The guys there are friendly & equipments are good but ladies time is from 9 A.M. to 3 p.m. and this is the best time for me to exercise in the morning .

The staff dont know whats the meaning of talking to customers at all, the place is dirty, but it got a lot of equipment that you cant find in ladys section in any other gym

Wonderful Spa activities & professional coaches however time assigned for ladies should be a bit extended or reconsidered since not suitable at all for a working lady😖🙅
