I received instant response on the two occasions I contacted the airlines via WhatsApp, which is more than excellent. However, I hope there would be a way to receive instant updates during this COVID19 crisis with regards to exceptional flights that are announced and fully booked without being notified in due time.

I should give you a zero but I cant. Worst Airline Ever, and worst planes, staff and Air hostesses. I will never book with you again. All I kept hearing at the Airport is your staff shouting at travellers. shame on you Air Maroc. And the same on the plane. Also very bad food. Finally you should fire almost all staff except one or two. Zero rating.

I swear I spent over 4 hours trying to do so on their website with no success for problems in the site..Sent them an email، got a receipt acknowledgment that they respond within 30 day !!!! How fast or how many complains they have with few people..Called their Cairo office in the evening, an answer machine asked me to leave a message, which I did... No response !Called them next day (today) during working hours, still the same answer machine and left another message and still no response !!!Will have to pay them a physical visit ( in the age of online communication for everything !!) and hope to find people not answer machines and hope to get any response and resolution to a very simple thing as modifying the travel dates..Genuinely hope they done say your flight was today and y didnt show after all of my attempts to change it before the time if the flight...So far, not a promising service at all, wish they let me down and change my idea on this airline..
If i could give this airline 0 stars i would.I flew from NY to Cairo on July1st and all my bags haven’t arrived. I need to know where are they?It was supposed to arrive on the next flight however only one bag arrived 3 days later!!!!!! Where are my bags!!! I have 2 kids and it is ao inconvenient! Worst experience ever ..never again . I heard the same complaint from a number of people !The office in Cairo doesn’t answer the phones .. how can we communicate ?
I flew from Washington DC to Egypt. we had to stop in Morocco. In the transit area the customer service were extremely rude almost fighting with us when we asked them for boarding pass for the 2nd leg of the trip. They cannot speak English and they got frustrated with us and we ended up sitting on a chair like we are in the principal office. I am now in Cairo and trying to change my flight however i was un able to reach their customer service.. When you call the phone ring then goes to a voicemail to leave a message and I bet you they never even check their voice messages. This is my 1st time using air Morocco and my last time. Itwas a big mistake. Paid high rate for business class and getting horrible service.
Very bad service.. there is no costumer care at all.. Ive had a dozens of problems already and I contacted customer service on the phone about 5 times and went to two different offices and no one seems to care enough about my problem. The solution will probably be me paying the inflate amount of money they want me to pay for a ticket I wont use and then make bad propaganda about the airline as much as I canOh.. not to mention I flew with them and found HAIR in my food!!

Average airline with nothing special about themWe flew from Istanbul to Casablanca.Food was ok and the service was average.Prices are not so cheap.Planes are ok but not super new.All in all an average airline I guess.No english announcements, just French and Arabic.We were a bit lost on the flight not knowing what the announcements were.

I am now calling the Cairo office for the tenth time now, and no one is satisfied, and my flight has been canceled, and I would like to inquire whether I will return with another flight and why the flight has been canceled and I am with a back-and-forth from Morocco and Egypt. In Egypt and the visa will expire on 13/12 and my trip was on 9/12
Please read this review before proceeding with Royal Air Maroc! This has to be the worst airline ever in the world. From a very poor customer service experience to a very inhospitable flying experience with hosts that refuse to serve you. The company needs to change its structure. Customer service only works 5 days a week until 4pm, if you compare that to EgyptAir 24/7 service, you will know that it is a blessing. They never respond to customer service tickets or close them. Customer service agents get hung up on you, if youre lucky because they answer you in the first place. All the staff accept the King of Morocco, which I find very funny because I am not a Moroccan citizen and surrendering to a dictator does not matter to me. The branch in Cairo only allows entry to Moroccans, which is a discriminatory policy. They told the security man to stop letting anyone in from 12 noon. Country Director Montaser Bensaid is a useless manager who refuses to work on the efficiency of the branch in Egypt and solve peoples problems and only wants to serve Moroccans. He gave me his personal number but he never answered the phone. The airlines gave me blank vouchers for 3 tickets, its been 2 years and to this day I failed to get my money back/ticket back from them.
