The worst service everAfter I paid for my tickets on thier official website I got shocked in the airport that they didnt list my name in the list of passangers nor 10 other passengers Egyptians and forighners while the economy seats were all booked by other passengers already , moreover they refused to upgrade our seats to business class although it was available in order not to add extra cost on them and obviously this is thier mistakes and we didnt catch the flight. and theres also two foreigners with me claimed that the same situation happened with them 3 days before with the same company.After many calls the company finally told me to go to another terminal to catch another flight after 4 hours of my original booking.Very unprofessional and shame on the airlines industry.
On 28 Sept 2021, flight 2942 from Hurghada to Frankfurt at about 10 to 15 minuts in flight we were told that there was no toilette paper, hand towls to clean wipe the hands after washing and the reason they told us was the German Government did not allowed them to provide us that Service.However, if you want to use the airline toilette you have to purchase the toilette paper by from them.Also we were told to keep our mask on throughout the entire flight, no problem, but the Crew never had their mask on until 5 minutes before we landet in Frankfurt.Additionally, i also notice that there was no Cockpit security, the entire Crew was in and out of the Cockpit at will.Cockpit security was nonexistence.This was my first time and will definenitely be last time i will fly wirh Air Cairo.One good Note, it was a good flight and we landet safely.I dont recommend Air Cairo to anybody, the worse services ever
One of worst flying experiences. No toilet paper because of covid. No info on massive delays of disembarkment. Dirty aged airplane. No info on admin requirements. Would not trust the safety of the planes.

Egypt Air from Cairo to Luxor then Aswan to Cairo ,ticket price 4235 EGP which is expensive, flight delayed in Cairo international Airport for 1 hour, and no food service in flight (just Juice )..

I flew from Schwechat (Wien) to Hurghada. There was no problem. Good staff. They brought me 4 small baguettes for free. Even my grandma don t pack me so much food.
Our outward flight to Hurghada was with Air Cairo.Who would expect a 5 star flight at such prices? No, none. Still, there are positive and negative things.The positive first.The staff is friendly and helpful. A free sandwich and glass of water was served. This was included in the price. The plane makes a solid impression ... from the outside.The pilot seemed to be an old veteran in the sky, but we didnt see him until we landed when the on-board crew pushed forward at the first passport control. The children were allowed to do what they wanted, the unnecessary masks were only important when boarding, where each passenger was given another one. In the air these were then irrelevant.Now for the negativeThe seats were pretty badly damaged. The shelves / bags defective, the tables defective, the light did not work in places. The free sandwich tasted free too. Well, you could drink the water.The toilet was hygienic, lets say OK.But now to my voting highlight of the flight.The plane lands at Hurghada Airport.The aircraft rolls towards the terminal and the pilot speaks the current time, temperature, etc. in different languages.The announcement is followed by a welcome melody from the scratching loudspeakers ... The German national anthem. But not the 3rd stanza, no, the first two stanzas penetrated the passengers ears from the box. Astonishment, horror, smile and hearty laughter alternated. Flyed yesterday with Air Cairo from Hurghada to Frankfurt. Shortly before the start, the curtain was closed in front and the big window in the first row was covered with a small carpet. No idea why this was done, especially because it was written on the top of the curtain that it should be open and secured at take-off and landing. At the landing this was taken into account.Then there was no catering for the entire 5-hour flight, so no drinks, snacks, etc., which I can not understand, because you could really cash in on a 5 hour flight.I wonder what the two flight attendants did for 5 hours.At least we arrived alive, even if we were an hour late. With such a service, I would fly a maximum of 2 hours.
