Before it was very easy and didnt take time to legalize your papers but now it is under maintenance and renewal it become slow and normally crowded.

Very inefficient and sometimes they refuse to stamp documents although they have no assessment authority whatsoever. Last time, I had to go to the main office who stamped the documents immediately after this office refused.

Try to arrive as early as possible to book you turn in the queue and then come back at 8:45 so that the security on the door will start calling for the names in the queue. The office closes at 2:00 pm.
