The delivery is not good . The burger’s quality’s not good and the fries are cold. In general the quality is not the same like when they first opened in Cairo .

For burger LOVERS. Great taste for special burger. Lot of offers every now and then. I love mushroom and Swiss sandwich the most. I always buy 200 LE offer for 4 sandwiches . I would recommend it. I prefer it more than mince.

I left Egypt 10 years ago and it’s my first time back and we used to go to this place all the time. My first time back , the staff was friendly and the food was good. Mna was helpful and very nice so was Mohammed but mna was who helped mostly . Yet the reason I give this 3 star rating , when we came in. I noticed a manager was on her phone outside , I thought cool she’s just on break. Nope she came back in yelling at the employees and then went and sat on a booth and got on the phone . I was very angry with the way the employees were treated because they were very nice and the manager wasn’t doing nothing

The Food was tasty and the place was neat, tidy and clean. Loved their fries!

The mall of Egypt branch is terrible. Staff extremely rude. Orders messed up more than once and the burgers are wayyyyy overpriced compared to quality. Go somewhere else that is worth your money.

Somewhat better fast food, claimed to be prepared on charkcoal. Onion rings and curly fries are good with or without extra cheddar cheese.

We havent eaten at this place but we use this place as a reference for deliveries and taxi/uber/careem drop off. Young people love to hang out in front of the restaurant

I wont call it the best burger in Zamalek, but it is good and service is very good.Used to have a burger in my way home biweekly.

As usual, burger is not comparable to any other place, Roost beef terrific, stuff is professional, I like this place too much...

There was alot of poor and homeless people around the place despite this it was a typical Hardees restaurant
