If youre looking for an authentic Egyptian Fatir, nothing will compare to Sheikh Al Arab. The place inside is small so it may be hard to dine in. However, if you live in the vicinity, it is definitely worth a try. With a wonderful array of fatirs and pizzas (which arent really as good as the fatir), this place will make you come back for more. Highly recommend.

The food is delicious and great for take away only, I used to order fteer since years ago..But the restaurant is not clean, alot of flies , not enough tables, very hot place, not suitable for families, recently no delivery ..Regarding the cleanliness and guarantee of valdity of the food and ingredients, so the answer is simple .. Smile, we are in Egypt :) where no one knows what is he/she eating, even in the most expensive restaurants, so just eat and say bismillah :)

Its a leader in pizza craft, good an clean food and raw, cozy and crowded especially in the evening, quality is not stable because it depends on the cocker, home delivery is a good option as there is only two tables inside.
