Its a good bus station. You can just come in and buy the tickets on the spot (we got the tickets online). There is a enough space and seats inside the waiting area. Also there is a small market inside the station where you can buy the snacks and drinks.Bus was on time (Hurghada-Luxor).Ticket one way 145 EGP per person (12/1/2022) Deluxe plus ticket.Bus was comfortable, enough leg space for tall person (191cm tall myself).Its not perfectly clean but remember that you are not in european union country but in Egypt.

Relativity clean, the seats should be cleaned at least once a day, you can visibly see dust. No free WiFi, actually no wifi period for customers

No air condition so it was hot. Also they take 5 EGP extra per piece of baggage which is not stated anywhere and they force you to put every bag except really small ones in the luggage compartment. So make sure you have all your valuables with you. Arrival was over 40 minutes late. Entertainment system didnt work, but wasnt a problem for me. Everything else was fine.

Go Bus is a great business and I highly recommend using them if you need to get somewhere far on a budget. Do yourself a favor and use their Elite Plus buses. The premium is well worth it compared to the lower tiers and the price is still cheap.

Very bad service. If you’re lucky, your Bus will depart at the given time. If not it’ll probably be canceled and you’ll have to consider yourself lucky that the next one departs. Paid 20 euros extra for a premium bus, got the regular one. All in all, avoid them :)

Used bus from Hurghada to Cairo and then back it took 7h each time and everything was good, the seats was as expected, comfortable enough, there was 30min stop so you can rest. The drivers was friendly. Only one guy in Cairo asked for tip when I putted my back pack in the baggage room just for putting on the lable, but i guess its normal in Egypt.

In general quite good, spacious bus, has toilet, bought elite plus ticket (online on the website go-bus.com , got tickets on email, no need to print, just show confirmation when step into the bus) for 200 pounds egyptian to luxor and back, 4 hours claimed turned to be 4.5 both ways

We took bus from Luxor to Hurghada, the journey started 10 minutes behind schedule and arrived with 60 minutes delay to the original time.I was told via WhatsApp by representative that bus doesn’t not stop on the way, I specifically asked about Makadi bay stop, where we were headed. Instead we had to continue to Hurghada for another 35 minutes and get a taxi to Makadi, which added 1 additional hour to our travel time! Clearly communication in this company is not perfect and customer service need some improvement.Booking online was easy and fares reasonable, however nowhere is mentioned you’d have to pay extra for luggage. We had to pay 10 EGP for each bag.Boarding to the bus and checking bags was disorganised and slow.Don’t get your hopes up with the title of the bus - Deluxe bus - which we got, was outdated and not comfortable at all with practically no leg room and no seatbelts. Reclining seats were wobbly.No electricity plugs on board and password protected Wi-Fi that didn’t work.I would use this bus company as a last resort if there is no other alternative for transportation. The main advantage is it’s cheap.

It is ok for the money!I traveled from Hurghada to Luxor, the price was ok and the driver was pretty good especially for Egypt and we felt save.Unfortunately No internet in the bus!!! In the bus was not clean and very dusty.

Ive taken Go Bus twice and the seat sizes seem to vary. From Luxor to Hurghada I could barely get into the seat because it was so tiny and my legs were pushing into the front seat for the entire journey. The overhead compartment is too small for even a small backpack so you have to keep your backpack between your legs. Basically its impossible to move once youre sat down. The busses are usually fully packed so there is no chance to move to another seat.The seat we reserved doesnt correspond with the seat shown on the booking page and it was in a different spot on the bus.On the way from Hurghada to Luxor the journey took over 1 hour longer than estimated despite there being no traffic, so the 4 hour estimate seems very incorrect. In 5 hours we only stopped once for a break after 1.5 hours which isnt really sufficient for such a long journey.Neither of the busses were clean and seat belts arent working or not even available as they have always moved down between the seats where they are unavailable.Overall its a hit and miss with the Deluxe category and the better bus classes like Elite might have more space available.

Its okay, the bus isnt super. It will get you from A to B without problems. The air-conditioning isnt good on the bus, my seat was really cold ... please bring a sweater. They only stop at one place where everything is overpriced so shop ahead of the trip. The guy who is loading the bags asks 5 pound, everyone gives without doubt ... I didnt wasnt a problem. Can recommend it but its just okay transportation.

One of the most famous traffic lines to Cairo .. they have multiple schedules to and from Cairo .. Started later to have many other destinations mostly to touristic destination and main cities in Delta and Upper Egypt.Also, they have many different level of vehicle with different level hospitality starting from calssic one to business class with WiFi and snacks served during the trip.In Hurghada , their station is based down town in El Nasr st.They have also a mobile application where you can book your trip and seat and pay in advance with your credit card. They have also a loyality programs where you can collect and spend points.

The bus From Cairo they say takes 6 or 7 hours but in reality its 8!!!! It stops many times for long wasting too much time, only stopped one time for the toilet in a place that charges for using it

This is about go bus station in Hurgada. The place is not wide enough. Too many chairs making the place very tight to move inside. A big area is salvaged to a market inside. The bus parking area is wide but the ground is slippery with car oils. The place need more care.

I took the Elite Plus option. Fantastic and wide seats that recline 60 degrees, with seat belts (a rarity in Egypt 😁), footrest, seat back entertainment system with English and Arabic options, live tracking on maps etc. USB charging port too. Food packet with snacks, juice and water is included. They have cheaper options like minibus also. I paid approx 25 $ for a 6 hour journey from Hurghada to Cairo and the higher fare was worth the comfort (the smaller minibus with narrow seats and minimal recline, no entertainment or snacks costs about 18$). Upgrade Recommended.

On July 31st i took gobus from Hurghada to Cairo(almaza).My trip was on the Elite plus which departed at 7:00pm(on time) and arrived to almaza (cairo)at 12:36 am,with one stop at El Gouna (hurghada).Paid 345 Egyptian pound for online ticket(no need for a printout) with a 10% promo code discount.Seat numbers are clear unlike the Elite DD.My seat was on a single seat row and was comfortable.Ac was good,ear phones wasnt given till i asked for one and actually it was almost not working.There was no wifi and the reason was this bus is new.A free bottle of water,juice,cake, pate,Nescafe, and tea was given. Some items were missing from the dinner box, however i asked for it.Carry on arent allowed and the reason was ridiculous if put on the floor it will affect the screens ,dont know how.

Travelled to hurghada so not sure what its like leaving from here. Bus from luxor had a puncture and added about an hour to the trip.

On time departure, late arrival both to and from Luxor. Convenient (mobile) website that also accepted my mastercard for payment.

The station was cleaner than last time I was there and they installed AC’s in the waiting area which is a plus.The bathrooms need major improvements. I don’t understand why would a big company like Go-Bus doesn’t want to invest in the comfortable or their clients ( after a long trip I should be able to find a decent bathroom to freshen up and get clean.P.S : the busboy should distribute the blankets and the pillows once the bus moves without ppl have to ask him.

They charge you for Delux cars (higher price) and you end up sitting in a Classic one which is very uncomfortable with small distance between each chair and there were some broken seats.

Ticket purchase was easy, good buses, confortabel but a bit cozy when you have long legs. We drived from Hurghada to Luxor in about 5 hours with one break. Very good Service.

Im visiting from America.We rode from Cairo to Hurghada, then from Hurghada to Cairo.Our first bus driver handled a disgruntled rider very well. And both bus drivers were very professional and understanding (we dont speak Arabic)I recommend the Delux or the Elite.The bus will leave Cairo and stop in Giza, halfway at a food court, El Gouda, and finally in Hurghada. Its very easy to book and pay online, as a traveller.

An easy and comfortable way to travel in Egypt. There are many stations, And the buses are always there in time. The only drawback is their choice of the movies in bus, some are not appropriate for kids with adult jokes and scenes.

In terms of value for money and comfortable travel then its hard to fault this company. Its cheap, it runs on time, and the bus was much more comfortable and had more legroom than your average airplane.You do have to factor in that this is Egypt, so get your head around it and enjoy the ride. This means the bus driver might not speak English, you might be stopped at security checkpoints, baggage handlers might try and fleece you for money - you just have to have your wits about you.The staff in the bus stations were very helpful, overall this a good service which I would definitely use again.

Though they have good buses, they must review their recruitment process. Worst customer service in the branch, and their call centre was just as bad as their customer services. I had to pay extra fees to cover their employees mistake

Dirty bathroom, arrived late at the destination for more than 2 hours, and they even asked to give tips for the baggage.

It is good to book online, buses are good and also drivers are goodChoosing superjet bus means you will spend more time on the road this is bad considering seats are close to each other and you dont have enough room for your legs or to adjust seat postion

The station is fine with enough room to accommodate a medium group of travelers.The buses often go right on time, sometimes 5min delay.You can either pay cash or by card.

Customer services is the worst ever. Busses never in time and employee do not try to solve the problem, they just memories the answers and keep repeating it. I will not advice anyone to use Go Bus ever.

The waiting area is dirty and very hot ( they don’t use AC) , they don’t call on people for the next trip or point to the right bus to take. So don’t expect anyone to help you there.

A good bus company and the bus station in Hurghada is a nice building located in downtown and have seats to wait and many facilities. The only bus company in Egypt that have a digital presence and a phone app that you can check times and available seats and book the ticket and pay online .They have many buses going to different cities in Egypt but they promote free WiFi on some elite buses that cost 405 EGP that didn’t work and that’s really disappointing and bad service

The lounge isnt the greatest, but they have air conditioning. Go bus is a great company overall, cheap tickets and excellent condition.

Just went to book tickets for a trip next month. The booking table is run by a ticket system, you take a ticket on arrival and wait for your number to flash on a screen, it works to an extent but lots of people still manage to push in. When we finally got served after a 40 minute wait the lady was excellent, she explained our choices and talked us through the ticket we selected. Its an ok service but could do better, welcome to Egypt lol.

I always use Go Bus to travel around Egypt but this was the only time I arrived on the time mentioned on the ticket lol and the driver was super! (Cairo to Hurghada 28 January 2021, 2:15 am bus).

Well, the problem is there are so many people which makes it harder to move, etc. The AC isnt even working properly which makes it more like of a way to get corona virus

Go bus was an interesting experience. I am giving it 4 stars because of lack of punctuality. Our bus was supposed to depart at 4:00 am but did not leave until 4:15 am. We had gotten the best bus available. They tried to recreate an experience of the hospitality of an airline; free snack and even tablets on each seat to watch movies and TV shows. The ride was quite quick and easy. I must say it exceeded my expectations.

This is very good bus station in hurgada. This station has clean toilets, waiting (sitting) area and snacks shop. Its a safe place for tourist as no taxi driver or tout enters inside this station.
