The hotel nice for meeting in isolated area , attendees can not escape from sessions:), staff is friendly and food is average I didnt like the normal dishes no sea food or special dishes

I choose to stay here with my family for two nights to relax and escape the busy city life. The only thing I wish I did is to reserve a longer period.The hotel is super nice, beautiful and well taken care of. The hotel management are doing great job in making the stay be fabulous. The staff are super friendly, nice and very helpful.Rooms are very spacious with a big terrace. The breakfast buffet is rich with lots of varieties in food.The swimming pool is clean and spacious. The surrounding green area is vast for outdoor activities with the family.Overall the hotel easily takes 5 stars for cleanliness and maintenence. I will definitely stay here more and longer period.

Beautiful, clean, relaxing, comfortable. The staff is fantastic and very attentive. One bad thing, the shower drain needs to be bigger because the shower overflows and doesnt drain well at all. Otherwise, fantastic!!!

Wonderful hotel but too expensive

The business rooms are really nice. The space and the coffee section is v. Good they even have beside the minibar an espresso machine but capsules u pay for but u can get yours ahead with u. The breakfast has all what u need and they have a v. Good espresso and coffee machine but the bakery and dessert are not fancy but again having the basics. The staff are super nice and helpful. Ofcourse its not the lobby is not that big but nice. I like that they have a hair salon there. U have to book ahead still.

Room was wide and clean so as the bathroomsI had a room with lake view the view was good but the balcony had spiders and gecko this prevented us from using this wide balcony or enjoying the view.Staff was helping, we had a bit of delay when checking in and they made it up for us by delaying the check outBreakfast was good and varient but the breakfast loungue where they put the food was crouded with no system to keep social distance or to prevent people from contaminating food while choosing. This was only for the place where they presented the food but you can take it and eat your brakfast in the restaurant at the looby with wide clean salon.The pool was heated and that was good but their was no pool for the kids and that is a downside for me.The major downside for me was the location which is soooo far from Alex we couldnt order food in from any restaurant we had to eat from Elkhan restaurant which is located inside the hotel.Food was greasy I didnt like it.

Its awesome.. The rooms r amazing, pretty comfy and they r pretty big.. The food was pretty delicious especially the eggs and fried rice and bacon. They also have a heated pool, a small kids area and massage service. I love this hotel its one of my favorites and the people are super friendly too. ❤

Believe me, this is not the place you want to stay in Alexandria...First of all, its so far away from everything, around 1 hour by car and Uber is not available in that area... And the drivers never want to go there, so, if youre in downtown, they will cancel your ride... There are plenty of very good hotels in front of the sea and same price...Second, the hotel is very neglected, theyre remodeling or something, so youll have that noise all the time...Third, if youre trying to have a peaceful night, NEVER STAY THERE... They have MANY but really, MANY weddings there and the music is ridiculously loud... My room vibrated, so, you can imagine how was it and no, they wont help you with, and no, it was not only one night: 5 weddings in 2 weeks, no matter if its Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Sunday...After 1 month staying there, when I checked out, they told me that my breakfast was included, I didnt know and I didnt have any breakfast in all that time...Overall, really bad experience there, I dont recommend it, not at all... The only good thing was the gym, but no, its not a 5 stars hotel, very far from there...

It was really nice. The Breakfast and dinner were really good, but not the best tho. The room was very nice, but the shower-room door was not fixed properly. The smart TV is big but with not so much channels, but I liked to connect it to my phone and play games or watch YouTube. The balcony is very spacious, however if you set-down you wont see anything because the shelf is too high. And the balcony has spiders as well.

My go to business hotel when I come to Alexandria. Close to all factories and major companies. Great staff and very nice breakfast.The rooms are always super clean and neat. Spacious rooms, nice gym and good pool..nothing more to ask for in a business trip.

I love this hotel it brings me happiness everytime i go. The food is pretty good, the rooms are big and cozy and the service is great.

The hotel is a very good hotel and very spacious tne rooms are very big and wide too , the balcony is very wide as you can see in pics , this is a normal room , the place is on highway and there is two pools , the food is great too.They have pig green area that you can have events and open air weddings, and food is great too.You can injoy weekends and vacations too.I recomend this hotel for relaxing.

I´m very disappointed about the stay in this hotel.For a price of over $1,300 for 4 nights you can really expect better. The furniture has to be renovated. At the toilet it smelled like urine all the time. The door to the balcony could hardly be opened. I didnt find any water bottles in the room during my stay, I had to buy it. My colleague, who had a room on the 2nd floor, received one or two water bottles every day.I noticed that the cleaning ladies had broken my face powder. They set it as if nothing had happened. Then they used my eyeliner!Because the wardrobe wasnt clean, I didnt hang a lot of things there and leave a lot in the suitcase. I packed my suitcase 2 days before leaving. When I unpacked it I have to assume that a blouse was stolen. A shame! I didnt even get an apology from the hotel. I cannot recommend this hotel!

Just excellent all round. We stayed in the most spacious suite that i have ever been in. 2 massive tvs, reclining sofas and a lazy boy chair, dressing room, dininig table, coffee machine, shower room and a bath, 2 sinks and another toilet plus 2 huge balconies. Wow.Breakfast was lovely and great variety and had dinner at the golf club. Was just delicious.Highly recommended

A little disappointed in this hotel for the breakfast & staff. Hospitality of hotel is just ok, staff are comparative & rude in response. Hotel having 4-5 restaurant but they dont have Asian taste food & staff also rigidly Denise what ever you ask for customized recipe. Breakfast menu they never change and what ever they served was not fresh. In your absence hotel staff checking all your stuff/ luggage. Nice place.. but not that organized.. guests smoke almost everywhere not designated smoke area.Some staff are rude and not helpful at all.. hotel location is ok since its 10 min to the airport.But to go to alexandria is a long ride takes about 40 t0 50 min.

Huge complex, almost too big in ways. Rooms are almost too big, albeit very comfortable. Food is very good, and hotel is very safe and relatively luxurious. Swimming facilities were not in operation when I was there however and is a tad bit run down in places.

To be fair to this hotel the following list is my personal opinion.1. The hotel have need to trained the staff in regards to customer service.2. Be careful in the SPA. After the worse massage I have received. The masuess will ask you before paying your bill to remember to give them a tip. In my opinion this is unprofessional.3. The food is not the best. I have experienced the 4 areas where you can order food. The food is either over cooked, undercooked or geasey. To the positive side the breakfast seems to acceptable.4. When asking questions to any staff members, a supervisor is quick to interrupt the conversation which causes more confusion. This indicates to me the supervisors do not have faith in the staff resolving a customer simple issues.5. Laundry could be an issue. I left my bag in my room for pickup at 7am. Delivery schedule. The latest you should receive your laundry is 6pm. I had to call the service desk to find my laundry and received it after 11pm.These are a few things you could experience staying at the Radisson Blue Alexandria.

The hotel is good for the situation, there is absolutely nothing to do in Borg Al Arab so people that come here is usually for business.Most of the time the staff are friendly and actually try to do what you request.Its clean and comfortable.The real makeover is needed in the kitchen as the food needs some help.

Have a very good and wide rooms. But there a lot of annoying things:- pool and club are closed by 11 pm.- food is not always delicious.- you have to pay for your water refill.

Rooms is very beautiful, clean and large space, big tv with variety of channel. Their no variety of food in the restaurant but the food is good. The internet speed is enough and the beautiful it is free and there is a cable in each room beside the wifi.The most annoying is its far away from the city. But I think there is a bus every day drive you to the city. But there is a fixed times for bus.

Everything was perfect. Only issue with the mini bar that they didnt fill the fridge and I had to call for water etc. This way they charge service charges too. Not good way to get a tip...

This is the second time I face a situation involving very rude staff. This time it was the shuttle bus driver who insisted that the air-conditioning was switched on when it wasnt and all passengers suffered for 30 minutes. When I went to complain, the concierge began by doubting the complaint and ended by making an excuse that the bus is due for service. During the interaction the Night Manager Karim intervened and exacerbated the problem by being extremely rude using malicious phrases and rude hand gestures. One time he actually told me it is better that I do not talk with him.This is bad service at another level. Rude staff, aggressive bus drivers and a even ruder Manager. Very disappointed especially after raising a previous concern and receiving a response from the GM that the first incident was an isolated matter and will not happen again.I will make sure I inform all my business associates to take their business elsewhere

Worst Hotel Management Ever .....They know nothing about hotel management!!!!Booked a night to attend a wedding a month before the wedding date.I called and checked the checkin time and they said 3pmArrived on time ... did the registration and been asked to wait till 3:20pm to get the room ready .....I (and 20 more rooms) kept waiting till 5pm (the wedding starts 7pm!!!)2 hours wait for 21 room because i guess no management around .....As i travel a lot i am into the hotels business ....I wont give such a hotel more than ONE Star .... although they are not worth it!!!!

Clean, good rooms, the breakfast is really nice, many varieties and healthy food, staff are friendly . Hotel has many facilities (i.e. : 2 pools one for adults and one for family, spa , gym ,.. etc )

Executive suites are a must for the espresso machine in the room, useful and friendly staff but needs some maintenance and more varsities in the food menu

The hotel books open air weddings in the lawn below the guest rooms. The loud music goes on till midnight disturbing everyone. This hotel has no concern for the guests staying in the hotel.
