A bit expensive of compare to the living in Egypt but for western it is alright. It is count by pieces each with different pricing. Really honest company! and very helpful! only 10EGP extra you can do pick up or drop off and they are able to deliver it fast. The problem that I have is that they drop off too late brought in around 17-18 o clock and should be brought at 12 o clock next day but they could only do it at 15 o clock and I need to call them pity. The clothes are like packed almost like you brought from the store, way too neat. like shirt having carbon in between and collar stands. The pitty thing about is that there is still some stains and it does not felt that crips what you have if it has washed very long of hot or drycleaning. It is rare to find a laundry in Cairo, most are do it yourself. I do like to do business with them more.7/10

I called them in advance asking if they do DRY cleaning, they said yes so I came and drop my designer t-shirts that have to be cared for gently. Because the lady at the desk does not speak english, I called my boyfriend who speaks Arabic to make sure they will DRY CLEAN it and there is no misunderstanding. I was very annoying about it to make sure my clothes don’t get ruined. The lady at the desk reassured that they will indeed be dry cleaned. The day after I picked up clothes that were washed and tumble dried in high temperature. I don’t have to describe how my clothes look now.... I don’t understand why I was lied to! I guess they needed the money. Stay away
