Today, my wife and daughter had a very bad experience in this hotel, very small rooms and bad reception, they wanted to change the hotel after 10 minutes, we called the travel agent who told me that this hotel management refused to refund and told us that they need a strong reason to refund, the agent told the hotel that we have someone in a hospital, they asked for a medical report from this hospital.. I had to pay for the other hotel and they finally accepted a partial refund.I will never recommend this place or the travel agent (Intratour, Egypt)
