Worst experience ever I had today a safety issue and harassment of one of their drivers and nobody from customer service is responding since 12 pm !!!

They are always late and cancelling the ride before the trip starting time by 5 mins.In the trip D303 Monday, 16th of Mar, 2020, the driver was playing annoying songs loudly and when i asked him to put the volume down he refused and his rational was that he was working for 16 hours continuously and would fall sleep.He was supposed to drive on highway while he was feeling sleepy.The worst transportation service is always behind schedule and within hours they can cancel flights only five minutes before they return.Today, I am a passenger from Sidi Bishr for Al-Ajmi, the driver is a loud player, and when I asked him to speak the voice, he refused, and it was justified that he was working 16 hours continuously and he could sleep while he was drivingIt is assumed that he was on a highway, which was sleeping, and with the souls of people
