My favourite gym in hadayek el Ahram, After visiting alot of gyms in the area.The gym is for ladies only which is the best thing. It offers the best classes ever. Great trainers who are cheerful, very professional and HELPFUL thats the most important feature.It has spacious exercise area for classes. They also offer kids fitness classes which were just the way I wish. Classes full of energy, sweat and fun. Highly recommended for kids.Privacy level is really good, staff are decent and cheerful. The only drawback that it doesnt have a great number of machines if you are looking for a really big gym. But I dont like big gyms. Some machines need to get upgraded but It works great if u r looking for just a warm up on machines before classes or you will be with a personal trainer who will teach you how to use all machines and get the maximum benefit.
