It is a 4 stars hotel inside the Borg elrab stadium. It is a very quite place to enjoy vacation

Great value for money hotel, it is part of Tolip hotels family, licated just next to Borg el Arab football stadium, you even see it from your room balcony, and dont act surprised if you see known football players in the Gym aside you.The restaurant is decent, comfortable but small hall, you can see the pool from inside the food hall.Rooms are standard, housekeeping is good. Bathrooms are good except some maintenance.Hotel has some activities such as Pool, Spa, Gym, Cafeteria, meeting halls and kids area.Large parking area, you dont have to worry about it.Around hotel some traditional badawi food restaurants, other hotels and borg el arab large industrial zone. Also, it is only 1 hour apart from Alexandria city.

Place was average in terms of rooms/pool/ facilities..Garden wedding venue however is a different story, very spacious and well maintained. Can easily fit large crowds and can look really slick with sharp decorations

20 min away from Alexandria . A suitable quite place for spending a week end . Good food both in quality and variation . One pool which may be crowded sometimes with children. The DJ songs were quite oldie. Recommend for a day use only

Very nice hotel with immediate service response

It was a mid range place witg loads of fun but onky if u have people who are fun with you. The oprions to have fun alone are more to kids than adults. All i qm saying is that if that trampoline had a bigger version for adults it would have been the center of fun to people. As for the rooms, dont forget to ask for slippers on your way up. They were not in the rooms and when it came to the bathrooms they were pretty clean.

When we got to the hotel, they were very welcoming, and they gave us a welcome drink.Then we went to our suite, where we found the AC not working and the telephone not working as well. So we went downstrairs to tell them, and they said they would come in 10mns to get everything fixed.. we waited for so long, got upset and went to tell them once again. So they switched our suite to another one where the AC and telephone (ordinary services in any hotel in the world) were luckily working well. But this time the refrigirator was broken.. we didnt complain this time because we were tired of complaining.The only reason i gave this hotel a 2 stars, is because the reception boy called Begad was very decent, and a complimentary dessert was sent to our room.Breakfast, was simple, although some of the food was not fresh, but we liked the view from the window, and the atmosphere.

Its a good place if youre spending a night to get to the airport the next day, Just make sure to use Uber or Careem from and to the airport. Also the place seem older than the other Tolip in the city, and it also comes with a high price.

Service level need more improvement specially room service and clothes ironing service

The breakfast was brilliant, the dinner was okay, coffee is overpriced, room is beautiful and the place was so quiet and relaxing, I lovedddd the pizza

Basic building finishing is poor, slippery ground in the bathroom. The staff were friendly and nice...Not recommended at all.

In the rooms there is a living space and a bathroom, the air-conditioner provides a comfortable internal climate. Comfortably, guests can sleep on a double bed. There are separate bedrooms. Room amenities include a minibar and a TV. The residential units are equipped with bathrooms with a shower. There are family rooms for guests with children.

The location and location is great. . Greetings of appreciation and respect to all those in charge of managing the place and for good order and reception. . It really deserves five stars. . My sincere regards and appreciation

Nice and quiet place, suitable for families. All rooms overlook the pool. There is a large screen that shows matches, games for children, ping yong and a beautiful sitting, lest as the place is on a hill with a slight height that makes the atmosphere beautiful and fresh air.

The truth is, I cannot judge accurately, as I did not go down with it as a guest, but I was invited to a wedding party in the garden, with the heat and humidity, a not good experience, but the note is that when we wanted to pray, we did not find a place designated for prayer, and this is very strange, but there is a good coordination of sitting at the swimming pool and restrooms. The interior, as for the rooms and accommodation, I did not see itThe entrance to the hotel needs visible and noticeable signboards on the main road and next to the stadium, where it is difficult to reach or find its entrance.
