The staffs knowledge is so weak, they dont know what Im speaking about. As the call center gave me information about 50% discount for extra luggage when I get it from the office, but the staff doesnt know about any offers. Either the call center gives wrong information or the office has no information.Also they dont know how to travel with pets.

The best company till now, at the airport some of the team was not sympathetic, but the service onboard and help old people was good specially at Doha. In Egypt airport I didnt like.

Absolutely horrible, I booked a ticket to the States and when I tried calling dozens of times (Alexandria and Cairo) on all numbers provided, I couldnt reach anyone or the number was incorrect. Tried to change my return destination but I was not allowed can only change the flight not destination. Oh chats for info is not available, and emails are the same

Great airline but Horrible customer experience in their local branch office. Came back on Saturday and found their office is closed. I wasted transportation money to get to their office. They could’ve updated their hours to let the people know their employees don’t come on Saturday instead of wasting people time.

This is the photo of the old place, they have moved to number 21, the Jumera building. Service is quick, almost very efficient, even in refunding, and its the best gulf airline, and the most expensive one.

Its very complicated process to contact them and you have to try 100 times to reach them.
