There are very little English information about this restaurant but we decided to try it anyways because we are so tired of kebabs. We ordered what seemed like the most popular dish, which is a mixed grill of different type of offals - kidney, livers, and stuffed sausage. Theres one waiter who spoke English and helped us order since the menu was all in Arabic. The grilled meat came out rather quickly, in less than 10 minutes. Taste-wise, I really dig this type of food when properly seasoned and the interesting texture is definitely an acquired taste. From later research, I learned that offal is a popular type of fast food in Egypt and I highly recommend trying this restaurant as it is fairly clean and reasonably priced.

Local and traditional place for Oriental and Egyptian food. Its very cheap if compared with other similar places or International standards. Its location is very good as its in the heart of Cairo and located in one of the local and famous districts, Al sayeda zeinab. The food is clean and tasty and gives good idea about the local Egyptian food. The staff is friendly and though they know very little English, but you can easily order and get what you want. Its highly recommend for those who are looking for a local and safe experience.
