The main advantage of this hotel is being near the railway station.Ive stayed there for 3 days. The music of the elevator is heard in my room with every usage. The elevator itself is not working most of the time and I had to use the stairs to reach my room in the 5th floor. The breakfast is very bad regarding quality and variety. The room cleaning is 4/10.Acceptable as a 3 stars hotel.
The hotel extremely over priced for the service they over. At first a few days there, the hot water heater was broken, AC was dropping off water at my bed, the food was not delicious, not to mention the internet service. However, my friends and I have made a complain and they fixed the internet quickly and installed an extra router in front of our rooms. The AC was fixed at the last day of our staying there, the hot water heater was fixed and worked for one day then got broken again. Nevertheless, I really appreciate the room service, they are so helpful, very neat, and I would love to express a special gratitude to “Salma” she was the cutest most adorable room service ever. She is responsible for the 4th floor cleaning service, she is so passionate, and faithful, honest, neat, and above all she does pay attention to each little details while she made up the room. I guess she is the reason why I give the hotel two stars, she really deserves to be appreciated ♥️ If anyone read this please convey my gratitude to her :’) actually she noticed that we put a textile on the ground to pray at the first day then she marched quickly to gave us a “Sajjadah” to pray on. The food was gotten better after the complain as well besides giving us more options in the buffet.
Not organised and creepy staff. My cousins iphone was stolen from his room. The management didnt even thought of asking the staff.
Cheap hotel but the hygiene is not goodAnd the room is normal quality
Peter at reception was great! The hotel is decent and the rooms are a little run down, but overall was not terrible. The reason Im mainly giving a positive review is because the receptionist Peter was amazing. We tried to arrange a shuttle to the airport with a different receptionist(2 girls) but they wanted 20 dollars per person(350 Egyptian pounds), they were definitely going to pocket a lot of that as it only costs 100 Egyptian pounds to get a ride on Careem(Uber like app) to the airport. They shouldnt be working there if they just want to swindle tourists. I really liked Peter though and owe him a lot. Thank you Peter for making our time great.
Worst experience. We booked the hotel through makemytrip, Still the hotel denied checkin and demanded 50% more money. With no choice we end up paying money that is equivalent to the amount of a 5 star hotel we stayed before in Aswan. The hotel was just normal and rooms looked like a hostel. No maintenance, The AC was not working, we got to notify them many times for the change of room. Wifi was not working and they dont bother about Wifi availability and said they cant help. The bathroom was not clean, Shower was broken, They provided poor quality soap and one rupee shampoo sachet. Totally a horrible experience. Will not recommend this hotel.
- the hotel was not clean- insects have been detected- taking a shower is not an easy task, so many problems in the toilets relevant to plumbing fittings.- foods was bad quality- staff people were friendly- hotel location is very good and closed to the train station in the downtown- the hotel has a fabulous Nile view
The staff are friendly and very helpful. Its close to the train station and the rooms have a nice view, they need a few updates though. Overall its an okay stay for a few nights.
Need more cleaning for rooms
Disappointed that the pool was only open from 9am to 5pm as I was usually at the clients office during those hours. Room was clean and comfortable. Roof top patio and pool needed maintenance / cleaning.
Convenient location and average hotel of its category. Rooms are not good as expected and food is just functional. The staff is really friendly.
Convenient location, good complimentary buffet breakfast (Egyptian and Western food), but slow WiFi. Also, if you are leaving before the breakfast starts, you can arrange a complimentary breakfast box to go.
Overlooking the Nile River, lovely views with a restaurant and very nice staff at reception. Good place to get a felucca to sail over to the Nubian island at Elephantine
Very good location...need to better the facilities...food is very good...roof top restaurant is very scenic....value for money....
Pretty decent, The food was good but its not really varied, comfortable rooms.
The hotel is well featured by a lot of facilities and entertainment options but the service is not quite good
Wonderful place , free swimming pool , clean rooms, good service and free internet in all hotels. Thanks for Marhaba Hotel`s team

Perfect locationGreat restaurantVery friendly staffWiFi is the best
Nice hotel on the heart of the town good view rooms prices is normal 50 to 60 $
The place was very good and the view from the room was perfect
Not recommended, as rooms are not up to the tourism standards. Excellent location though.
Very Poor Service. Collects extra money even after booking through online. Beware
Good prices, direct Nile view, the rooms are moderated.
Nice place in downtownNear the Aswan train station

The best of this hotel is really the location... Next to the port where the cruises depart and just in centre of Aswan. Our room had a nice (shared) balcony with a nice night scenery.Being so central has also its downsides, for example the neighborhood is super noisy until late (mid night for us, on a week day!) and the windows are not sound-proof at all.The hotel and room were clean, but in need of refurbishment. Also, the hot water is a small cylinder which only delivers hot water for 4-5 mins, which is tight for a.couple to have a shower at the same time (and takes more than 2h to be hot again). In summary, nothing really too wrong with the hotel, I guess the disappointment was that it was quite costly (compared to our other stays in Egypt) and for sure far from the best stay. Though for a 1 night stay before embarking into a cruise (like we did) is actually quite convenient.
Nice hotel and nice view Aswan ❤️❤️
This hotel has nice and clean roomy rooms.Staff is most helpful and friendly.Location is good, near the souk and just in front of the corniche.Be aware that noise from the street is a bit of a problem as the windows are not insulated. But then again, this is the case everywhere in Egypt in that price range.I recommend.
Helpful people
The food is good. The restrooms are below average. There is no follow-up of breakdowns and maintenance for the entire hotel. Service level is average
Too bad, it doesnt deserve the three stars it has.Bad room and the electricity is only available for the TV, only one elevator and it has frequent breakdowns, the quality of the bathroom is poor and there is no maintenance for it, breakfast is less than normal compared to hotels at the same level, and the bakery is not available today
This hotel offers a charming view of the Nile from the Nile Corniche, a quiet and comfortable base in Aswan with spacious rooms, close to the city center and the bazaar.Enjoy excellent personal service from the attentive hotel staff, along with value for money. All rooms are clean to a high standard and elegantly decorated to ensure your comfort. The rooftop terrace is the perfect place to enjoy the view of the Nile. In the evening, take in the ambiance of the stunning sunset over the Nile while sipping on a coffee. You can also enjoy watching the lights of the tombs of the nobles from the balcony.
