I will give them a single star because there is no zero option!Im an elite subscriber and I made an order 3 weeks ago and it hasnt been purchased yet, probably will never be judging by the all negative reviews here.It seems that all their customer service staff has the same reply (That there is a delay in purchasing process from our end and management has no ETA on when itll be fixed)At first I thought this a sincere issue that actually happens. But while Im now reading all the reviews here and all having the same delay, and some are from months ago, Im slowly realizing Ive been scammed.I now understand why such big name isnt active on social media, their latest post on Twitter is since 2017! Because they cant stand the criticism that will hammer them if theyre active.I regret dealing with these bunch of amateurs. It seems like this company is collapsing. Something is happening internally,I used their service frequently in the past and it was decent. Last order has been a nightmare though and still is, I placed it back in Feb, took them 2 months to place the order and another 2 months to ship and still have nothing till this day, I asked for the order to be cancelled and to get my money back but they keep insisting they purchased it. Edfa3ly are over, you need to find a alternative if you want to purchase from the states.

I wish there was a zero rating option.ive been dealing with edfa3ly from 2012 (10 years) as per the dashboard i made 75 orders and the experience was very much satisfactoryduring the past couple of years everything started to fall off and i started to struggle dealing with them, but this last order was a complete fail, i should have read the reviews before thinking about dealing with edfa3ly again.order delay is beyond imagination, prices changed, items went out of stock, elite subscription for nothingcustomer care are helpless and like talking to robots, same replies and same script and nothing is done.we should all look for a better alternative but dont ever think of dealing with edfa3ly.

1. Slowest service ever. I dont recommend dealing with Yashry at all!2. Dont buy anything from their Garage Sale unless youre positive 100% it fits you, as they dont allow returns. They dont have a fitting room on the spot as advertised.I bought 4 items. One of them was Nike training pants. I took it home to try it on and it didnt fit well, so I asked to return it the following day, the answer was (not allowed).The order from Yashry Im writing about is order no. 906229 placed on 27 Nov. 2021. Still some items not purchased till 30 Dec. 2021.One item cancelled by Yashry because its not available anymore, but still not refunded yet.

They claim to accept only Egyptian pounds, and my bank statement shows that they withdraw foreign currency, and I am charged markup fees. Delivery is late sometimes. They used to charge you by total order weight, but now they weigh each item separately and make you pay a minimum of 0.5 kg for each even if it is only 10 grams and the order total is less than 1 kg!!! Sometimes they change their prices after you purchase the item and ask you to pay more money, and they lost one item I ordered after 1 month of waiting, but they allowed a replacement later.The customer service representatives are very polite and well mannered.

This has been a horrible experience. I think they were good a couple of years back. But the service now is way below whats acceptable.They are EXTREMELY slow in every step of the process (buying items, shipping them from their USA warehouse, the shipping process itself) and the customer support agents keep lying and avoid answering questions.Save yourself the trouble and dont deal with them. Your items will keep going out of stock before being bought and youll waste weeks in frustration and anger. No amount of savings is worth the trouble, and their competitors are just so much better.

The place is small but effective. All you need is to pay and receive your items, and they do it fast for you. The only problem is that you can’t see a sign or anything that shows you where the place is after you arrive at the location if you haven’t been there before. The place is hidden behind a tree and a metal fence so look closely.

The worst service i have ever dealt with and the most unresponsive and close to non existing customer care.First i ordered a sneaker during a sale and they took too long to purchase (out of stock after 3 days of ordering and paying) that it went out of stock. Replaced it with another item and after 4 days the item’s price increased and i have paid the difference after editing. Then another 5 days and the item has not been purchased till now.During the above period i was not able to reach them by phone as their hotline that they advertise everywhere on their site till now is out of service. I was able to get in contact 4 separate times by mail, 2 times with a live agent and 2 phone calls with them (When i was inquiring about a different thing) and there is no status update whatsoever. I have requested a call numerous times but do not get it and only get a reply by mail if i was lucky.The worst service i have ever received from a company that i used to like 2 years ago but will never interact with ever again. As reading the other reviews and seeing someone replying from edfa3ly. Before replying here please review the history of both order #2486116 u0026 2486134 before trying to come up with an excuse or request for me to get in contact with you.I would strongly advise to not do business with them even if your life depended on it.

I tried them for the first time and Im sure it would be the last ... They gave me a shopping experience from hell, really !First, the ordering process is very very very slow. I contacted them many times for the same order - as the items I wanted kept getting out of stock, they promised to be faster but many items did get out of stock. They reflect their unorganized process when answering your questions. Ive paid the full amount around 10 days ago and status hasnt changed since. Sent them 2 online messages to fasten the process but the answer was the same we are trying our best, and the 3rd message they didnt even reply. The problem is that the item is on sale and thats the only reason I ordered it, loss of time and energy following up on my order.

Im in love with the service that this company provide. I believe that they managed to bridge a gap in the local market via importing products for personal use at a convenient price.Their services are improving day after day since I tried them for the first time since 6 months. The shipments are arriving faster and even home delivery is getting better.The only opportunity I still see is the way how they estimate international shipping fees because the quotations are overstated and the company doesnt refund the extra charges.Keep up the good work !

When they have a coupon discount on customs and shipping, then the prices are very goodSome simple things can be improved:- The ability to combine 2 orders in 1 Aramex package to save cost- The ability to ship to an Aramex branch instead of a home address (should be simple, I dont get why you refuse it)- Purchasing the order from Amazon should be faster. it takes you 2 working days, which a lot given that items quickly run out of stock or change in priceBut overall they provide quality service with good value

Been a costumer since 2012 their service is great and all anyways im a regular subscriber to the elite package where i was charged 3$ per 100 for international shipping...... they increased it to 4.5 $ for the new subscriptions and the old ones!!! it doesnt make sense since i already bought mine at the 3$ rate this is unacceptable and if we were in a respectful country we would have been able to take an effective legal action im not mad im just disappointed for the unethical behaviorالعقد شريعة المتعاقدينEDIT: now they changed their terms and conditions to include that plans are not guaranteed to stay the same ....just avoid them

As the vendor asked for order IDs, I am providing one of them: 1108236 and they can get the history of all my orders.I am not very happy with their service, first they delivered one item out four. I have noticed that they arent following up with Amazon, then after few complaints to expedite the delivery of the remaining items, they decided to cancel the order. In a new order requesting a saw guide, and after several follow-ups, they decided also to canceled the order, as they considered it a dangerous item, I tried to explain that it is basically an aluminum ruler, customer support claimed that their management refused! From this time forward, I decided to purchase directly from Amazon. I am much happier now!

Background information :On 5th of October 2020, I purchased the follows from Amazon through Edfa3ly :a-) Samsung Tablet S7 + 128 GB with 6 GB of ram, black color variant. (749.99 $)b-) Spigen Tough Armor Pro case for the tablet (26.99 $)The order totaled: 16331 EGP.This higher price conversion is because Edfa3ly charges at rate of 1 USD = 16.5 EGP which was higher than that of the central bank, local banks, and international banks operating in Egypt.Also I subscribed in the Elite membership package which had a price tag 400 EGP to have the following features :- 50 % OFF customs- 50 % OFF VAT-7 % Edfa3ly fees-1 $ per 100 grams shippingProblems :1-) Edfa3ly incapability to adhere to deadlines set by their side.Since I purchased and paid for the order, edfa3ly ordered one item and didnt order the second one at the same time. This caused me to pay extra because there was a discount for a limited time and had they adhered to their timeframe, I would have benefited from that discount2-) Edfa3lys incapability to adhere to multiple deadlines provided to me by Edfa3lys customer support team.When item 1 which is the tablet arrived to Egypt , and going through customs clearance process starting from 4th of Nov 2020. I was given an expected clearance date of 23rd of Nov. 2020, which Edfa3ly didnt meet, so I was given another date by on of their team leaders. The amended clearance date was 30th of Nov.2020, which Edfa3ly didnt meet as well. Therefore, I decided to cancel the order and request a refund.3-) Edfa3lys refusal to canceling the order and refunding me.On 1st of Dec. 2020, I requested to cancel the order and having a refund, which I am eligible for according to Edfa3lys returns policy which states the followsEdfa3ly wasnt able to meet the delivery terms agreed upon (items were delivered later than what was promised.But my request was denied for an ambiguous term on their terms and conditions page stating that electronic devices might take longer than usual. I tried several time to clarify that I am canceling the order because their failure to meet their deadlines and that the products value has already depreciated, and according to Edfa3lys return policy I am eligible for a refund, but they refused to cancel and refund me the value of a product that I didnt receive .

They are not the same as they used to be.Made an order two weeks ago from amazon, till now it has not been purchased yet, started looking online and it seems they have not been purchasing order since the beginning of the year, when I sent them to ask about the delay, they mentioned they have issues with the shipping company, they should not allow people to make orders and pay for packages until they sort their business, but letting people buy packages and make orders that they cannot honor puts them in the scammers territory. I sent them an e-mail to refund me, lets see if they comply, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM EDFA3LY

Although the order arrived to Egypt in just 7 days I was disappointed to learn that it would take 5 days to be delivered to my house (I live in Cairo by the way,)! Your domestic shipping is soooo slow that it ruined my experience. I had to take a day off to commute all the way to your office in Sheraton (extremely far from where I live) as I was travelling and couldnt wait for their courier service. So sad that such great, efficient service is ruined by something so trivial. I strongly suggest changing the courier service you deal with because it will cost you clients. Doesnt make sense that an order comes all the way from the US in a week but needs a full five days to get delivered WITHIN CAIRO.

The receptionist was not at all friendly. Usually you will take considerable time for simple things. They too are unreliable as the weight they claim didnt match the true weight of the items. So beware and challenge them (bring your own scale if you can ). Update: i went again and they had replaced the receptionist with another one; much more professional. I wanna thank Edfa3ly for delivering my order in 1 week exactly and for being thorough with their updates.I placed my order 11th of April, they purchased it right away.They transferred it to the US airport by the 12th of April.Today (18th of April), they notified me that my order is ready for collection.My order was packed well and they got exactly what I ordered.I just wanted to point out that their currency conversion rate is a bit high, in my opinion atleast; but, other than that a 5-star-rate experience for me.

Ordering and delivering from USA to Egypt is great, but once arrived Egypt, you suffer to receive your package, it took them one week to order and reach Egypt and almost 2 weeks to get my item inside Egypt!Also USD rate is more than 1.25EGP higher than the highest exchange rate in Egypt which with all other fees makes your item price almost the double even with super tawfeer service.

Some of the worst customer care Ive come across. My order was not purchased within the so called 2 business day period and now the item is unavailable after I purchased it (so much for edfa3ly). This is especially considering I called to bring their attention to this beforehand only to be completley ignored till the item became unavailable. I have been dealing with edfa3ly for over a year, their service is really impressive at all. I kept fighting in some orders to have to be cancelled for example and the webchat customer service are just awful, they dont do anything, but they only give you information, the facebook team is better in anyway, but now they take ages to reply to you.and the last order I have ordered, they told me that I have to pay 17USD in total, I paid them in a down payment, they took it and didnt review it, while they should have and give me at least a hint if there is any payment more to be made extra, because they wont order it till everything is taken care of, but they havent and they ordered it, and once it arrived to egypt office, they told that I have to pay an other 20USD for international shipping while it should have happened when I ordered the order and they reviewed to see how much it weighed on amazon website and tell me how much I should pay for it, which is huge amount, the book itself is on amazon for 25USD (including international shipping and everything and the rate of USD on amazon is 17.71EGP for each 1 USD, while edfa3ly, strangely enough, they have the rate of 18.59EGP for each 1USD which is even more,) so if I had known that it would cost that huge amount I would never have got it from their and I would have got it from amazon who would get it to me in a week or a week and a half time and even cheaper, however edfa3ly took over a month to tell me that it would cost more and I have not even received it, now I have to pay like 370EGP more on the top of the original amount which was 317EGP, the whole thing is not worth but unfortunately I cant return it or else I would lose all my money that I have paid. but in any case, if things didnt go right, I will return it. and thats it. because I cant afford it anyways, or leave it till 30 days passes and the book will be thrown away.I went through lots of hassle with edfa3ly, and when things would go wrong they would at least notify me beforehand, but this one time was the time when I really exploded, its been an awful service. the one good thing that with their coupons every now and then, things are cheaper than other. I gave them 3 stars for the previous experience I have had, they never lost a package, and the packages were always in a perfect shape and form, so I can not take away everything from them, they take longer, but they are definitely cheaper.

I am using Edfa3ly services since Feb 2017. Dont have a single complaint. Just keep a safe buffer time of 20 days between your order and delivery. Location is in a very dusty area, plus that recently the outside area entrance is under construction for some long time, so you cant even easily find a place outside to park your car, or let a driver wait for you if youre using Uber or Kareem car service, in many cases security advise that no places are free inside the facility to park

Edf3aly is not a trusted service, they have charged me extract amount for a fake international shipping weight.As you can see from their reply below the management is trying make you feel like they are really care, by asking you to contact them you can know how this service is bad by try to contact them, if you call them you have to wait for an hour over the phone or If you visit their office they will tell you we cant do anything for you we charged the amount and you have already paid the money, and you cant do anything about it.

My whole experience with Edfa3ly was below average and I would not recommend it for anyone buying something below 100 dollars.What really disappointed me the most is their lack of transparency in regards to the cost. Additional fees were added after the order arrived which werent acciunted for. Also, their system kept adding small amounts or asking for wrong amounts to be paid.Finally, I dont see why they have their own USD exchange rate which is higher than the normal rate by at least 1 pound.

I cant say its the best service out there as there are many disadvantages like the exchange rate and the high fees/commission they require, but I must say that they can be good when dealing with famous US stores and brands in terms of speed of delivery and tax/customs handling

Worst buying experience ever , no commitment with any of the promotions promises that they just cant deliver not even the commitments in the main policy , then they apologies and make other fake promises , they just take you money and held it for a long time then make you cancel the order after 8-21 business days which will lead you to another 15 days to get your money back .they invest with your money for a long time and then return it you .

I would give them ZERO if possible. They charge you 9.99 for each $1, while Amazon charges them 9.36 for each $1. I highly recommend using AmazonGlobal that ships items internationally for cheaper exchange rate and a much faster and affordable shipping service (usually Aramex or DHL).

It is good to find a company that would bring you stuff online instead of Aramex, specially Elite with no VAT and customs, however, take care of there international shipping weight, not always right, they add extra weight so you pay more and they charge 1 extra pound per dollar they dont use bank rate and they take domestic shipping sometimes when there is no domestic shipping. Not smart in applying coupons and discounts on stores.

Very bad experience, refusing giving any papers of device I bought from them costs 200 dollars, especially needed by the warranty here. Claiming that there are details that cannot be printed out between them and seller. Very untrustworthy , I still doubting the source of the device I bought. Worst experience ever, i placed an order 36 days ago and still no show, unprofessional costumer service getting me into boring fake details, at some point u will hear “ u didn’t read the terms and conditions!?”, so they will try to find some way that meets their “terms and conditions” to not be able to cancel ur order, i don’t know how long should it takes to deliver somthing so small (paying 508 EGP for 9.99 $ thing), but i’m waiting and will never deal with them again, my recommendation is to keep far away from them.
