This is one of the biggest Telecom offices in great Cairo. Staff helpful fast friendly. You can achieve lots of things in same day.Worst thing is serving two clients at the same time which makes you confused.

Doing fairly good service.Again, I believe that finally they are getting much better with regards to the use of technology.You can also have alot of home Internet package deals, in addition to landlines or mobile lines.

Very crowded and the automatic electronic queueing was not working that one has to keep an eye in all working stations to see thier current numbers. There are many chairs but they are not enough for all to sit down many people had to stand. Other that the employees are very helpful.

The internet is not stable at all. I am having no service for two days now. Ive complaint 3 times but no action has been taken. and now I am going to cancel my subscription.

This place is the egypt telecom which is my internet service provider and my telephone service come from there they have the worst customer services i ever had they have the worst technical engineers they have few knowledge about how to solve internet problems for customers also its not systematic its so crowded bad place

Good place but need more fast customer service

My experience with Telecom helioples is great. I spend a lot of time thier but the customer service are very helpful, very friendly. despite the fact that they serve thousands of people every day but they still have a nice smile on thier faces. I should also mention the technical persons, they are very professional. Thanks Telecom Helioples.

Worst technical support and customer service on the planet Earth! For 7 weeks not being able to fix supposedly easy ADSL issue...

First.. REALLY POSITIVE FEELINGDeapite that HATE the branding Colour and WE name.. Man we are Egyptians we could have named it PYRAMIDS OR RAA رعFOR THE PLACE ITSELFAirConditioned place. Proper waiting queue. Chairs all over the place. Professional staff and no empty Tellers. Every one is working like hell to finish the nearly 200 people there (i spent 15 minutes counting the flow of people and speed.. Geek as you can tell)Improvements that can be there..Monitors for queue numbers need to be bigger. Really it was small LCDs i was standing there not able to read it so what about elders. And go for Plazma old tech no need for smart TVs. This is waste of Egypt Money..You can get money by putting ads for ither companies not yours on the TVs.. Think smart.. We already there for your brands..do not follow other Vodafone style they are private companies.

Very crowded and no good ventilation..people will usually fight with each other or with the stuff of frustration..you have to wait hours to do simple tasks like paying your phone bill as theres only 2 or 3 agents to serve about 600+ daily visitors
