Hands down the best 3* hotel I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying in.The rooms were very clean and spacious and well designed. The complimentary breakfast was served with the chefs own amazing falafel and all complete with truly remarkable staff who make you feel welcome at all times.I also had the pleasure of spending my birthday here to which I received a wonderful birthday cake!

This hotel was lovely. It had all the amenities, but truly the best part was the amazing staff. They were all the most accommodating, kind, and friendly, from the reception to the room and restaurant staff. We couldn’t have asked for a more pleasant experience.

Also to add. Please get a massage. Aya’s work is magic and she will leave you feeling so relaxed and rejuvenated. The ambience of the massage was so calming and you can choose between deep tissue or relaxation. She’s also so sweet and knowledgeable about her work. Don’t miss out!

An oasis in the middle of Dahab downtown, perfectly located moments walk from the sea and main Street yet secluded and quiet. Incredible breakfast tailored to what you would like, massive comfortable rooms, and an excellent pool.The staff deserve 6 stars+ they could not have done more for us whilst we were there.Looking forward to staying here again soon.

Its not the center of dahab but if you are looking for somewhere super clean so you can relax well after your diving..but still walking distance from the center, this is the place you want to check out.I went to see many rooms in the main road which has sea views and maybe a bit cheaper than Sheikh Ali, but none of them was well managed and clean enough like this hotel.Plus, the staff Sheriff here truly earned our heart with dedicated and attentive service. Ive been to over 200 different hotels from my work and I can definitely say his hospitality is one of the best.

A fantastic hotel with an even more fantastic staff!! Sherif, Nahed, Khaled and the Chef were all incredibly kind and accommodating. The massage by Aya was incredible (highly recommended). The hotel is clean, conveniently located near the market, the beach, cafes/restaurants and plenty of shops. The hotel will help with literally anything you need. We couldn’t have had a better experience at Sheikh Ali and will be staying there whenever we return to Dahab.

My friends and I had a phenomenal 4-night stay at Sheikh Ali Dahab Resort over NYE. The rooms are exceptionally spacious and clean with all rooms overlooking the pool. The hotel personnel make you feel so welcomed and they attend to your requests so professionally. If you worry about the hotel not having direct beach access or a sea view, you will definitely enjoy the quietness and the privacy of the hotel away from the noise of the strip especially during high seasons. Within a few minutes youll find yourself either downtown or on the promenade to enjoy a nice walk, both are extremely accessible. I highly recommend this hotel!

We loved everything and every moment of our stay! Best part was the friendly and service minded staff, who went above and beyond (especially Sherif!). Cosy and spacious rooms that felt like home - so much that we even came back for another stay during our trip in Egypt. Lovely outdoor spaces and pool area. Excellent breakfast, as well as other meals in the restaurant. We also went on tours arranged by the hotel, which we were very happy with - effortless and fun. Just simply the best hotel.

Love our stay in Sheikh Ali dahab, the location was the best for our short stay in Dahab. We were able to walk to all the restaurants and activities in the area.The Egyptians breakfast was delicious.

Our favorite hotel on our Egypt holiday. We stayed at Sheik Ali for 3 nights while in Dahab and wished we could have stayed for much longer. The rooms are large, spacious and cosy with immediate access to the pool area. From the hotel there is a shortcut directly to the main street. What I appreciated the most about our stay was the excellent service from all of the staff. A special thanks to Zeyad for being very thoughtful and helpful during our stay, and to the chef for making the perfect breakfast every day. We’ll be back!

The staff of hotel are friendly and very efficient. The room are very nice and big, very comfortable for a family of 3-4. All facilities are very clean and well maintained.

Ive viewed rooms at so many hotels in Dahab (city center) and this is by far the cleanest and the best. Cleanliness is super important to me as I easily smell things and touch between the furniture to check a room before sleeping in it.I was therefore confident in ordering food, which was superb, I love their chefs, the one who cooked Red Sea fish for us and the one who prepared healthy breakfast every day. Even the Falafel was oil-free.The rooms are spacious, its more of a studio than a room and they plant food in their garden and they have a tiny farm.The pool was the only one I saw in Dahab in winter that was pumping water and cleaned.Charlie the dog is so friendly, it guards the hotel guests from imaginary beings. Its well taken care of and is such a beautiful baladi king.

Lovely hotel 2 minutes from the promenade Excellent service and very reasonable prices. Well start with the clerk who is constantly trying to please you and please you. A sheriff who smiles all the time and gives the feeling that he is here just for you. And in general Khaled in the kitchen where what we asked for only said yes. We arrived for the anniversary and the room was decorated with flowers and balloons. And we got an amazing evening cake that we shared with the guests at the hotel. The food is excellent. For dinner we ordered fish and kebab and it was perfect. Thank you

This is my 3rd time visiting Dahab and this was the best hotel i’ve ever stayedAmazing breakfast, nice and clean room(powder room for ladies was a plus🤣), a kind owner and the best location!!Even though we didn’t have time to use it, they have a nice pool and their breakfast was way better than the local restaurants with thousands of reviewsI strongly recommend this placeIve been there in Planet Dahab and Alfreila, but there wasnt a good place like this. The uncle is friendly, the room is really spacious and clean, and the location is in the market. Its quiet and there are lots of local restaurants around.The breakfast is so delicious There arent a lot of lodgings with good Dahab, but I really like this place.

A great hotel, spent a week here with children and enjoyed every moment. Very quiet, relaxing, nice, subtle lighting, no intrusive music or other entertainment. Large suites, the upper ones with a balcony, the lower ones with a terrace. The upper rooms still have a dome as a roof, which looks very nice. Everything was perfect in this hotel, absolutely clean, everything works, great staff. One of our favorites all over Egypt.

In the meantime we have tested many hotels in Egypt. Sheikh Ali Resort is clearly one of the best in Dahab. One of our absolute favorites! It is in a great central location - only a few minutes walk to the sea and the main promenade of Dahab with countless restaurants, shops and diving schools. In the resort itself you dont notice the activities outside. The complex is very quiet and has a wonderful, peaceful and relaxed atmosphere. This was our largest hotel room in Egypt so far - a suite with 1 bedroom, a living area, a cloakroom and a balcony. Everything is perfectly renovated, stylish and tasteful. The breakfast was the most delicious in Egypt so far! The hotel has an excellent restaurant, a massage parlor and even a diving school, which is run by a German family. The team in the resort and also in the restaurant is very competent, friendly and helpful. We celebrated New Years Eve here, which was the perfect place for us to start the New Year! Very happy with everything! A heartfelt thank you!

The hotel is one of the best Ive been to. Large and clean rooms, delicious breakfast (you can choose from several dishes) and incredible service. The staff helped us wherever possible, be it tours, taxi rides, shopping or information on prices and recommendations. I was even surprised with a birthday cake when I got back from the beach. The location of the hotel is also good, as currently during Corona times life primarily takes place between King Chicken and Coral Coast in the evening. During the day, the Lighthouse or Eel Garden is a great place to go and both are only 1.2km away (or € 1 by taxi).

The hotel is small but very comfortable. The staff is friendly, trying to satisfy any request. The location is good, close to the promenade with diving centers and restaurants (5 minutes walk). There is no beach, but this is offset by a good clean pool and free sun loungers (those who have already been to Dahab will understand what this is about). The accommodation is super, by the standards of Dahab (the rooms are spacious, the cleaning is good, the bathrooms are clean). A little sparse landscaping, especially in the backyard (as in the village), but it brings its own flavor. The hotels restaurant prepares deliciously davolno, portions are large, but not much variety. You can eat on the promenade. There are no problems with this in Dahab. Prices are lower than in Sharm by an order. Of the visitors to the hotel, mainly divers and Egyptians come for the weekend. Overall, the hotel highly recommend.

Great hotel, nice staff and many friendly cats. The whole thing is kept neat and clean, even the pool is nice. Breakfast is pretty sweet (nothing hearty except omelette). Behind a volleyball court and a great dive center.

Clear, very clean hotel area, well-kept pool, the rooms pico-bello clean - this one may take for granted, but it is not necessarily in Dahab. Good, local, as well as the tasteful international cuisine in the restaurant. Friendly staff, whether at the front desk or in the service - warm and helpful. You can feel the authentic friendliness of a caring person.The hotel, a under German management, very well run, diving center with very well-kept equipment and good price / performance ratio.All three mentioned units are absolutely recommendable for themselves and set standards at the hotspots that are not necessarily fulfilled elsewhere.
