The location is bad. On the corner opposite the museum. The traffic in those streets are hectic and the constant hooting of cars makes it very noisy to have a decent sleep. However the hotel is recently renovated and looks very nice and good. My stay was very pleasant. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They try to assist the clients as far as possible despite the language barrier. Rooms are very neat and clean. I liked my big shower in my room. The complementary water and coffee was a nice gesture. Also the extra shampoo and shower gel was also a bonus. The breakfast was also very nice with different decadents served every morning. Telephone and fridge in the rooms for extra comfort. Indeed a place worthy to stay in Cairo. Also situated in down town of Egypt and almost near all the surrounding shops and taxi rank. The train station is also not far from the hotel. Lunch and dinner served by the hotel is also very nice and worthy to give the Egyptian decadents a try. The price per room is also reasonable. 1300 Egyptian pound per room per night is very affordable.
