The place in crowdit area n only local people but the taste of food delicious with the reasonable price

Local people! Local food done well. The menu is simple but done very well. I really loved this place the staff was very nice. No idea what was ordered for me but i love it. And i bonus really cute kitties to eat your left overs. Dont throw it away give it to the cats! lol

A great old oriental food in old mid town, the place is crowded always, tou will find lots of food of special treat, like tongue, joints .I recomend this restaurant but in groups yo feel the vibe.

Dont expect much from the waiter because he wont care at all.. the strange guy who own the place is very rude.. I asked to pay the pill and waited for him to answer me like forever.. Regard the amount of money I paid I didnt get a good quality food or a good service.. Not to mention that the hygiene in this place is a disaster.

Very oriantal meal meat liver also you will experience Fata and Kawaree which is full of protein and will give you an extra power I recommend to take a cup of tea with mint after this meal because this meal will give you the feeling of being dreamer so you after getting this cup of tea with mint you will proceed to discover more and more.... wish for you pleasant stay and bon appetit.

The place is so famous and anyone wants to eat traditional food like (mombar, kawarea, Kersha, fesha, etc..... you will just find that all of the ppl you know will suggest this place, However regarding my experience in this place, the food is not tasty at all, youll find what you want but the taste is not good, its missing so many ingredients and I didnt like it. The place is so small, and the area itself is not clean, I meant the area around the place. Regarding the service its really really fast and maybe youll find it the fastest service you ever met before, I ordered when I was sitting, and the food was on the table after 2 to 3 minutes.... just WOW! But I was really disappointed from the taste of food 😔😕 .

Good Oriental Egyptian food, local meat dishes made it of course a little spicy but good, so many calories 😁, not that expensive

Not as expected, the only two dishes that are good were Kawaree soup and Mumbar dont try anything else

Ok, if you are up to some good fats in the middle of a busy road then this is the place to be. This is Cairo. Enjoy it as is! I strongly recommend joints soup (kawarea) and goat meat (neefa) cooked in sheep fat. Enjoy!
