Providing service for VW and Audi cars. Location is about 45 mins from alexandria on the high way. You have to book appointment for your service. Good reception area with well qualified staff. Unfortunately there is no way to monitor your car being serviced and there is no update about the remaining time frame to deliver your car after service. The price is on the high end compared to others.

Terrible service. I go for an oil change they say they need to keep the car for a week because there’s a burst oil seal and they don’t have parts.

The reception area is less than adequate, no desks to finish your work, no electricity plugs to charge your devices, no wi fi, its really below average, prices are too high and I am sure they can do more
