Food is okay but its too crowded , if you are a group who wanna dine in then forget about it

OK...Its a Mc Donalds like you find it in other places too. The taste is not better but also not worse than elsewhere. The only problem is that there is not really space to have a seat and enjoy your meal. Too small, to crowded. But goo dthat it is there, so that you have a Mc Donalds close to get delivery ;-)

Lazy workers want only to chat with each others.Ordered a breakfast they said they said they will bring it upstaire. Checked on them after 20 min they said they will bring it. And 45 min later we didnt get our food and when asked they were asking each other to prepare it. We left without eating!!!!

Very bad and not clean. The seating area is old and unkempt. The employees are slow and cant manage well. The space is tight and claustrophobic and dim. Dont even take away from here, I lost my appetite just waiting in line

Careless staff.. however the place had no customers, they didnt bring order on time.. I had to go check on them they told me they were coming right away.15 minutes later we went to then again.. they werent prepared the food yet.. we had to make a refund becsuse we stayed for 45 minutes without preparing the order.the place isnt that organizad and clean either.

The coffee machine was leaking and rusted. Disgusting latte for 17 EGP and Black coffee for 14 EGP. The dining room is a sad and gloomy metro station replica. Employees do their best.

The place isnt clean at all with a small space, the lettuce wasnt fresh, it wasnt a good visit to McDonalds, but fortunately the respected branch manager contacted me and apologized and offered to make up for the bad visit.

The place is really old and outdated, its really closed you feel like you are in jail, no mobile service available due to the place being extremely clustered, no self service available at all.

Excellent coffee is the first reason I went to McDonalds, but a tempting spicey crunchy chicken sandwich meant I returned three days in a row! Friendly efficient staff. Easy takeaway or a clean, spacious air-conditioned room upstairs ensured I will go back.

It’s a global fast food franchise, which sells a wide variety of sandwiches including burgers, chicken sandwiches,fries and drinks.The place also serves breakfast from 7 am to 11 am.As it’s a franchise quality is supposed to be the same all over. But some branches are worse than the others.Prices are a little bit above average and the service is somewhat fast.Delivery speed is very fast and the place is open 24/7

Crowded food tasted funny

An utterly sad, disgusting, nasty, lousy and noisy place. A place where you delight in your fair share of meals turned into a field of football, and/or basketball (loud, miserable) by young teenagers that NEVER shut up. Ugh, the only times I consume, or devour meals would be either choosing the delivery, or partaking in a ten minute walk for the sundae ice cream, other than that I will NOT have a meal in the upper area, unless the employees, and/or the franchises owner puts in a sign saying dont talk a lot, or dont talk loudly. I will only give one-star for it being Google not allowing me to give a rating in the minuscule-context, but keep in mind, it shouldve been by minus, and/or nothing at all.*A review for every McDonalds branch in Egypt, all of them make me uncomfortable.

At Zamalik branch , The Big tasty meal is really tasty , the staff was friendly but you must go upstairs to set and eat and therefore you should use very long narrow stairs which makes it practically impossible for handicapped people to use.

The place is so old it really needs redecorating.. otherwise the food was great as always ❤️
