The customer service in Cairo is very bad..and the employee has a strange style..even when I asked to transfer to the manager because of the poor service and file a complaint..and of course after waiting for a while to have to hang up..surprisingly if the manager was worse than the employee himself..and her response was strange and said he filed a complaint on the website..!!And by the way, almost the same employee, who mentioned his name in the comments, responded and complained about him...unless the names were similar...!!And it shows the Emirati fonts not reading the comments at all..!!
We were prevented from boarding the counter staff, and their behavior was bad, which led to the loss of the flight, and the necessary measures are being taken with them. The price of the trip was easily refunded. I liked it very much. Customer service contacted me immediately to complain, and this counts for them if the evaluation helps a little
