Extremely slow to take order and service in general. Very hard to get anyones attention for anything. They forgot order items as well. The food was served in a plastic container, it tasted slightly better than microwave dinners. The coffee was passable.

Quite atrocious to be honest. Upon arrival I wasn’t sure if this was a coffee shop with self service at the counter or table service. Then I noticed a waiter walking passed me where I stood and politely asked in English“excuse me please is there table service?”To which he looked at me in the eyes, grunted, threw his right hand in the air and stormed off!!!I literally couldn’t believe it!I was SO shocked! In a country where I have received such excellent customer service throughout from bell boy to shoe shiner in the street.The only reason this is not a one star review is because I then asked the other waitresses behind the counter the same question to which they replied “yes of course sir.”My wife and I decided to go to Burger King next door, (even though I don’t really like Burger King) because if that’s how they treat their clients to their face, imagine what they may do to the food behind closed doors!!!

Food is basic, but the staff was so rude. We asked to have separate bills and they couldnt do that. Not helpful at all.

Staff is rude and inattentive. The food takes forever. My rib eye was just bad. It was awful. It tasted like fish. Needless to say I didnt finish it. Then the waitress charged me twice for one martini. Oh, and their idea of a martini is literally just Martini brand vermouth, sans gin.

Great prices. Best coffee in Egypt for sure. Good service. Highly recommended if you’re used to the other standards of things in Egypt.

Worst breakfast I have had in years, 12 euros. Not worth a look.

Their breakfast options are really good and their they are really affordable.

So expensive for a low quality food. Go for a better option if you can.

Take care if you pay with card. Check the bill and the ‘conversion rate’. They tried to debit 25% plus in $. I didn’t even ask to pay in $.Poor food.

God willing, this restaurant is well-received, the place is clean and they are sweet and delicious
