The place is lovely and the staff are really nice. I tried almost all the plates on the menu. They excel in Mac & Cheese plates, southern casseroles, and they make the perfect buffalo wings! The burger is also recommended.

Mixed feeling for this one.This restaurant has dozens of menu items from burgers, pizza, casseroles, mac & cheese ..... the list is long. And i think thats why i found it disappointing.İ went there after reading the great reviews they have.We started our lunch with Chicken Wings with Buffalo Sauce. İ can say its the best chicken wings i ever ate in Cairo. The skin is covered with crunchy spicy layer, which took the wings experience to another level. HİGHLY RECOMMENDED!! PS. İts spicyNow to the sad part. We ordered bbq mc&cheese. İt was sooo bad. The cheese sauce they make is more creamy than cheesy. Almost tasteless.Which bring us to the 2nd dish Roasted Chicken Bacon Casserole. İts written in the menu that it has beef bacon and mushrooms. İ found no mushrooms in there and the bacon was sooo little. The chicken and fried potatoes were cooked well but they were soaked in the same tasteless creamy cheese sauce.We couldnt finish our plates, thats how bad they were.There is other options in the menu, but i dont see myself trying them anytime soon.3 stars for the atmosphere, COVID precautions and the awesome chicken wings.

This is my second visit to country Hills restaurant last Friday was my first and it was totally encouraging to do the second .First the restaurant is small but cozy& clean, the interior design is really cool staff Is so professional they are smiling, helpful, they keep answering your questions food may take some time to be offered but its worth the wait.I tried the buffalo wings and OMG this is the best appetizer ever I mean you can smell the taste 😂 well seasoned, spicy and you can never get enough a must try .Also tried the Mac n cheese buffalo plate And loved that the cheese is just so good tasty and not too much .Tried their special bacon pizza it was good but now I know I just like the classic pizza & dont like the new trend of thick and multilayered ones .Also we ordered the chicken casserole plate it came with nachos on top , grilled veggie & wedges as side dish it was perfect .And for dessert I totally recommend the fresh , tasty & creamy cheese cake .Their menu still contains steak, burgers & salads that I cant wait to order the next visits .This place just made my day me and my friends .Note that its not a place to stay for along Time or go out for a romantic date😉

Simply, it is OK, not magnificent as the food vloggers promote.We had breakfast there, poor options and small portions.The place is not crowded at all, actually we were alone in the place, at 11 AM.Altgough the breakfast, should start at 10, as they assume, they told us that there are no bakery options, like croissant for example, and the dessets options were limited to Cheese Cake and Cookies (which was the only good thing at this day).The decorations are good, western american style, yet dull and looks old (and that is not a part of the theme, it is old).The AC was closed all our stay, only working in a fan mode, and even they asked us, whether to open the AC or not.It is not-to-visit-again restaurant, for me.

I am not sure why people are fascinated about this place. Food is below average and service is rather slow.Nachos here defy the purpose of what nachos are supposed to be. What you get is a layer of tortilla bread submerged in a thick layer of mozarella which makes you feel you are eating a bad dough pizza.Mac and cheese is a mess. All what you get is some macroni swimming in a bad taste cheese or whatever they put there as well.The atmosphere is good though and staff are welcoming. Prices are expensive. You pay something like 60 pounds for this nachos which is made of tortilla bread and cheese. Drinks menu was fine. They have something like 20 or more drinks to choose from. I tried margrita and it was fine.

Excellent service, and place is suitable for dining. Their butterfly chicken is great! Chicken is marinated with butter & cream, and topped with mouthwatering herbs. It comes with your choice of 2 sides; I tried It with Mac&cheese and fries.

Crispy mushroom burger was decent/borderline good. Chicken wings was WAY to crispy and barely any meat. Bbq has after taste, but its mostly the same everywhere i go in Cairo. That country music was awful, and I dont listen to music.( Lord have mercy)Overall it was decent experience.

I love the place there. Im a regular for country hills since it first opened in Alexandria.The food quality is unique and memorable that would make you defenitely want to visit again.

The menu definitely has a lot of interesting dishes. One of their specialties is the deep dish American-style pizza, which was absolutely delicious. Their drinks are also nice. And the burgers are very tasty (however I would recommend making their menu section a bit verbose and clearer). The staff are very friendly as well.

The place is really nice, chilled out. The food came quickly and was really good. I had the southern salad which had fresh avocados and hot beef bacon, tasted great but the onion was a bit too much, however the staff was friendly and listened to my comment.Would go again.

Big menu with a lot of options and varieties, good comforting decorations, great customer service, and the food is just great with top notch cooking quality and delicious yet light cheese!The only downside that they brought the appetizers and the main dish at the same time.Definitely coming back to it, there are a lot more food to try there.#Recommended

They call themselves Country Hills. Not sure what is so American about the naming, but I am not so shallow to focus on looks. Rather, I went there for the expansive menu of extra fatty & delicious American food. They have everything American from the mac n cheese to the steaks and the whole shenanigans. However, while they seem to master the art of bringing foreign cusine to Egypt, they have failed terribly and miserably in quality of food and service.Why? I ordered one Medium Well (300gm) Rib Eye, and guess what, I got it extremely well done, chewy, and the knife just didnt cut through it. Plus, the steak felt more like a fillet rather than a rib eye, weighing about 100gms and having the thickness of the fillet. I guess it was left over from meat, and they just decided to give it to me.I called in the waiter, told him this is not medium well done, and I have shown him the insides of the steak. He took it. The manager came and asked what is wrong, although he knows because I have seen him with the waiter. And guess what, he asked if we can replace it with a new york steak because they dont have any more rib eye steak (my guess was correct, I was given left over meat that didnt amount to 100gms, not by a long shot). Anyways, I said yes because I was extremely hungry, but they made me wait another 30mins to prepare the new york steak, after I had waited an hour with my gf for our meals to show up.Guess what again, the meat came extremely well done and chewy, so I called the waiter, and I was like just so you know, the meat is well done, but I am eating it anyways because I am hungry. He asked what he could do to help solve the problem, I wasnt going to ask to be compensated for the terrible experience or wait another god knows how much to get another well done steak that will piss me off even more, so I said you cannot do anything. Regardless, had he said that this would be taken off the cheque or they had surprised us with a dessert, i would have gladly accepted and went on about my life as if it never happened. However, the poor customer service and inability to correct mistakes after you have been given a change are unacceptable.Country Hills, please do understand that you are a fast food restaurant by American definition, and steaks merely take 15 mins to prepare. Also, have your chefs use food thermometers for steaks if they cant wing it. Nothing shameful about it. Gordon Ramsey uses it ffs. Also, me and my gf felt like puking afterwards, so yeah you served our food in plastic plates and tin foils, but your kitchen, equipment and raw material you used seem to not be very hygenic during a pandemic.Until you fix those issues, I give you 1 star. Although it is highly unlikely I will make any kind of visits to the restaurant again or recommend it to anyone.
