A lot of hustle to get things done you need to find a manager to get things done thanks to the back end managers after 2 and a half hours I got the service sorted

Terrible service for Landline and internet!Landline took 18 days for it to be installed and the internet didnt even work after consistently being late! So i canceled with WE and went to Vodafone (they completed it within 2 working days)

Central station in Almaza is closed for renovations I was redirected to Korba central, to discover no services to book trains at that location and was redirected to Heliopolis central, to be told to book a train ticket need to go to the side of the building once there I asked to book a train ticket to be told the guy in charge left at 3.00 PM.. left with the last option to travel to Ramses train station downtown to book my seat... no published schedules ... this is not acceptable

Good. It is not crowded at the evening. It is better to use the website for payment. Fawry can be used too. Place design and appearance is great. There is a waiting area. The place is air conditioned. Staff are friendly and helpful. They accept credit card payments but sometimes the credit card machine is not working. Parking is very hard at this area. They have a mobile app that enables using most of the services.

None of the employees are on their desk. The place is congested with more than 50 persons literally. No one knows anything here. They cannot change my internet package because the employer who knows how to do it is not available. It is a complete mess. I tried to do it through their call center but they insisted I have to go back to the branch !

WE is the worst company ever. More than 2 months of complaints, calls and visits with no hope to fix mu ADSL. At the end I terminated the contract & it took a month to get my money back. Almost 3 months without internet because of their bureaucratic and routine system.Not recommended!!!

I have been to this place several times during the past 40 years, the last was about 4 to 5 years ago. When I was there yesterday, I thought I had a dream. This is not a place in Egypt. Starting from the moment I stepped in, service, politeness, professional and friendly attitude was delightful. Even the engineer who was sent to fix the phones at home was extremely exceptional. After service was a desert. Thank you Telekom Egypt for living up to international standards.

Bad service from the front desk, then we go to talk to the person whose suppose to help us, but there you get sent to another person and that person also doesn’t know. And then and only then they decide to ask the manager after i made a huge fuss about it.I really regret going there.

They never permanently solve your issues. Either the same problem occurs or a new one arises after they say its fixed now

Theyve cleaned the place up but the service inside remains slow. You can book train tickets here, but no sleeping trains.
