The office wont solve your problems.1. There are better airways with lower prices.The worst airways ever.2. The airport terminal service is very bad, they mistreat their customers, do their best to find or star problems, do their best not to solve simplest problems.3. Always, the passengers registration stop as early as possible, no flexibility to register on time passengers, no solutions for them.4. If you are unlucky to catch the over crowded plane (during the pandemic), the services is below zero, the mistreatment is the main topic in all talks between passengers, the meals are of poor quality (if delivered).

The service is worse than bad. My father and mother are barricaded with each other and their weight is together. However, they refused to weigh them except, and one of them took out the bags of one of them that were higher than the weight, while the bags of the other were less than the weight, and therefore the procedure was illogical and we did not face this situation in the cheapest airlines around the world! This is besides that my father and mother are elderly people who have health problems and this thing has not been taken into account at all. Latengro at the prices the customer service and flight are awful.
