont expect fancy stuff but there was almost buying that would annoy. Windsurfing and Kiting spots are 100 meters from the beach. The food is fine, they manage spoil really good ingredients sometimes but youll always find something tasty. The hotel is very kids friendly. We were with 10 month twins and didnt have any problems. Baby cots were good, navigating the hotel with a stroller was easy. The animation was really nice, but annoying but very entertaining and positively engaging. We like Italian ala carte restaurant even though Im almost always disappointed with this all inclusive offering, here it was worth checking out. The sea entrance is smooth and sandy, no coral shoes needed. Theres a little and lively coral. I had my first date with 2 red sea turtles. Ive been to a more posh Centido Palm Royal just next to this one, but would prefer Caribbean World for price/value.

Im not very picky so my review will be pretty positive, I always try to to have a good time when Im on holiday so Im not bothered by little things.Great location, great resort, the beach is ideal for children.The resort and the rooms are very clean, the primary restaurant is awesome, theres also themed restaurants which are also nice.I had no issues with the food, all very tasty and plenty. My favorite desserts were the traditional style, but the others were fine as well.Staff is very polite, Achmed from the beach is a great man !We had a sea view room, the upside was that we were close to the beach, the other upside was that on our walk to the main restaurant we could admire the park and the birds that were feeding with butterflies. No downside for us.If youre picky you have to choose if u want to be close to the beach or you want to be close to the restaurant, either way you have to walk.Pool bar, beach bar, snacks, jamaican bar, all ok, good beer!The animation team is world class! Very funny, smart and gorgeous people!The shops from the resort are a bit on the pricey side, very persistent shop owners, but maybe its me not being used with the Egyptian style of selling goods.On the beach you can get a lot of extra activities, costs not included. My daughter and wife rode a camel (Mickey Mouse) and a white horse named Shakira at about 25 euros.Overall a great experience!

Hotel is nice, garden is beautiful, pools are clean and water in them is nicely hot. Beach is huge, sandy, enough space, sun beds are on proper distance but you should mark your place early in the morning. Stuff are really polite, pleasant, warm, smile all the time. Rooms have lot of space, air conditioner works good but its not necessary to use it all the time. Temperature in end of June is not that high, theres hot wind all the time. I dont like queues in the restaurant - they say its necessary because of the corona time. Food is nice only I expect more variety. Doctor service is really good and pleasant. Excursions are plenty, just waiting for you to chose.

We have been at the resort for 19 days and I can only say that it was fantastic. The food was tasty and plenty of it. The rooms are dated, but the gardens and everything around the resort is well maintained. But our biggest compliments go out to the people who work there. They are all lovely people, they do everything for you. You will almost feel ashamed as far as their ministry goes. Especially Achmed on the beach is so super sweet that you want to adopt him like this. also the people in the restaurant (Mustafa and Ahmet, but also the 2 ladies at the entrance) Super friendly and hospitable. we had 5 massages at the massage parlor. Also highly recommended to everyone, very professional and also all super nice. (Achmed and Alex in particular) We had a hard time saying goodbye to everyone. Thank you everyone for this great holiday.

I got a double room for me, my wife and my 2 kids. The double room had three beds in it, 2 twin beds and one queen size one which was great. The beach was lovely, it was sandy and the water was very calm even in windy days. Though it had no coral reef for snorkeling near it, you can still get a snorkeling trip and other water activities on the hotel site. The animation team was great. The staff were very friendly and hospitable specially Mr. Amer the manager of The Tortuga restaurant. There is also a water park (Aqua park) in the hotel, it is very modest only three different slides it is still great for kids and we enjoyed it very much.However the food was at a lower quality then expected, cant say it was bad or caused stomach pain or anything like that, nevertheless I stayed in other hotels on the same all inclusive basis and the food was much better and the buffet had more varities of food. The food wasnt bad neither was it good, It was just ok.

The hotel needs a complete renovation of the rooms, the TV does not work, the staff speaks English poorly, the choice of drinks in the hotel is very scarce, fresh juices and cocktails are paid extra. The food is mostly bad, but you can try something quality and tasty. The only advantages of this hotel are that it has a perfect beach and sea and that the rooms and bathrooms are huge so there is plenty of space.Poor price-quality ratio!!!!

The beach is a dream, staff is great, but the hotel is in need of renovation. The rooms where not so clean and the food could also be better. All in all, our stay was fine, but we wouldnt come back again.

The Hotel is very big with thousands of guests. Rooms were nice and big. Hitel area is nice.Wifi is expensive (25€) and not included except for reception area, where everyone is in the internet and you have no chance for getting in.The worst are the meals, not 4* standard. We had far better hotels with much better meals in Egypt for half the price!We got diarrhoe after 4 days and couldnt eat anything but bananas and soup for the rest of the week and spend much time on the toilet! It was the worst sickness I have had in years!. We met Many people, who got diarrhoe in the resort.Except for the rooms I cannot recommend the hotel at all.The surfing sport there Is not good. The owner did not get our payment and discussed a lot before he gave us the surfing rental equipment. The surf equipment is old and not very save any more. Some were unlucky and their equipment broke outside on the water. That is dangerous and I would have panicked! So I cannot recommend the surfing sport, except with your own equipment.

I have travelled around the world, visited many hotels and this is the worst hotel i have ever been in my life, bar none. I dont even know from where to start.. Hygiene is on very low level, from restaurants to rooms, to towels for the beach, they smell really bad and have stains on them.Food in the restaurant is INCREDIBLY bad, only chicken, rice and fries are barely acceptable. Other food either have no taste either are extremely bad. My sister had stomach problems because of this food and had to stay in the room for most of our vacation. Also there is no internet in the resort except in lobby, which is a real embarassment for 5* hotel !!! We had to pay for 50€ for the two of us to have it around the resort, and it was barely working, everyday we had to complain at the reception so they can fix that problem.One night i even found the white lizzard in my bed as i made the bed to sleep. There were many other bad things i can say about this resort but these are few most important. I dont recommend this place to anyone, it is a real disaster. The only nice thing about the resort is the beach, but other places also have nice beach, so my advice is to go to some other place. This hotel should be 2 or 3*, it is outrageous that it has 5!!!!!!

Great resort:* Friendly staff in all departments (reception - guest relations - house keeping - bars).* Creative and entertaining animation team.* Beautiful landscape.* Best beach soft sand and clear water.* Food quality is average needs more enhancement but it still eatable.* We arrived early but check in process didnt take much time and we received our room quickly before check in official time.Bottom line anyone visit this resort will enjoy his stay with all friendly staff in the resort.

Lets start off with the exceptional. The rooms where nice and air conditioning was great thats pretty much the good but one side note there aren’t any toothbrushes or toothpaste which is quite weird for a 5 star hotel and you have to pay for internet inside rooms, and on to the bad. Service was absolute horrible its like they dont have enough staff at the hotel, it’s pretty basic to have a waiter come to your table and ask what you’d like to drink but it never happened and there isnt any food variety and there isn’t enough chefs on each station so it’ll take you about 15 minutes to have a full plate of average food quality, oh and lets not forget the fact that they dont have a coffee machine inside the buffet you’ll have to go to a separate bar to get a cappuccino, latte, etc… and the one thing that bummed us all was they dont serve fresh orange juice at all which is a staple in every breakfast buffet so that explains how bad service is. Honestly the beach isn’t bad, but i was disappointed that it had no coral reefs but keep in mind there are beach activities where you’ll snorkel, scuba dive and all that jazz just have to pay extra of course. The pool was nice but every time we go its really cold seems like they cant afford heaters for a 5 star hotel, the Aqua park was fun but the life guard had no organization whatsoever you’ll find 2,3 going down the same slide and end up hurting themselves and that tops up everything throughout the week we’ve stayed over there. definitely wont be coming back. Oh and im pretty sure i can find a 3 star hotel thats better than CWR (Caribbean world resorts)😂

Absolutely crazy. We were in the Hotel next to this hotel and they constantly blasted aggressive and loud party music at their guests. It was so loud that even we, the guests of the 5* resort next to it, couldnt enjoy the beach and relax.Friday, Saturday, Sunday. Their DJ must have lost his mind to turn up the volume like this and create a scene of techno party for hours in the morning, afternoon aswell as in the evening.

The hotel was awesome there is so much to do the food was fantastic there is so many types of food from difrent cultures the rooms where comfortable and we had a garden outside the room if you are able to choose a room definitely get the one that has a garden out front it was friendly for kids as well there are slides and the customer care was awesome the only problem is the internet but that is not the hotel’s fault internet is mainly very bad in hurgada don’t buy the internet at the hotel there is no point it doesn’t work i only had internet for a few minutes.

Nice place and kind people. Great sea views. Great beach. Pools are nice. Aqua are fun but stairs are slippery i hope they can find a solution for it and the aqua needs more control with slides especially with young kids and to give instructions for the kids what they should do before getting down the slide not to get hurt. Doctor and pharmacy on site are nice and helpful. Front office manager was so brilliant and helpful when i had a health problem while in hotel. Food especially the snacks on beach are very good. The late breakfast can be better as it was only sweets no cheese sandwiches as was written. Over all great holiday and great place and definitely we will visit again god willing.

Fantastic sandy beach, shallow water great for kids, 3 water slides for kids and adults + 2 for kids only, beautiful green areas throughout the hotel, standard Egyptian all-incl drinks range, good food, generally very friendly staff, has an open-air restaurant near the beach. Lots of extra activities offered: camel/horse riding, quad driving, kite surfing, water sports (incl parasailing), scuba diving and snorkeling. Anti-covid measures only apply to staff, no one is even asking guests to wear masks indoor, so its totally unsafe (as in most Hurghada hotels, from what Ive heard).

We were very satisfied. We lived in the area of ​​the neighboring hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious, the bathroom was clean. The beach in this part was completely empty, so we always got sunbeds.The food was good and there was a great selection.The only thing I do not recommend is arranging a trip to Hurghada via a delegate. We were disappointed. The second time we arranged a taxi directly at the hotel reception and it was all right.Wi-Fi only at the hotel reception and did not work very well. But who needs it on vacation?

Food in the main restaurant was tasty but the Italian restaurant was fantastic. The most bad hotel I ever seen. The staff are very rude, the restaurant is very durty, the food is disgusting, the room is badly furnished, the sewage system in the bathroom does work properly. This hotel does not deserve more than 1 star meanwhile the price is more than the actual 5 stars hotel.

You get a card for the room and when you pay,you get a bracelet to wear so people know you payed the stay and you get free drinks and food.The food is good.There are some events you can pay,and yes I know it is expensive but,trust me its worth it.After all,great hotel, i recommend it for family vacations.

Very nice resort to visit, highly nice staff, 2 big restaurants, 3 small bars/snacks stations, 3 main pools and lengthy sandy beach ⛱. Nightly show thats different and joyful for kids and adults, multiple stores that sells variety of products. Great service, reasonable price, highly competitive and affordable 👏

Where to start... the compound itself is old but decent, as are the grounds but neither are the purpose of our visit. So things that matter, the choice of foods is limited and average. The highlight of breakfast is the egg station. You have at your disposal unlimited apple and pineapple juice, and sometimes orange juice appears. Rest are sodas and beers, so not that great for kids. You have a choice of two flavors of ice cream  in the whole compound which are limited from 10-17h. I personally find this outrageous, but thats me. I mean its summer on the beach  kids want ice cream dont they? The beach closes at 18h as do 2 of the 3 pools so you are all forced to cram into one. The staff is friendly and helpful but the majority are just on the prowl for tips. All in all im writing this from the point of a parent who came with 3 kids expecting them to have a good time.

Hotel is 5 stars, but... They have huge problems. Quality of the food and beverages in beach bars is on very very low level. Toboggans are old, ready for changing, I still have injurie on my but after using it. Big problems with hygiene of spoons, forks,glasses, plates... Not enough glasses so bussboys take it from table usually without questions. In the room you can see rest of painting on every part, it isnt cleaned!? Beer is served in 1.5 dcl glasses, so if you wanna drink 1 beer you must go 3 times to the beach bar... I didnt feel comfortabile in this so caled 5 star hotel with all inclusive, beacouse all this reasons. There were more problems, but I think this is enough. Beach and resort are beautiful, so it isnt 1 star, but they have a lot to learn about customer services...

Very nice resort, with a lot of green spaces and a nice beach, ideal for a relaxing escapade with the family. The personnel is very nice and helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean. The food is sufficient and diverse. There are a few setbacks, like the lack of free internet, and the poor quality of the paid one, but overall, a good experience. There are also paid acrivities available, for the ones that look for some adventure, like quad driving, scuba diving, surfing...

Amazing place but even more amazing are the people that work there.Let me name a few - Mohammed takes care of restaurants and he will make sure that you enjoy your stay in the restaurant, he is constantly alert of all the guests entering the restaurant and it is really amazing how he manages to dedicate so much time and focus to everyone.Adam has a neat little store near the theatre, where you will find the best tea and spices and other neat products like camel skin lotion and best of all, he will great you and treat you like a long time friend.Carlos works in a store with leather upholstery and he will get you excellent deals on handbags, wallets, belts and anything made of leather.Cave Divers at the left side of the beach is a place you have to visit, their boat trips and diving trips are amazing, there is so much to see in the area and they are the best choice to show you all the beauty. Ali Baba from Cave Divers will find you on the beach and trust him that trips he offers are well worth exploring.I should mention the lifeguard on the beach, that not only helps swimmers feel safe, but will also help you find a spot on the beach on crowded days. Very communicative and honest person.Also our room attendant was excellent, we were in ground floor of building 8, and this guy always impressed with how clean was the room, every day.Speaking of things that didnt impress as much is the selection of cheeses and cold cuts at breakfast, but then lunch and dinner there is so much choice. The servers in the restaurant are also very kind and helpful, working very hard to make all the guests happy.Covid safety in the whole resort is at the very high level. Management took a number of steps in the area and speaking to my friends that stayed in European hotels at the same time, CWR safety is higher than many European destinations.Overall you can tell that management here takes very good care of their hotel and all the guests, first and foremost by keeping their staff very motivated.

How can i reserve in a restaurant in an hotel that i have already booked and stayed in all inclusive?!! Referring to this point specifically; i believe that we booked all inclusive and nothing inclusive (restaurants need reservation/ hard drinks not through booking you have to pay 500 per each person per night and not mentioning that before coming on app/ no wifi/ they mentioned that gaming room is included we found no gaming room asln !)There is no usual maintenance; the toilet buzz or the bidet is not working same for the air conditioner which we have asked to be maintained.Overall what they wrote on booking app is not the honest truthful facilities, it just for gaining fake stats. there are better resorts near Hurghada, would not recommend that place.

Everything was great! Beach, pools, drinks, rooms... Food for breakfast was not the best but you have a lot of choice for dinner and lunch. Staff is really good , everyone is smiling and so helpful especially animation team. Jo is the best!!!

Dont expect 5 stars as in western countries, more like 3 stars.Not so tidy, a lot of dust on the shelves and on the floor, bathroom with old peeled furniture, shower with problems, etc.Good meals, although the service is awful. Zero class for waiters or some bartenders, with some minor eceptions.Also a strange feeling as no women are allowed to work on the entire complex, except at the spa.

The best Hotel & Area to have a vacation in Hurghada, adequate personel, very Polite, area is super clean and perfect beaches & swimmin pools, i am strongly returning there for another vacation.

The only fantastic thing was the beach was sandy and beautiful , other than that everything was bad unprofessional staff especially at the reception, they prevented us from leaving the hotel after the rooms were delivered and the checkout was finished under the pretext that the towels in the room were less than the ones that were delivered to us !!! and the way they spoke was very bad and unprofessional , It was a bad experience and will not be repeated and I would not recommend it to anyone.

Nice resort. Big rooms, clean and well maintened. Beautifull gardens and pools. Personnel is mostly polite. Food can be better but its not bad at all. There is some sellers in shops who can be annoying and aggressive so you must deal with that all the time.

First of all it is far from all inclusive experience. The staff tends to be rude if you don’t tip them every few minutes, roll ther eyes at you at gossip about you in arabic and than start to laugh. Rooms were fair and nothing more than that, the whole hotel needs freshening up. Hygine was on a good level. Paying 25€ per device for a 7 day wifi was just a ripoff plus they kept canceling it so you have to go two times a day to the reception and ask for the manager so they turn it on again. Beach is beautiful and that is the strongest point of the hotel. Food is just god awfull and servers give europeans so little food while giving buckets of everything to the arabs, which looked like pure discrimination. Aqua park is made of 3 slides and works when the workers feal like working, deffenitely not the whole day. All in all not the experience im willing to repeat

1. We all got food poisoning all 20 of us no excuses , because they use contaminated tap water for making juice, cola , soda and wash fuits with it. Locals are accustomed with it ,not for europe visitors.2. Food not great at all for a 5 star hotel 3 star max3. Rooms and staff are 5*4. Beach is perfect 5*

Very bad hotel, im definitely not recommanding this place.

Friendly staff and big rooms, clean pools and nice beach. But also many problems that needs to be solved. Wifi at reception only that is so slow it is unusable. Pharmacy should be opened at 09h but no one comes until 9.40h. Children pool is closed with no explanations or warnings when making reservations.

Most of the hotel facilities really really needs renovations! Including rooms! Food is good and most positive thing is the staff but the freaking management they don’t care about the guest, i visited this resort 6 years ago and it was exceptional and everything was perfect but now it’s not even average any more. As i hear they have different and strict management now good luck with that :)

We really had the most amazing time ever in this place. Every single person in that hotel was incredibly nice and friendly, from reception through room maintenance and beach staff and cooks and waiters. Of course its inevitable to specially mention amazing guys from the animation team that really do a great job at keeping you entertained throughout your vacation. Food is amazing, even for a vegan like me. The whole place is perfectly clean. We will se you again very soon, CRW!

October is the best time for summer holidays in Egypt. Caribbean World Resort is very nice and beautiful place,the beach,accommodation, restaurants, especially people who works there and doing their best of to make you feel great while enjoying your holidays.

Great atmosphere. Nice food. Close to beach. Lots of paid activities you can do like quad bikes, horse and camel rides along the beach, day trips etc. Staff are brilliant and even came to sing happy birthday to my daughter. If you decide to go try to get a garden room in block 9 - perfect location for pools distances to beach and restaurants.

Great place. Lively atmosphere. You can keep your holidays calm and relaxed but also dynamic and amusing its up to you. Fantastic animation team. Amazing stuff, cooks, waiters, reception, cleaners, workers, bar tenders, pizza makers...Rooms are nice. Pools. For the kids you have a lot of entertainment. Beach is great.Food is diverse. And even if you miss something you can book italian and grill restaurant. Few locations for breakfast, lunch, dinner. You dont need to move from beach whole day.....

There is no wireless internet in the rooms actually at the hotel also the food was cheap ana had bad taste . No brushes ana toothpaste, no towel slippers.About 90% if the crew were rough and had bad attitude with the gesteThe aqua park was very coldThere is no guard on the childeren poolFinally, i dont know why the hotel costs all these moneyOnly the good thing was that it’s clean and the gardens was very good

Lovely hotel, food was ok, entertainment didnt start til late so we missed it most nights. No excursions around though u less you like snorkelling. Fights for sunbeds but we loved it

Our true second home. Treated like family. Staff are outstanding!!!! Food is yummy and beer is cold lol. From the gardeners to the managing director and everyone in between always made to feel welcome and like nothing is too much trouble for them to make your stay amazing. Highly recommended 😀😀😀

I dont remember much from the ​​resort itself🤣. I was intrigued by the scuba divers course of open water. I highly recommend this way of rest, the beautiful underwater world of the Red Sea. During my two-week stay, I only had a few days free from diving activities. I rested great.

For Swiss guests and those who are used to 5 Star service: this hotel is rather a 3 Star max. Check Palm Royal at Soma Bay for your easy reference how a 5 star rather must look like and be like (food/room/hotel look).The beach is nice but the food no variety all the time the same and disgusting how food is served on buffet. We stayed here as a family with babygirl and changed the hotel after 2nd day. Gym is good but some machines (leg extensions, triceps extension machine) needs to be repaired. We checked in at Palm Royal in Soma Bay just in the neighbourhood and we are very satisfied with this hotel - holidays saved.

It is real damn good I tell you that, CWR really has saved our trip there. Very friendly staff and a nice atmosphere. However I think a variety with the food (it tastes good nevertheless) and warmer pools are needed for a 5 star. After all I am really happy with my stay here!

Just come back home. I am very satisfied, hotel is far away from city mess. Beach, beach, beach. The most important thing to chose this hotel is beach. Sandy, clean, nice sun beds and sun umbrellas. In the sea you can find many fishes, corals and finally, nice elegant and big turtle. The stuff is friendly and they are doing their best to make you feel as a special guest. On reception desk Muhammed helps us twice, with confidence and smile. The food, especially Arabic is perfect. Hotel is bit older but clean. Some finishing details in the bathroom could be done much better. The garden is very nice and well maintained. Barmens, waiters and other guys are very pleasant in communication. I went with CAVE DIVERS on scuba diving, twice. They are so professional and friendly that I felt very safe on my attempts. WIFI needs to be improved.

Had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff are friendly and cant do enough. The rooms are very clean but are in need of an update hence my 4 stars. The location is great for a peaceful get away. A special mention to the hotel manager Mr Mohammed Bayomy who went above and beyond to sort out an issue had. Overall very happy with my stay here.

Amazing resort with very good service

Me and my partner stayed here after a weeks lovely cruise on the nile and it was a total let down from the start, i caught food poisoning at the beach bar after just being there for only a few hours where i was violently ill for the first few days and then each day i slowly recovered until i left. the management was disgusting, we got no support at all ,just got accused of lying. Also a very large sliding wardrobe door feel on me and the management didnt care, the catering service was very poor hygiene and in the lunch time restaurant it was even worse.because you had birds flying around and landing on all the tables picking at food. the cleaning of tables was done by a waiter with a dirty rag. the salad bar was completely covered in flies, we approached the management about these situations and they was in complete denial and did not want to know.DO NOT GO THERE AT WHAT EVER COSTS. but i do recommend the cruise but just stay at a different hotel.

The resort itself is well looked after by the groundsman but you can put lipstick on a pig ! Its still a 🐖. The tiles are broken and everything just needs work. If you look close. This place is tired. The food is horrible, I agree that there is a good selection but the selection is poor quality with bad grissly bit of meet and tasteless local Arabic dishes which are bland or taste bad. There are things such as chips and burger etc but again they are not very good. I had diarrhea from the second day I arrived, and the pharmacy tried to charge me £30 for some tablets. The choice of alcoholic drinks is rubbish with a few cocktails and beers for all inclusive visitors but they fill the drinks with too much cheap alcohol leaving it tasting like anti freeze, it is not nice! The kids club is also very poor in comparison to other holidays I have been on, they have virtually no activities for the smaller kids at all and the animation team only really looks after bigger kids and adults for things like volley ball. All in all a very disappointed customer, please do not waste your money on this resort! It is in the middle of nowhere and it was.so boring. If you wanted to do any excursions the sales guys would rip you off e.g £50 for a camel ride? Seriously, avoid.

Lovely hotel in great location. Hotel staff couldnt do enough for us and it was kept immaculate. Hotel showing some signs of its age but didnt detract from holiday. Food was plentiful and bar staff always available. Will be back next year xx

Old resort with far too many rooms for the tiny number of facilities. Paths were ill maintained and food was very poor. The gardens were kept well as they should be, the gardeners like many other staff horrifically overworked.Some staff were awesome, some genuinely so.

Lovely hotel.with amazing beach

It was pretty good. We were staying there when the hotel was at 25% of its full capacity, so it was nice to walk around the garden and go to the swimming pool, because it was not crowded.The activities offered near the hotel were enough to keep you entertained for 2 weeks (surf, diving, riding horses, quad, the animation team...)obviously, appart of the animation team, you have to pay more to do the activities.My experience with the service as a teenager girl was not the best, as they were allways asking for my name, if I had facebook or twitter or saying thay I am pretty. I know they are being payed to do that (or at least try to make you feel good) but at the end it became really annoying.Also the hotel was starting to show some signs of age, but the facilities were good enough (the room and the restaurant were spacious and clean) The food was good and varied.Overall, I really liked it. It is a good place for families that like to stay the whole time at the hotel, because you can not go out, as it would be very dangerous. I went to dive there, and the sea bottom was amazing, the fish, the corals, the light and the temperature were great.

The resort itself was great and staff were all lovely but the food wasnt. Snacks were not available when needed and we ended up having to buy snacks and ice cream in an all inclusive resort to keep the kids happy. Every other place Ive visited in egypt has always provided water in bottles when asking for mineral water here they give you very small cups and the bars are a walk away from the pool. The whole family suffered with upset tummies while away too. I wouldnt say the place is terrible as we did have a lovely break but certain things were not as we expected or would expect from a 4 star resort.

This resort was a good choice. The food is decent, if you are a fan of running on the beach there is enough place to do that, staff is very helpful and they dont ask for tips all the time, the pools are very clean, the activites available on the beach come for a good price and are very enjoyable and the animation team for 2019 summer was great 👌👍🏻.

Great hotel with great stuff. Everything you need is there. Although food is a little bit spicy but it is ok, you want be hungry.

Currently staying at the CWR this being the fifth time to Hugharda I can say that this is not the best hotel Ive stayed in. Beach is pleasant however as soon as you walk along the beach you get turned back by adjoining hotel staff as you are not allowed to walk along thier beach. The so called quite / No sales person area is noisy and no matter how much I tell them that I dont want a massage / go diving etc they keep asking daily. The hotel has a good size pool however no pool bar or waiter service like all other hotels Ive been in when staying in Hurgharda. The main concern I have with this hotel is that every drink be it Tea, coffee, alcohol. Is served in disposable plastic cups which are all thrown away and are keeping the bins full daily. Overall its a nice hotel that needs to look at thier plastic waste issue with some good waiters as long as you keep tipping them.

Hotel is beautiful, big complex in Soma bay, perhaps most beautiful in Hurghada. Stuff is lovely and very pleasant and polite. Everyone is smiling. Water is ideal, pools are big. There are 2 restaurants, and they are both good but I recommend central one - Caribbean restaurant, since it has more meals. There are also Italian restaurant, Arabic restaurant and fish restaurant. Meals are ok, bit of over spiced but that is normal for Egyptian cuisine. Gym is ok, and it has jacuzzi. There is Spa, however its not included in all inclusive price, which is not ok. Wifi network is only available at main reception desk and building, and is not available in rooms. You can buy room wifi as an extra, but I wouldnt recommend it, since its unstable. Room is big, clean, with fantastic terrace and big bathroom. Its getting cleaned every day. Becide main desk building and bar, there are two bars in complex- Jamaica in the middle and Cuba on the beach. Generaly Jamaica is ok, having live music (that is just terrible) but atmosphere is ok. Cuba is good, giving you opportunity to have drinks and snacks (pizza) on the beach. Although coffees are from cheap machine and they are bad. You can have beer (not to bad) whiskey (bad) cocktails (ok) and other alcoholic and non alcoholic domestic stuff. One thing that is very bad and unprofessional is the fact that -on the beach there are much less sunbeds and umbrellas than guests. So if you hit the beach and put towels on the beach between 7-8 am there are big chances that you dont find sunbeds and umbrellas that are free. Witch is just absurd and insane since everybody goes there for the sea and diving. I recommend diving. There is one non alcoholic bar in the middle of complex and its ok. I recommend diving. There are few stores in hotel but nothing special, and nothing outside of the complex. We were in late October and the weather was brilliant, being not to warm, with constant light breeze. I would recommend this complex to everyone, since it is one of the best holidays I ever had, and if I ever go back to Hurghada, this is the place to be.

Very bad hotel, I dont recommend it to anyone

Its okay. Probably above average as compared to others in safaga but definitely not at a 4 or 5 star level. Reception are simply not helpful or accommodating. Generally a cold feeling from staff, but overall the hotel grounds and food are fine.

Cheap and cheerful, food not up to UK 2 Star Hotel standard by any means as it lacks variety. Resort clean, tidy but maintenance job schedule is lacking. Winter NOT the best time to go, as its dead and the entertainment programme is poor. Smoking allowed in ALL bars, restaurants and entertainment areas. Nice beach if a little overcrowded with umbrellas. Majority of staff - well Id employ them. Be VERY wary of the beach sellers for the trips and do not go on the bedouin experience trip. Stick to Trip Advisor reviews, as the one we went on sold to us by a M was diabolical, safety 0, and animal welfare so appalling we reported it.

Beach is the best, service too. Food and beverages is excellent. Internet poor, lobby only. Several restaurant as a option, with reservation, recom. La Palma iItalian restaurant. Customer service for 5. Animation team cool funny. Everybody kind and with smile. Full recommendation!
