As a place its good. Cafeteria, break area, pray area and toilets are available. But on the service level they are bad, i takes a very long time to deliver and receive your car plus the service waiting time.At the break area you can enjoy drinks and food with discounted prices, and you can see your car through the glass wall at the service.

Bad service, workers under capacity, they do service for (Opel, Chev., MG, and trucks) in same place.Make sure that you will spend whole day just to do normal service, or if you know someone inside to support you.I had only 7 in queue before me however they serve more than 30 just because they know someone inside.I’ll never do any service again at this place.

It was a fairly bad experience. I took my car for a diagnosis and repair job on April 12 and got it back on April 29, without any major work down; just cleaning the intake manifold. Although, I had an appointment before going, the car was put aside for 2 or 3 days before starting the work on it (this statement was accepted by the workshop engineer) and the explanation was that I got an appointment to check the car and take it in but the decision on when to start working on it is totally up to the engineer.Charges were not that high, I paid ~ 750 EGP for labor and cleaning spray.On the other hand, the offices and customers waiting area needs complete overhaul. Furniture is worn out AC’s are hardly making any effect, door air curtain is not working so the place is full of flies, in short the waiting room or lounge as it is called is basically a torture room.

Was very bad stayed 5 hrs and the service was very poor

Experienced long waiting before holidays, even though we booked the time but it was overbooked a lot. Waiting room not comfortable.
