This supermarket used to be great and had everything in one place. I loved their sports section ... unfortunately Alpha is not the same ... It still has good quality products but the choices are very limited now ... I hope the new management improves this branch ... It is still the largest square foot supermarket in Zamalek area compared to the competition

Very decent. Yes it’s very limited in food products in my opinion and yet it’s a safe space with basic products. Though prices can be better.Second floor is nicer btw.

Great place to buy groceries when traveling - extensive selection of choices and products in a larger store.

Its just dad that they needed the section for sport equipment, they have downsized quite significantly...many products no longer sold here...

Was my favorite supermarket because its not cramped like saoudi or sunny of the zamalek area. BUT getting run down and empty - I think I have to admit that I regularly dont find my products and have to adjust to whats there Kind of defeats the idea of a supermarket.. no?

Totally good except for the butchery range, very bad display and packaging, the F&V section doesnt cover all needs and the fruit quality is below average despite the expensive prices.

Best Baladi Bread you can find in Zamalek (1 EGP for every 🥖) freshly baked 👌🏻 and stuff is helpful.

Great store with very helpful and friendly staff at checkout. I go here regularly and can usually get what I need. Always clean and shelves stacked nicely.

It is a huge place, distributed into 3 floors with mechanical escalators which is a very nice and comfortable service. Wide variety of articles, it is possible to purchase electronic cigarettes and e-juice which is an excellent plus for some. It is possible to get almost anything of the quotidian needs. Very recommendable.

The workers are cooperative and the food products are of high quality, especially dairy, meat, fruits and vegetables

I like this store but they reduced their stock and I havent been back since.Multi-level store, ground floor groceries and first floor with all sorts of variables: kitchen items, bathroom stuff, gym gear etc,.I dont know if Ill visit again, I hope they have better selection if I do.

Alpha market has improved their layout with a nice fresh fruit and veg section right at the entrance. They offer herr fresh organic produce from Sekem.

Its 3 stories market! They have almost everything. You can find food , vegetables, fruits , toys , pet food , sports clothing, clothing , shoes , kitchen stuff and home appliance , and more.The staff is really helpful and their refund policy is so nice. They deliver within two hours at maximum.I visited other branches of them , but this one is my first choice even if Im close to other branch.

They have everything from foods, fresh and cooked to household items, pets food and accessories, sports wear, furniture, electronic appliances. Helpful staff and call center. Fresh bakery, butcher, fresh fish and sea food. Cooked foods, readily marinated meats. Imported goods. Childrens toys. Toiletries. Delivery is some times late because of the work pressure. Parking is difficult but you can park at the parking lot a few meters away or leave the car at the garages in front of the Supermarket.

Great service. If you are looking for all items under one roof, this is the place to be. They also offer free home delivery. If you are looking for fresh fruits and vegetables, visit in the morning. Parking can get tricky during peak hours.

Nobody goes to Alfa Market out of choice, it’s always out of necessity, but rest assured they will never have in stock that one item you crave, be it a wooden spoon, a mop or some tennis balls. If you do need to venture into this outlet, do not have the audacity to ask a member of staff if, and where, an item might be stocked.

It has almost everything, just needs more stuff to help you out but other than this the place is clean and all the stuff are wearing masks

Great store in Zamalek. Three floors means you can get just about anything from this store. The staff are very helpful and even though I cannot speak Arabic i have always been helped.The prices here are very good and I actually found an anti-nausea band that I couldn’t find at the big malls.I meander around this store and always findSomething interesting that I don’t see at the big chain store.This is my first choice for kitchen goodies & groceries.

Big shop has almost everything but they dont care to keep things tidy and clean. For example one of the refrigerators is not working well for more than a week already and they dont fix it yet.

Large (for Zamalek) supermarket on three floors. With escalator and lifts. There is a wide range of fresh products, although not very good quality in the case of salads.There is small butchers and fish counter. Lots of canned goods and imported products.There is a good chance you will find most common household items here, except hardware.

Though this is a one stop store that has a lot of offerings from food to clothes, the pickings can be slim and the lines can be long to pay.There is workout equipment on the top floor along with sleeping bags and toys.

Bigger and more goods than Sunny supermarket, but it is more expensive and the service is not as good as Sunny, neither as Oscar. Another negative point is, that the homepage in which it should be possible to make an online order, is not really working. That means that you are spending time filling your basket with goods, filling in all needed information, make your cekck out and when you are calling the store after hours of waiting you get the information, that the online orders are ignored and not processed..... So: back to Sunny and Oscar and Alfa only if really needed and personally in that area.

(Maadi branch) Alfa market used to be one of the best markets in Egypt. Unfortunately, it just keeps on going downhill. All of the skincare products (like Vaseline) have the lids taken off and are actually used, most of the food products are expired or very close to being expired, same with the hygiene products.Overall, the quality of the market is just plain bad now, but I do hope they go back to their original quality.

Alfa is the largest supermarket in Zamalek and has the best selection of Asian food and condiments around. On the second floor they also sell cookware, light appliances, electronics and cleaning products. On the third floor youll find toys, games, sports gear, pet food, patio furniture, grills, luggage and clothing. The prices on some of the non food items can get quite high but its convenient to find so much in one place.

Sometimes I just like going there to have a walk and look what new options they have hahaha.. Its a nice place and has many different things.. Food.. Clothes.. Sporting goods.. House equipment.. Etc

A blissful place in Zamalek to reach. Considered a hypermarket in disguise. You can find probably many things you wouldnt expect in their 3 floors which the first obviously is for food and the 2nd and 3rd for clothes, tools & electronics, fitness and sports equipment. You can find imported goods as europian soda drinks and chips etc. Relatively a bit expensive.

The place needs some maintenance and refreshing but the staff is very friendly and helpful especially with the mini vape shop in the second floor

One of the better places to find imported non-perishable foods like spices and mixes. For perishable imported meats and cheeses Gourmet is now a better option.

I actually went to Hope Dentist.Dr Raoh Ramzey is...what can I say....Gentle, understanding, fast, accurate and honest.If you need a dentist in Zamalek or Cairo.Visit the Hope Surgery, Zamalek.You will not regret it.

Its really such a waste of large space in such a thriving area , poor goods both in display and quality , bad quality of oily bakery , along with unhelpful gloomy staff, they are not even trying to replace the unavailable goods, in my opinion the only thing that keeps it running is the lack of serious competition

Best place for grocery shopping

Variety alrightBut we tripped on the escalator coming down injuring my wife s leg. Mngr got us some Detol immediately to disinfect the injury which was luckily only superficial.

I am not sure what some people find great about this place. Disorganized, smelly and the staff is disgusting and smelly. Probably one of my worst shopping experiences ever.

Alfa Market is an absolute monster that has everything you can imagine. Its quite well kept taking into account Egyptian work ethic and its sheer size.

Which Alfa the one in Meadi 4stars the one in zamalek barely 2 stars with a lot of loud unruled inexperienced salers moreover needs more cleaning.
