Nice hotel with a view of the Nile. Clean rooms. And nice staff. It does look older in some parts but the rooms are updated and great. Also the gift shop is a great spot to buy suvenior a without the hassles.

A nice hotel, definitely better than some of the others on offer in this area.Showers are nice and spacious as is the bathroom. Staff can be a bit hit and miss in terms of service but generally good and friendly. Wifi is pretty much non existent, doesnt really work unless you go behind resteurant and even then is spotty.Beds are nice though and clean inside. Generally quite happy with this spot.

OK. Really nice people but the hotel is so far past its prime. DO NOT make the mistake and stay at the Isis Island location instead. Night and day. The staff moved us over and were perfectly accommodating and polite.

You will find the basics, clean bed and clean bathroom. Breakfast not that good and you may nees to bring something with you to eat specially for snacks. Room service is slow and dont have exact rime for cleaning. Most of rooms have a nile view which is magnificent.

The hotel has a lot of stairs before reaching the reception or your room area. They should install a small lift. As in big stores. Other than that it is a very very nice hotel with shops, delious drinks at poolside. River Nile view and boots to take you to see smaller villages. The rooms are good and comfortabele. Right next to the pool.

Hotel is fantastic! But the staff was trying to trick us into paying more than the bill. That too when we had already paid for the entire booking online.

This is a very reasonably priced place. The downsides of that are; there is only wifi in reception. Rooms are not very clean generally though bed linen was. They hand search your bag going into hotel.

Beer is 4x times more expensive than Cairo prices and a small glass of local wine ( which is pretty rank IMO mind you) is £5! Gluten free has never been heard of, so for a Coeliac, its been pretty difficult to find safe food I can eat.

Very slow service. Most food arrived lukewarm. My vegetarian partner checked three times that the vegetarian tagine did not contain any meat or fish. She was served a tagine with fish in it. Seems to be understaffed. Accommodation level basic.

The service is really bad but the hotel has quite decent rooms and amenities. The price is slightly higher for the quality.I wouldn’t recommend it but it is not too bad

Excellent customer service. The size and furnishing of the room was average, a bit small with twin beds. But the room was clean. We got the room with a view - the Nile river. I think this was a better choice than the one near the entrance - during winter. Of course if it is summer, better yet to take the room facing the pool. Easy access anytime. The hotel was near the entrance to the souk (market). McDonalds was 10 minutes walk. Tips: this place is not wheelchair friendly. If your knees are bad, wont recommend this place to you.

The view of the Nile is peaceful. The location gets 5 stars!Theyll put you in touch with a tour operator for a trip to Abu Simbel and within Aswan, but its disheartening that said operator was not amenable to offering any discounts when it is a general practice in all of Egypt. I wouldnt recommend routing this through the property.A few of the amenities listed on Agoda were absent on ground. No bottled water. The lamp shade over a light fixture in the bathroom fell and glass shards covered the entire floor, and apparently thats a very common occurence because the housekeeping wasnt surprised one bit about it when I called them to clean it up. The room seemed clean on initial inspection but there were bed bugs >.

Nice and comfortable hotel on the Nile. I booked a single room with breakfast. The breakfast was more than wonderful and complete, and the restaurant overlooks the Nile. The breakfast is comfortable and cheerful at the same time. The place is clean, the rooms are clean, and everything you ask for you will find. The hotel staff are friendly, cheerful and very helpful working on the comfort of the guests. I like the hotel and it will become my destination again

A nice location hotel along the Nile. Water is not good because it is Egypt, but I think it is good because the price is reasonable. I do not understand because I have not eaten food.

The photos are beautiful but actually old and dirty. The clerk at the restaurant is also not kind. Although it was 4 stars, I do not recommend it for the Japanese who likes beautiful.

Despite the partial reconstruction, the hotel is already very dilapidated, much of the equipment is decades old, but it is still a relatively decent hotel - due to price. Wi-Fi works only around the reception. Average breakfast. Like everywhere in Egypt, there are intrusive taxi drivers, feluk owners, sellers and all kinds of bogeymen in front of the hotel.

I had an experience with this place in fact the place is very good I mean the location and the view is sunset and in the morning it cheers ... but my ratio to me is the staff are well treated .... either the rooms are very small and old palaces + the air conditioner is very old very very dirty but the sound is great I do not know Vin maintenance department .... either breakfast boiled eggs or fried eggs only .... Hotel good, but cigarette smoke everywhere, Wi-Fi does not work in the rooms, only in the lobby. Worth it just for the location.

Nice location near the Nile is undoubted but probably the only advantage. As a bedroom for the night two yes but no longer. Poor food.
