It was very bad experience from Alexandria to Hurgada the VIP chair was broken and the driver couldn’t fix it so he asked me to set any where else as there was no places available in VIP class.And because am lucky it happened again the same thing from Hurgada to Alex !!!!

Not worth the money but its the only way to get a little bigger seat. Its more than double the price compared to other busses and in return, you get a slightly bigger seat with personal screen to watch movies, not big variety. They also hand you a snack box with water and juice. Busses also seems like it doesnt get enough maintenance.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I took one trip to from Cairo to a resort. The trip was 7 hours long, seats were tight and uncomfortable. I decided to cancel my return tickets, but guess what the site won’t work to do so. I called customer service, which took forever to get a hold off. When I finally did, they were rude and would not refund my return ticket. They cancelled one out of the four tickets and told me oh well it’s your fault, can’t do much about it. There service stinks. I asked for the manager and the same rep repeated the same thing again. But once the manager finally decided to join the call, he cut me off and told me pretty much there is no solution. I just loss my money. I wouldn’t recommend their service for anyone.

Worst experience ever, office are closed early morning and customers have to wait the bus in the street worried without knowing the bus is coming or not. Customer service takes too much time to answer. The bus arrives late from Hurghada to Cairo and the driver was rude with us!! Also it was not clean and insects were found!! No respect to customers and I will not use Blue Bus again!!! 😠😠🤬🤬

So clean bus station and well arranged but unfortunately sometimes their employers dont speak English or dont talk it in a proper way which makes a lack of communication.Better to book it online than visiting ther branches as you may find someone good in english or maybe not.

Good service. Recommend First Class if a Foreigner and waiting at the Blue Bus Office if you dont speak Arabic (inform reception which bus you are waiting for) as can be confusing at the Nasr Street Terminal which bus to join

It was the first time and last time for me, on the way back from hurdaga to Alexandria the bus stoped 2 times the first stop was for 20 minutes as a rest And he stoped again in Cairo For 45 minutes to pick up another Client nt so we have to wait this Client 45 minutes..It’s really not recommended at all

I was on bus no 301, Cairo - Hurgada, the bus was not bad, despite its late departure by one hour due to tyre change, but bathroom was smelly and badly maintained. CS, phoned to apologize, but I do not think that they can change the below. See photos as per below.
