Fair prices for the area for Covid tests, though higher than other countries. Had results back in less than 24h and was able to use without issue at the airport

Very bad customer service and rude the people working in zamalek don’t answer the phone all the time and they lie and say we didn’t call when go there & if they answer which is very rare they’re rude. the staff is not anymore like in the past 2 or 3 years ago obviously they changed the staff . Also one time a test had a different result than another lab and when I told them they almost attack and answer in a rude way the customer coz they have to be right . So the phone is a big problem coz u can’t reach coz they don’t answer all the time day and night and the call center is even more rude !! I was a loyal customer since many years but now after this I’m not anymore

Very unprofessional staff and call center.After making sure twice that their PCR test is certified for travel, and after getting reassured multiple times by the call center, the doctor in person and the staff member, turned out they are the least certified and accepted in all airports. The airport management didnt have to look at the test just at the name of the Lab to dismiss the test.I missed my flight and my hotel booking. Went there the second day to ask for a refund for the test they had nothing to do with it. Completely irresponsible and unprofessional.

The hot number has one who answers and receives all the calls. I asked her to take a sample. A home visit. My mother held the important thing. She does not answer the phone in the first place, and although I am a client with the tower, but I stopped dealing with you because of her.

Because it Mafi any phone number to communicate with them and supposed to all known laboratories need to put phones to communicate and take dates and thank you
