I went there around 4:55 to do a new reservation, I had to sit for almost 40 minutes before my turn. The staff is very nice but they werent able to resolve my issue. Today I called the call center the agent who answered me helped me better then them.

Great fast customer service. If you are going to book a flight with egyptair my advice is please go to direct to the office dont go with anyone who stands outside the office in the street they are scam.

Watch out for guys standing outside that tekk you its closed and take you to another travel office in the evergreen building up the road .. the other office (not this Egypt air office) issued me a fake ticket and when I got to the airport to leave I had to pay again for a genuine ticket.. be wary! Im coming back and will pay those thieves a visit!!
