Very clean, cosy, comfy. spacious beautiful rooms, 2 swimming pools but only one is heated. food was delicious. only thing is the reduced staff causing service delay. the animation team was not up to the standard. the hotel perfect for family vacation.

We enjoyed our stay, rooms are spacious clean and comfortable. We had a villa with a private pool , it was really nice. Food is good with lots of varieties. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Beach is good with some activities and the main pool is heated.

Nice place for respecting family. The facility, the room and the views are excellent. The bathtub is narrow and water splashs outside. The food quality is fair and needs to be heated. The music by the pool area should be soft so we can enjoy setting in the room balcony.

Cancun Beach Hotel & Resort is one of the most beautiful and wonderful hotels in Ain Sokhna Quiet place, very suitable for families We booked a triple room and a private villa with a private pool with excellent privacy Room service is very good and the people are very helpful and friendly The reception staff are also very helpful and they solve any problem we encountered The buffet and the restaurant are very excellent, and the food items are varied and varied and renewed every day And one day a week for seafood, we enjoyed it very much and it tasted great The sea is excellent and very suitable for children and families, and everyone on the sea or swimming pool has a towel and two bottles of mineral water The prices of drinks and food in the restaurant or on the sea are excellent and very appropriate

Our air conditioner did exactly condition air. When we asked for the pool to be cleaned it always took them forever.And the water heater in the kitchen was dripping.Other than that I really enjoyed the stay. The food isnt to die for but its just 3 stars. And the cleanliness was okay.

The private pool Is great and clean. The food is average though. There was something wrong with the Air conditioner though. It didnt adjust to the temperature I wanted.House keeping is good .The appliances in the kitchen are in bad shape. Water heater is leaking and the handle of the fridge is loose. One of the bathroom door locks is broken.

I have stayed at Cancun 2 years ago and I was surprised how awesome is it now:- Beach is very good for swimming now and just little rocks- They removed stairs in the road to beach and become very good now- They made a pool in front of beach it is excellent- Breakfast and dinner are full of excellent varieties of food- Mr Ramadan manager of rooms follow up with me and always make sure our stay is excellent- It awesome for family and kids

Substandard accommodation and awful food.Half the rooms are above the hotel workshop where you can continuously hear hammering, power tools, and kitchen equipment being dragged around.If you are insane enough to order room service then be ready to receive tasteless stale food.That was around $150 per night stay...

- Not relevant for couples, foreigners & girls with uncovered/unveiled hair.- Not relevant for wearing summer clothes for girls (dresses, shorts, swimsuits) as you will be odd there and people will keep staring at you.- So crowded with children.- No diversity of people. Only targeting Nekab, Hejab & Purkini families. I’m not against that but you will suffer if you are with a different mindset.- You will have to pay for the room beverages including water with high prices.- Traditional way of asking for tibs by keep saying “We left your room in a good condition”.- Bassim & Mostafa in Reception weren’t helpful for all of my inquires.My vacation, time and money are spoiled by you guys!!

We had a great vacation in Cancun Resort with a private pool villa. The villa was very clean and equipped with the most essential stuff for a family, you can even cook and prepare your own food there. All the staff was friendly especially at the restaurant, very helpful and decent. The overall experience is great and the resort is family friendly ❤️ One hint! Only two large bottles of water provided in the villa every day for 5 persons.

We are really happy about our holiday, we spent two days in this hotel. The room is clean and comfortable. The food is so tasty. Everyday is different. Animation team is very friendly and do a great job. All staff is friendly and always smiling. We will come back.

We had the opportunity to have Villa and suite..frankly speaking both were very clean and well equipped with amazing view. The villa has a dedicated park for the car and a private garden and 3 bathrooms. Food was amazing and tasty and the resort takes all the precautions for Covid-19 control and protection. Swimming pool is good, however the beach is not the best like mist of Sokhna shores but they dedicated a good place for swimming, and the beach is clean and well served.You can have many sports activities like football, volleyball, beach tennis and table tennis in addition to sea sports.The place has daily night activities and suitable for families and kids.

The food here is excellent so are the people and the service. They have a huge pool and amazing entertainment at night. I enjoyed my stay the animation team are really sociable and joyful they have a lot of energy and they have amazing activities to do on the pool and they put on a lot of songs that are really great and relaxing!! The beach is amazing and relaxing even to look at! They are so clean and always take precautions!

Staff is very professional and friendly. They are very responsive and helpful. COVID-19 precautions are followed strictly. Rooms are clean.They have many sports and activities in the place. The restaurant is clean. Much varieties of food (not all with the same quality unfortunately). Pool is very good and very clean. Not bad beach, but its too rocky. In a nutshell, the stay was amazing and very suitable for families.

Our pool broke but they repaired it within the day so that’s my only complaint I’d hoped for beach buggy’s but there weren’t any and the jetski was expensive. Pretty reasonable for 20k for 4 nights

The last hotel that I’d recommend to anyone, never have I ever had such a terrible experience in a hotel, all because of the staff’s extreme and utter unprofessionalism, rudeness and the overall lack of experience with customers service . After agreeing to modify the date of my trip with one of the management of the hotel, due to a family member testing positive for corona virus, I was still charged a cancellation fee, despite the conversation I have just had with one of the staff saying that she’ll modify the dates and notify booking.com with the modifications. So in conclusion i was charged a cancellation fee because one of the staff member doesn’t know how to do her job and either failed or forgot to notify booking.com. I tried multiple times to contact the hotel again after I was charged, but they made it extremely hard to reach them, so I had no other choice but to write a review detailing what happened. My review was then deleted revealing how dishonest and corrupt the management of the hotel is. After many failed calls to either get my money back or modify the date, I finally got to talk to one of the management staff, who was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional, he notified me that I either had to pay DOUBLE the amount that I was supposed to initially pay to modify the date or I cancel and get charged a cancellation fee, with no regard to the current events happening all over the world. All which is really telling about the absence of any precautionary actions taken to make the hotel a safe place and that the hotel would rather have people sick with a deadly infectious virus during a pandemic go to their resort and infect a number of other people than to give people back their money.

It was the first time to visit Cancun resort. And it will not be the last. I was there from 11 to 13 August. ( rooms 3028- 3029-3030) .The stuff were very friendly. The restaurant was very good. Food is excellent and tasty with various kinds of food. The pool is very clean. The receptionist were very friendly. The rooms were very clean and the housekeeper was very helper. Animation team were good but not wow. There was a party every night at the beach. Everything were excellent except the way to the beach. Great effort to go there from pool to beach and vice verse. Espially with carrying a baby.

I went last weekend everything was good, but after dinner time; I was wearing a dress and someone from the staff whispered in my ear Enty m3lma to me this is not acceptable.

The beach, swimming pool and activities were very good, the villa feels causy.However, The staff need to be more welcoming especially at the restaurant, we needed to ask them to clean the place on our next day.I didnot like closing the Arina at night. With some lights it would be very nice to have a walk there on a starry night, but it could be closed for safety reasons.Over all, I loved the place so much and I may go there again:)

CANCUN is a very good resort, it has a hotel inside, with very large rooms, I was on a room seeing the swimming pool, its clean, king-size bed, and nice LED TV. You have to walk around 50 meters to the Beach, but very nice green areas, with lots of flowers and plam trees. They have this walkway inside the sea. Very beautiful scenery. Sea is not very nice for playing, but maybe for good swimmers. Staff is nice, but maybe too nice, the housekeeping person kept asking us, if we need anything all day long, he brought the tea and coffee after we entered the room to make sure he gets a tip, next day he kept asking us if we like the way he cleaned the room, he also kept the cleaning stuff in Front of our room door for at least 4 hours and! He was not nice!! Food at the open buffet was VERY GOOD, nice variety of food, fresh and tests good, staff in the restaurant were very nice and quick! They have live guitar player playing at dinner time. The overall experience was very nice! I do recommend people to go and try this resort!!!

The reception staff were extremely unhelpful, unfriendly and we found them unapproachable. We found as some of the only western tourists that we did not feel welcomed and made to be outcasts. The dinner was overcooked and the price for the quality of the dinner didn’t match. The options for food were limited and when we arrived it was not explained to us that there were other ala carte options. We tried to venture out to an outside restaurant one evening and needed to book a taxi, however after we were abruptly told by the reception staff that we needed to go and ask the people in the mini market for the taxi man we found shockingly that there was only one taxi for the resort, therefore we had to stay in the resort when we would really had rathered gone out.This was our most expensive stay in Egypt, and it was unfortunately the worst.

Cancun is a mediocre resort that tries its best to justify its price tag. Do I recommend it? Yes maybe for certain families, would I go there again myself? Dont think so.There are thousands of reviews for it out there, but Ill give you several tips to survive cancun.- purchase several Cartons of water beforehand, their mini bar prices are crazy expensive.- if youre renting a villa with a pool, know that the pool is always ice cool, there is no heating installed and even the the most scorching sun wont heat it.- be ready to tip everyone you meet.- Mosquito repellant or you will suffer- the staff is friendly but no one will go the extra mile to help you out.-this place is for families, for couples, go somewhere else.-the food is mediocre but has wider selection.So, a mediocre experience for a price that you can spend for waaay better places. But to be fair, small families may find some fun there.

We spent two nights in this hotel. The heated pool is amazing. The beach is clean with good view but it has a lot if rocks not sandy beach so, you have to wear the beach shoes.All staff are very friendly, professional and helpfull. Room is clean and the house keeper Hussein is very helpful and he cares all time to keep our room clean.The animation team Ali, Karim, Haidy, Mai and Julia are very friendly even though the number of guests is limited but they try their best to make us happy with their activites and playing with my kids. I think this hotel is one of the best choices in Sukhna specially for families.The foods quality and varitiy are very good and the staff in the restaurant are very friendly. One of the best hotel experiences Ive had. Well organized and in a very good location by the red sea. Food is very good with a large variety and good quality. Book the Vila for a good privacy and private swimming pool. Beach is clean and the sand is nice for the kids. The rooms are big and well furnished. Heating is very good and the bath has plentifull hot water. Animation team are very good and my kids really enjoyed the activities. Very much recommended.

Horrendous customer service and that is an understatement. Complete lack of regard to the ongoing pandemic and complete absence of morality and respect. I had to modify the date of my trip and just getting in contact with them was difficult enough. Even then, there was miscommunication on their behalf, leading to a cancellation fee because of a policy incredibly inhumane at such difficult times. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone even if it were the last place on earth. Please consider spending your money where its worth doing so, which is definitely not here.

The price of the villa is very very high with no good view and if we take a villa sea view , the resturant will be very very far away from the beach , so we have to walk a very long distance and the same long distance to return back to our villa

The resort so good and the stuf is very friendly and the room were clean and the furniture were new we spend very good time and we will come back again

Nice friendly staff, there could be been better food but otherwise people are very friendly there. Good amenities, animation team is very fun.

Hotel is very Good.Excellent beach, food is very delicious.The Animation team very funny, a lot of activities for kids.The only negative thing is the bathroom very old.
