How they serve dishes at this place totally won my heart! I love food aesthetics📷The portions are big, awesome choose for vegetarians. And the food is full of taste and really strong but rare ingredients combinations: love it!

I was tempted to take away a star because this place doesn’t take credit cards, but that is super common in Dahab.I ordered teriyaki chicken and rice and some crunchy spring rolls. Both were excellent! Not exactly as pictured on the menu but still delicious.The mango juice was natural and not super sugary which can sometimes be the case.What really stood out was the service with a smile. The worker was honest when I gave him too much money AND he chased me halfway down the block to return my phone to me! Thank you so much!!

Excellent restaurant! Real authentic Asian food, the taste is rich and reminiscent of South East Asia. Great staff and service and a very unique selection of drinks. Actually the best SE Asian food Ive eaten in Egypt.

This little place is adorable and the staff is super friendly. Great for a night dinner as the rooftop view is pretty for star gazing. The Asian food is pretty good and it’s a change in variety from the standard dahab restaurant menu of pizza, burgers, and pasta.Their fried ice cream is delicious and it’s a favorite for me as well as the black pepper beef noodle dish.

Its awesome, staff are amazing, food is extremely delicious specially the spicy noodles soup (It has 3 degrees of spiciness), the portions are also good. Also the place is very cozy and the decorations arent extremely vibrant so its soothing, the plates and bowls that are used are also very good.

The place has seen some asian guest-chefs - hence the Indonesian and Chinese influenced menu.As a vegan you can find things on the menu here, but you will be limited to chose from like 2-3 dishes.The food is okay but dont expect food as you would get it in Asia. The picture shows Nasi Goreng which was presented very well and lacked some flavour.

Wow, this food is amazing, and the staff are even better. I would recommend the chicken for sure and it’s beautiful to sit outside on the terrace. I will definitely come back!!! Thank you ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I really like it. The variety isnt great but the dishes you get here are tasty and well prices. I really recommend the spicy noodle soup.

Worst Tom Yum in my life. 100 ml of my water with Tom Yum paste inside. Brought green tea instead of puer. Definitely dont recommend. Had to go to have dinner after cause that so called soup is small and untasty

Box MealThe Forever safe choice in Dahab when it comes to Lunch/Dinner , BoxMeal offers a small variety of Asian food by its Super Friendly Staff who are the main reason why we always go back :)The dishes taste is not consistent but it can pass. Would only recommend to eat at the restaurant, takeouts are also not consistent. Their “black pepper beef” is my favorite (but might be too peppery for some) and u have the option to order ur main dish with fried noodles or white rice. Their Fiesta Salad (mix of veggies & fruits with a mild soy dressing) is a refreshing starter (some ingredients changes according to availability but always a successful choice) so i would always order it no matter what. Soon they will provide vegetarian breakfast (not sure when and not sure why vegetarian if their menu consists of non vegetarian items).

Ive eaten here on several occasions. Joys eggplant is amazing! The chicken has a bit too much sauce but it is very tasty. If you are looking for specialty coffee or tea on dahab this is the place! I love the dragon tea. The ginger is warm and invigorating on cooler evenings. Also, I think they open at noon most days so you can try it for lunch. They do take away.

Yet another hidden gem in Dahab! I stumbled upon this restaurant on my walk home and was surprised to see that they serve a wide variety of Asian stir-fry/wok dishes.I ordered the black pepper beef over rice dish (large portion) but they had run out of beef so they asked if they could replace it with chicken. No problem! And yes, it was just as delicious as it looks in the photo of this review!Overall the staff were extremely friendly and really showed interest in their customers unlike some other businesses in the area. I loved Box Meal and I highly recommend it if youre looking for a change of cuisines in Dahab. A+++

Atmosphere is good and waiters are friendly. But food is not that great . Too much Soya sauce to make it like Asian food but just salty. Price is not bad.

So far Ive been impressed with the quality of the dishes served here. Chicken has been over cooked or dry on more than a few occasions but the flavours are impressive!Only caveat. If you like spicy you really have to push them to get it up to your satisfaction. This appears to be a constant is Egypt mind

Used to make sure to pay a visit to Box Meal whenever I am in Dahab cause it’s one of the best. Yet, it’s been 5 years since I first tried it and there has been any changes to the menu, and quality has notably dropped… also why would you put on Khaliji songs in a Chinese restaurant?

We tried 4 dishes: sweet & sour chicken , chicken teryaki , fried noodles and black pepper beef, all of them are nice but sweet & sour chicken was the best, for desert we had fried ice cream but it wasnt that good.Comparing value to money its a little bit expensive but it is still a very nice place to dine in.

You can try nice Asian food here. I tried fried rice with egg and eggplant with rice. Eggplant dish was little bit sweet but tasty.

We only found this restaurant on our second last night of a 2 week stay in Dahab. Food is great and friendly service. It has a wonderful atmosphere upstairs. Dont expect your food in 5 minutes as everything is cooked fresh and tastes good. Needless to say we were back on our last night for dinner as well. Take a bottle of wine or a couple of cold Stellas and chill while they prepare your food. Our only complaint was they ran out of fried icecream dessert which we had tasted as a complimentary on our first night, but the fried banana was a good second choice.

They make an all vegan breakfast with pancakes, different toasts, like hummus, tofu, avocado and a couple other dishes. Definitely worth checking out.

Best Asian food I have ever had in Egypt! The way they run the place and how cozy it is, is perfect! Travelers get to cook in there every now and then.If you are planning to go, ask Floui (Flow) to prepare the special order that takes a day to prepare (a day beforehand of course).
