Don’t waste your time and money with this service. Its hit or miss. If they come you might get good service although the reputation is they take longer than getting through the airport on your own. If they dont arrive, you will neither receive an apology or a refund unless you escalate to the Tourism Police which I am about to do next. Booked for my wife and kids and Ahlan forgot to pick them up even after my wife approached them claiming her name was not on the list. After she shared reservation copy, they started the process. Took 2.5 hours in total to complete. Definitely would have been quicker herself. Emailed them about the issue and no response.UPDATE: after almost 45 days of nagging, they finally agreed to refund only 20% of the value paid.Save the headache and unnecessary service that is actually slower than getting this done yourself

So bad experience at departure, unprofessional representative enforced me to pay him since he refused to leave me until I pay him. paid many times for the cargo staff, even paid the fee of the luggage cart, nothing special except the immigration desk as I didn’t wait in the queue, other than that I didn’t feel any different between paid and unpaid service.

Completely unprofessional service. I have used them several times, only a couple with success. Since they changed their name to Cairo Airport Passenger Services and launched a new website they give incorrect price quotations for online booking, dont respond by phone and have the rudest and most unprofessional online chat operators I have ever encountered. First time we used them we were told on arrival at the lounge that they wouldnt honour the booking because they were too busy, which is a poor excuse for a service which is booked at least 48 hours in advance. Eventually they relented and we had a fairly good experience except for the dash for the plane because they took so long to process our documents and take payment. I have been trying to book for the fifth time but they are asking me to pay for my child despite their terms and conditions stating that up to 2 children under 12 are free. Apparently they are updating the terms but have not made them public so in the meantime customers should accept whatever price the rude customer service operator deigns to give them, when they finally answer.

A terrible experience for the 2nd time.First time I was traveling. Their public relations representative took my passport and disappeared after seating me in the lounge. Thoroughly scared I went to his colleagues and described him to them, by the time he showed up I made it to my flight in a panic.Second time, I had extra weight, and flying out of Terminal 1. With no ATM machine nearby I had to walk to the arrival hall and back to get cash. That was fine. It was the utter rudeness, dismissiveness and insolence of their staff that was shocking.Bottom-line, a group of rude individuals working with absolutely no clear process and are not held accountable for their actions. Definitely an experience I will not repeat.

Mixed experience with the VIP service - good on the way in, hopeless on the way out (so much so we left and just went the normal way through the main terminal). I get the sense that Cairo airport is no longer the nightmare it used to be, probably due to dramatically reduced visitor numbers, so not sure you get as much benefit from this service as you used to.

Youll definetly do the process much faster. Plus they bring your bags from outside terminal with big chances they are opened and searched. More than 1 hour wait and they always blame it on luggage. Ill never use it again. أبطأ خدمة مطارات في العالم.

I tried this service before for some of my friends..they told me the service was good.I had an excellent experience with this service..The representative name was Essam Hassan..He was so helpful and courteous..Finished all the formalities in no time..He even offered his phone to call my party outside the airport..Thank you EssamThank you Ahlan service

خدمة زبالة ونصابين وحرامية..مراتى نازلة لوحدها وحامل ومعاها ابنى الصغير وسابوها مستنية ٤ ساعات وف الآخر هيا اللى نزلت جابتها بنفسها..ف ستين داهية الفلوس اللى اتدفعت المهم عندى محدش يستخدم الخدمة الزبالة دىVery bad service and group of cheaters..my pregnant wife was traveling to Cairo with my young son and they left here for 4 hours in waiting area without doing anything until she went by herself to finish all logistics in passports area and bring her luggage..I dont care about the money was paid to them but I only care to share my feedback that no one deal with these cheaters

The worst service I ever used in an airport, I traveled to an Emirati airlines and took my bags without your service one time and they were 25 kilos, but unfortunately I booked it to my wife and regret a lotmy dad and my wife took the bags by themselves, and you also have a weight meter different from the Emirati weight meter and also I found some bags are opened and lost items !!VIP service in Egypt doesnt reserve one star quality you can get zero star!The worst service I traveled to is an Emirati and took bags without your service. It was 25 kilos, and my wife and I either gotI traveled with you, I booked the service, and I really regretted my life. The worst service possible. One booked a second time yesterday. We went to EgyptAir for a flight coming from Muscat Airport, and no one helped anyone and they told us the bags were not loaded, and let us make a report because they were unwilling to turn around and show the bags, and at the end we got off the hall that is not called it a vip. And our soul stood for two hours exactly together in the bags At the end, the employee leaves us and says the origin of the shifter for me is over and we come out of the hall. The crowd is very crowded, and the bags are in the middle of the street, and the Arabic is parked very far away and he says, I am here, unfortunately, we have benefited from any need from the service, the end of the lack of respect for the customer.

The types of eating are types of cheese only, poached eggs and beans are not appetizing. I spoke to the responsible person, unhelpful Greek. I pay 150 dollars per person, and 3 means 450 dollars. That is, the equivalent of 7200 Egyptian pounds for this type of food, and the bathrooms have unworthy maintenance
