Only two issues made me rate 4 not 5 stars..First, the dinner wasnt 5 stars level, need to be more fresh.Secondly, I made a reservation as sea side view and specially requested the best view as available upon check-in, but unfortunately my view wasnt the best and far from sea despite the presence of a lot of unoccupied rooms that go with my request, and thats made me extremely frustrated.Regardless the up mentioned point, The hotel is very good, amazing sandy beach and heated pool. Friendly staff, especially Mrs Samar in kids zone and Mr Peter the Host.

Very nice and well kept resort. Nice and friendly staff. The chef of the resort is exquisite, this is no often that you want to try everything and what is surprising everything is really delicious. What is pleasant tha the GM of the resort is very accessible and is all the mingling around so you can talk and discuss issues in case if such appears with GM. So highly recommend this place.

Book your dahab stay here!Clean, great staff, good food and reliable/great excursions. With all of the checkpoints in Egypt it is not worth the hassle of having a sub par group organize your adventures. We hiked mt Sinai, dove the blue hole, booked private boat tours, and wing surfed every day. Instructors were available in minutes apon deciding it was time to surf, and food on the beach was the same way.Pick and drop off from airport was quick and easy with a van big enough for our group of 8.“Bob” took care of us with the adventures we booked and I hope he is there next time we stay! The wind surf instructors were also great (Julia and Hassan to name a couple).Buffet food was great and no sickness was reported in our entire group. Desserts were our favorites of dinner, and I enjoyed the variety of exotic fruits (at least to an American) present.We stayed through Christmas and the decorations and lights get very festive and showed great effort by the staff.Peter the manager is always present and checking in on guests. Good on him for creating a 5 star Egyptian experience.

Came all the way from Los Angeles for a vacation with my brother and family that i havent seen for about 10 years ! .. for some misunderstanding i found my room not booked .. and i started kinds to judge the place .. cause i wanted everything to be perfect .. in a few hours Mr. Peters the GM found us a room next to each other and solved our situation smoothly... he even took it a step farther and showed us our room HIMSELF !!!Tried the food was perfect .. the whole property is clean and well taken care of .. Im writing this review while Im in my cool specious room after a nice meal and spent time with my family !I love it .. my family vacation is turning to perfect just like i wanted.Good Job swiss in DahabWill definitely recommend you guys.

The rooms are nice and clean. The beach area is about perfect, with enough shade, a bar and nice sand. Just the volleyball field has to many stones. And you need to bring your own volleyball, the hotel doesnt have any.All inclusive is not really *all* inclusive:- fresh orange juice costs extra- ice cream costs extra (apart from some cheap one)- water during the breakfast is only available in small glassesOne the plus side: beer, wine and some simple cocktails are included.If you dont care for the cocktails I recommend only booking half board.The chefs know how to cook Egyptian food very well and should do so more often. Otherwise the food isnt great. Its also hard to find healthy options. Especially it would be easy to offer more fruits during all meals. In Dahab there are many shows where you can buy cheap and tasty Mango, Guava and more.The WiFi sucks, but LTE is decent. Just buy a local SIM card.The stuff is very nice and will try their best to half you comfortable and relaxed.

They offered us a room in the 2nd floor. No elevator. This simply does not work with a baby and a stroller. Overall a nice hotel with friendly staff but several things could be improved. Especially less (or no) single use plastic. I would not necessarily recommend it for small childrens (

We celebrated our daughters birthday on the beach here. The staff were fantastic and did everything they could to make us feel at ease. Lunch was reasonably priced and they even sorted a cake for us! A wonderful experience. Highly recommended.

We had great time in this great hotel! The crew of this hotel were so nice and welcoming, with smile on their faces. In the reception, at breakfast and at dinner. Out room was clean and well maintained. The food was delicious, and at Friday dinner there was even a show and special desserts. The pool is wide and clean and the beach is Sandy and clean also. There are no corals at this part of the beach tho. Recommended

Its probably the best hotel in the lagoon. However, you must bare in mind that its bestness is measured according to the Dahab standards, not the classic ones. So, you better be prepared and lower your expectations as much as possible;)

The goodJust travelled from Cancun Mexico so it was great to compare the 2 resorts across the world.The waiters especially Mahmoud and kitchen staff were great. They would only give us 1 key for my wife and i and told us to come back the following day. 2nd day same thing. They said they ran out of keys????50% of the Air condition (AC)units in the lobby were not working.GymEquipment was not working AC was not working so it was a gym and sauna experience all at once. Lol. What made it worse was the spa AC worked BUT the guys working in the spa kept the door open, which didn’t make any sense. I asked them to close the door and they said it was to cold.Overall not sure if I would recommend or come back to this place especially in the summer months.

Probably not what you want if you are looking for an all inclusive hotel. The snacks in the afternoon are a joke (see picture). Just take half board and be prepared to buy some stuff extra. Otherwise a nice hotel.

Service is the best, all the staff are very welcoming, helpful and considerate. Food was delicious. Stay was comfortable and enjoyable! Definitely would recommend it to anyone looking for a place to relax and unwind in Dahab.

Amazing location in Dahb. The rooms were always clean and tidy , very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. Breakfast was delicious, lunch is nice, dinner is good but could be better. On the beach u can find a lot of activities, I highly recommend this hotel.

For someone who visited many hotels, Swiss Inn Dahab was the worst. The price doesnt match the service provided, the room was VERY far from the pool and the sea and the restaurant 😀 . The activities were very few, although the food was o.k .The pool is very small with no aqua, also its one pool with no enough chlorine.The safe was broken and when we asked for them to fix it they did nothing.In general the reception neglected most of our complaints. Not recommended. NEVER AGAIN.

I had an issue with a bad smell in the room. The reception sent someone to solve it. It went for a while but came back again. I contacted the receptionist again, and they sent higher level technicians it seems. They sorted it out and the smell went away.It is a nice resort, the restaurant manager is always present during dinner to make sure everything is OK, and he is very friendly.

-Hotel was ok nth special about it !-Rooms need a bit of attention Maintainance wise as well as their landscaping !-the common areas needs a bit of maintenance as well !-Breakfast was ok with several varieties of western and local selections !-Dinner buffet quality was much better than breakfast yet still no wow factor !-Staff were not the best some are friendly and some were like I Hate my job !-Overall experience was like below average compared to the prices we had to pay for the rooms several other more convenient options for a better quality and a much better experience!

Nice hotel, we had a great time in there.

The first impression was very bad, I think they forgot to clean the room, it was a mess in there, but after telling the staff they were very sorry for that and upgraded the room to another great one and made a discount for the price of our first night plus making a cake as an apology. The food was very tasty.

Dinner is good. But receptionists is not so good had to talk to the manager for simple requests other wise no help or ignore requests

Very nice hotel. Staff is friendly and helpful. The beach is clean (no coral reef). Pool is heated but it is not big enough. Kids area is amusing. Good food variety in breakfast, launch and dinner. A safe cheap shuttle bus is available to drive you to the market. Rooms are spacious with comfy beds. I recommend the hotel for family vaccations 😊😊..

This resort in Dahab is a lovely one. Food is good, beach is beautiful, and the bay has water sports. What else do you need?Swimming pool, kids area, etc.There you have it.The positive energy hear makes peace talk.Enjoy

Nice hotel, clean beach, nice big pool, affordable price, provide good outdoors activities.The bad thing, they dont provide water at the dinner, which is ridiculous!? You have to pay for that, even with half board.They also give us a far room from the beach, even most of the rooms are empty.Food in general good, but the dessert not good enough, specially the pastries arent always fresh enough.No many parties at night, except small one at Thursday.

A very nice and beautiful hotel, with most of the facilities youd want and rooms very close to the (hotels) beach. But.. The food is below mediocre and the staff dont let you feel like everything is included at all, even if you paid for the all-inclusive package.

The beach is the best thing about this hotel. Rooms are very old, in my room the shower was broken, garbage can broken, you would have to use your hand to open it, the cupboard door is really hard to slide, not so clean! We were there as a family and many of us got sick, we think it might be the food. Only one pool and not clean. Variety with food is very limited, some of the dishes they offered are not replaced when it is finished so if you are more than an hour late from the time the meal starts, you won’t get what the people who where there earlier got!

This year unfortunately it was a (Bad experience) in this Hotel i booked is room number 131 (superior sea side view 😀) for 6 nights 7 days but the room is not cleaned well 🤤😨,1-bed Covers & Pillows is not cleaned before i use it 😑😵,2-reading lights not working 🤔,3-air conditioning not working well 😰😓so bad4-insects so much out side the room 😷😷..5-unfortunately i felt not comfortable with the Egyptian stuff in Swiss inn Hotel👂👀👀 😬.6-unfortunately the food and beverage in restaurants in this Hotel less than average.. 😩💩its ok just for the beach only the beach .🙂.AT all bad experience (not recommended) 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼🤚

The resort has many problemsFirst the staff is not cooperating that much and they seem they dont like there job.The rooms is not good the toilet smells bad although we had it cleaned once we stepped into the room.The air conditioning is not working at all and although we complained no body did anything. This is a big issue that I would prefer to sleep out in the open than in a none conditioned or ventailted room.The food is just ok not rotten but it didnt taste tasty and the use quite bad low quality ingredients that results that the food will look good but it doesnt taste that well.The all inclusive system soft is strange and uncomfortable as we have to sign for everything we drink, because they have problem on the control something internal and we are only allowed soda drinks and powder based orange juice and water.Over all the experience was unpleasant and o wouldnt recommend it to anyone else.

The best hotel in Dahab so far.

Food is good with low varieties, room service is fair as they did not change the bed sheets everyday only every 3 days for cost cutting and so as the room towels you have to leave it in the floor to change it.Restaurant space is small and sometimes does not fit all guests so you may be obliged to wait until someone finish to use their tables.

It is a lovely place. the whole area has a nice sandy beach and the water is warm and nice and with no waves as a swimming pool. Close to water sports and leisure facilities and a supermarket is situated in walking distance. Only problem I faced there was with their activities centre. A guy named Ahmed pop sold me a glassboat trip withe double the actual price if I have ordered it from the owner that is situated a 100 meters away!!!

The hotel is very cosy with a brilliant location directly on Nabq bay, the staff are helpful and friendly, the buffet has wide variety of different foods especially the dessert buffet. But make sure to have a sea view room to enjoy the nice breath besides the beautiful view

Cons:Not value for money paid. This is definitely not a 4 star hotel service.I reserved two rooms garden view and called 6 hours in advance to confirm time to check in. I arrived at 5:30 pm we checked in and went to the rooms with bell boys, one room was not ready and the other smelled sewage outside but was ok inside. At first they refused to give us two close to each other rooms with exercise of 85% occupancy but after going back to them complaining one of the rooms was not even ready four and a half hours after normal check in time, they immediately gave us two adjacent rooms a little far from the source of sewage smell.We went to dinner and the food was ok.The day after we went to the beach and came back at 4pm and both rooms had not been cleaned. I complained again, the front desk sent the cleaners 40 mins later. We had to take showers then the cleaners came, we asked them to wait until we finish they were grumpy!!.saying they want to get it over with!That was not nice and totally unprofessional.Definitely it will not be my first choice in Dahab again soon nor will I recommend it to friends and family.House keeping personnel pivotally need some training regarding how to profsionally deal with guests regarding their complaints.Administration need to pay more attention how they distribute their staff on the work load.Pros:Very nice location, nice beach, clear water. Suitable for relaxation, not much activities to do.Staff is friendly in general.

Nice cooperative staff, good fresh tasty food, but limited variety.The negative part was that any food item if finished, it’s not refilled but replaced with a different item. Also we were a group and some of us received a totally different category of rooms than others and there was a big difference in its prices while we all paid the same. This created a problem for no reason.

It such a beautiful resort. We went for glass boating. Were able to experience the beautiful coral & fishes.. an amazing experience for $20 per person.

Great beach for day use. Good hotel food and drinks to order on the while soaking in the sun.

It is a good place and nice but when u wake up at morning there is some maintenance in rooms so the sound is very loud and it is so annoying... the food taste not so good the bread of the burger is so hard to bite and the pizza is hard to eat ( you need iron Hamer to break it)

The room and the food are not very good but the sea is very nice

The staff were very friendly! That what I should point out first. They dont mind you talking to them, or asking any questions. I was there as part of Neilson, and I cant really think anything bad about it! The breakfast buffet was great! I would say that the swimming pool wasnt great, Not much service there. And it was very cold (But I didnt expect it to be warm, seeming how hot it was there).Also, the blue pools which make the ground cool look amazing (But dont work :P)

One of the best hotels in Dahab, the sunset view is magical when you combine the mountains view with the sea crystal water. Services is good but not the best. Price is affordably good - 10 mins away from dahab down town - 25 minutes away from Blue hole.

So quite place .. its also one a of few 4 stars hotel in Dahab which make it a marvelous spot to have a good time with your partner .On the other hand this place located a quit bit far from the center (as the locals name it) which that also not WOW place comparing it with Neema bay and the fun you can find there.To Neema bay its took around 1 hour 45 minutes with cost of 450-600egp per distention.

We had great stay. The staff is great, weve got very good service. Big selection of food, most of it was good.

After checkout, I request a taxi to airport. But one employee who always stayed reception(unfortunately I dont remember his name) said We have special limousine service for you my friend But that is too expensive. I paid only 600 pounds from Sharm el airport to Dahab, but limousine service is 60 dollars(about 1,100 pounds). I thought huge limousine will come because our two luggages too big. Finally some car is comming, that is not limousine just Kia Cerato(Another name is K3). We have not enough time, just take that limousine(?) unavoidably. After some cases like this, I coudnt believe Egyptions. My Egypt trip was terrible cause of liars. I dont want to be cheated any more so I will not go to Egypt any more.

2nd visit, and definitely not the last. More warm heated, more hospitable than the last visit... Actually counts like home.
