I got manicure and pedicure with gel polish.The work was excellent. They have an amazing nails team.I found the price too high. I was charge $900 for the service.$140 for manicure, $160 for pedicure, and $300 extra for each gel polish application.When I ask for the price I was told $300, but when I went to pay find out the mani/pedi was extra. As I dont speak arabic, it couldve been a communication issue

When I arrived the place was quiet and nice. The staff was always disinfecting their hands which I really appreciated, with covid and all.I got the olaplex treatment and a hair cut and I loved it !I always worry when someone cuts my hair so i tend to trim it on my own 😂 but i wanted a good professional cut and I love it ! I got what i asked for; which I really appreciate as hairdressers usually tend to overdo it. I forgot his name(im sorry!) but he was a Jordanian guy and I will surely go to him when i need a new cut.I definitely recommend them and would go back again !

The worst experience ever in in salons. I did a manicure and pedicure which was disaster. My previous gel color could be still seen, my heels were in the same condition as when I came. Then I went to do the highlights. I’ve heard it’s best salon in Cairo. I am blonde I wanted standard highlights only on my roots . I came out of the salon with a lot of grey highlights turned totally yellow after I washed it in the hotel. My hairdresser was Tony if I am not mistaken I also asked him to cut my hair when he finish with highlights. He ruins my hair. After two months of using hair masks my hair is still burnt. After that they charged an insane price of more then 200 euros. I didn’t want to pay full amount because I cried in the salon. I would never go there again in my life. No one speaks English, so the communication was desperate. The only good thing I could say was ok that they curled my hair nicely, to find out afterwards was actually to cover up their horrible work.

The they said Amir is the best !... i end up with being a red head !!! My hair is red instead of being blonde !how could anyone confuse both colours !!! Thx to amirApart from this they are extremly unprofessional . Most of the staff are not wearing masks. Cleanless is average. And my scalp is hurting really bad !!

Review for their dry cuts.Ive tried them a few times, would give a solid 4 stars, and they really stand out compared to the other options available in Cairo for dry-cutting.First of all, there are no ridiculous waiting lists for reservation like other curly hair salons, you dont even need to make a reservation which is a huge advantage!In terms of hair cutting, theyre very good and the haircuts always look professional. I would advise to have in mind exactly what you want and the stylist can accommodate different preferences. Their real downfall is styling, they dont use salon quality CG products, even though they use brands like Kerastase for straight hair styles. Even their technique is not the best and I do a better job at diffusing at home tbf. Last time the stylist didnt diffuse my hair himself and let one of the boys who do the hair washing do it, it was absolutely disastrous. I do appreciate that he didnt charge me for it and I was promised that he will do the styling next time. I would be wary though.I have also tried their mani/pedi, so not worth it. Over-priced and they dont even have any nail polish dryers. My french manicure was constantly wiping off during my haircut after.

Horrible place, Kimi is the most rude and unprofessional person ever. I have already waited 5 hours for Kimi and when my turn finally arrived and I asked him for a certain hair color, he literally said no I wont do it, he told me I’d either do the hair color he suggested or I should leave the place. Horrible service I would never go there again.

I dont recall my stylists name. However, my hair felt soft and beautiful. They dont use any products before styling so I recommend bringing your own.Their prices are a bit expensive comapring others. Overall, I had a pleasant experience there.

I spent 5 hours for a color, cut, and pedicure/manicure even though I was the first person to arrive in the morning. Very expensive and they will try to sell you all kinds of overpriced items. I paid over 4000 pounds and Im not sure why. They dont provide you with a receipt. Save your money and find another place and watch out for the Lebanese guy named Joe. He is incredibly arrogant and bleached my hair after I told him I didnt want it bleached since my hair was super dry and damaged. This place used to be good a couple of years ago when I first visited but has rapidly gone downhill since.

Long waiting hours I waited at least 5 hours to get my hair done. Its really irritating and disappointing. However, my hair is really good and they are professional in terms of quality. Yet, I recommend other branches than the Zamalek one.

1) my privacy was invaded by all the photos and videos taken and published without my consent2) the color was terrible AND they were ALL trying to sell it to me. It’s easy: if I don’t like it, change it!3) after two washes my hair turned orange, all the color fell off and it left a rusty look even though they did a color test4) I spent FIVE hours there for a cut and coloring even thought I was the second person to arrive in the morning

Dont know what to say, the staff is very nice, friendly and professional. Had a hair cut and hair treatment thier yesterday done by Mostafa vouge and it was more than amazing. The haircut came to be more beautiful than what I already want and expected, everything was done carefully and in a professional way. Really laides should pamper themselves once in a while by going to Toi. Cant wait to try all their other services.

I don t recommend the place at all. They are overpriced (and you dont get a receipt), unprofessional and I even got verbally harrassed by the person responsible for the beverages teshrabi eh ya mozza. I went there to get a haircut. Since my hair is curly and I read on cairoscoop that they cut curly hair I went there. In the middle of the cut the Batikha (the hair cutters name) went away for 20min, i discovered he was working with someone else! During my haircut!! He came back and finished. The cut was horrible! It was uneven, didnt have a shape and he tried to sell it to me saying that when i wash it at home it will look good. Needless to say, it didnt. I went to ramzy ( hairsalon near gamaa bridge in the zoo area) he saved it and now it looks really good (i payed 120LE there) :)

Went there for hair treatment. Actually the treatment vanished 1 month later !But also, I have trimmed my hair and it was really good as my hair grew well after that.They are so welcoming and friendly. I think I would give them a second chance.

Very dirty place. The cleanliness is beyond lacking. I wanted to use the toilet and it is unusable. They have a flower vase there which has dirty water in it and the table is full of dust.They turned off the mirror lights before I got my brushing; & when I asked the worker there to switch it back on so that I could see my hair color, he was so scared that he had to ask permission from the owner of the place to turn it back on. The energy of the place is unsettling. They are cheap and unwelcoming. The workers there are not well trained. They claim they use LOreal Professional hair dye which I highly doubt as the color went off when I washed it and turned orange. I think that they use ego. I found a lot of grey hair uncolored though I stressed to the amateur who put the color on my hair to do it right and he didnt. They dont offer you something to drink and dont offer soft drinks. First and last time to ever visit this horrible place. Plus the prices are very high cpmared to the service or lack of that u get there. Parking is also a huge issue. I cant seem to find anything good to report here. Really sad to experience this in my first and last visit and with all the competition going in thus particular field. I wish I had read the comments before going and wasting my time and money. Never again.

I went their new branch in galleria 40 and found an amazing hairstylist for veiled women (they have a veiled section) . Her name is Mona and she did an amazing haircut and blow dry. It is honestly the best hair cut I have gotten in cairo after many many disappointments. Will definitely go back!

I had a manicure and pedicure at Toi. The therapist was disinterested and rough, leaving my cuticles bleeding on 2 fingers and 2 toes. One toe was so bad that it hurt for about 4 days afterwards. She did not seem at all bothered at the pain and discomfort caused. I was concerned about possible infection. I do not recommend at all.

Toi has highly professional staff, but has some problems. Regarding the highly professional staff, manicurist Hanan is pleasant, skillful, professional and aiming to please. I have very sensitive skin and she managed to do my nails perfectly without any pain or injuries. She walked an extra mile by offering nail color that allows water in wodoa for prayer, extra work for her that I was happy even before she offered that. My daughter was lucky to get professional coloring by Emad and professional curly cut by Moustafa who fixed a wrong cut by a famous previous Salon. Both were skilfull, profrssional and pleasant. Pricing is a bit expensive, but I wouldnt have minded had there been no problems. Regarding the problem, the first problem was advertising on their facebook page that Kimi is a curly hair specialist. We called to reserve with him. They indicated a day he would be available but first come first served and they reassured he would handle anyone coming before 6:00 pm and ready to wait for him. We did arrive at 3:30 pm, did wait for him. He did listen to my daughter, an 18 year old, and to me and did see sample pictures of what my daughter wants, said ok. His manager said he will color and cut her hair. Kimi was so arrogant and with an attitude. He sent Emad to color. Sent mostafa to cut. He didnt even apologize for not handling my daughter. I would not recommend such an arrogant hair dresser with an attitude to anyone. I amglad my daughter got Emad and Moustafa and they did an excellent job. If we go again to Toi we will specifically ask to not have Kimi serve us and to have Emad and Moustafa. The second problem was that Toi is advertised by Vodafone to exchange points but they use the ad and refuse to exchange points saying that system has stopped. If so they shouldnt use vodafone ads. Overall Toi is good but has problems.

I dyed my hair blonde here and I can’t believe they actually were able to give me the blonde color I wanted (almost platinum) without really damaging my hair and getting the color from first try. It is truly amazing how the color turned out. I dyed my hair with mustafa.

I went there for a trim, he shortened my hair horribly. He is so cocky , rude and cares only about shooting an Instagram story/video rather than his customers. He didn’t even care to listen to what I wanted!! I would never go to him again for a hai cut.But I have to say he and his staff are really good at brushing and styling

First of all I have to thank Mostafa and Emad for the wonderful cut and color. But here is the thing. If it werent for Kimmi my visit would have been perfect. I called several times to confirm when Kimmi will be in Zamalek branch because I wanted him to cut and color my hair. When I arrived I asked specifically for Kimmi. When he came he heard what I wanted (very hastily) and said okay will do. 10 min later someone else comes with the color and started coloring my hair. I thought he was just helping. I let him finish and when it was time to wash and cut someone else came. I asked where Kimmi is he said he is the curl expert and not Kimmi. He cut my hair and as I was paying they wanted me to pay as if Kimmi is the one who did my hair. Mostafa and Emad told them that they are the ones who did my hair and it was resolved.Whats bothering me is Kimmies arrogance. Not knowing how to deal with curly hair is understandable, but you do not tell someone yes I will do your hair then leave and let others deal with your problem.I am very happy I didnt have to deal with your one size fits all haircut and color Kimmi. Honestly there are some people who are way more talented in this salon, but dont get the credit they deserve. Next time I come, thats if I come, I will specifically ask for anyone but Kimmi.Thanks again Mostafa and Emad for making my visit worth it.

I have the worst experience with this salon!I went to kimi to dye my hair and I told him what I want , but he didn’t work by himself, he told a guy to work on my hair and he did color I don’t want and I hate the color, I went two times to fix it but once I washed it the color comes back!! And I paid 3.5K so I lost my money and my hair also !!

Im very happy with the final result. I went for some highlights and a haircut so I showed a picture of the style I wanted and the colorist suggested the perfect tone to match my skin. It was a great experience!

Terrible experience.. first mum took an appointment for me and when i arrived they said its not a presigned appointments and i had to wait for a couple of hours! I would have tolerated this if i came out with what i want at the end! i went to have a simple vintage hair cut and came out terrible! Like the guy only knows a one kind of style and apply it to all clients. He Done what he wants and doesnt give you the time to listen and attend and think of how to create the real look youre looking for! He finished in 5 min max. He even noticed that the cut i had was messed up in lengthes and a side was longer than the other and guess what i went home and found out that a side was longer and even cut differntly than the other. Smart huh! The guy lives on the repuation made by egyptian celebs!If you want to look the same like other woman with no real style or character go for it. Trash expereince.

The worst haircut in my life. One should have a special talent to ruin hair like mine and the master stylist proved he does. He just copy pastes the same amateurish hair style, not paying attention to your needs and requests. No wonder to see so many identical twins in the crowded salon that reminds a train station.

A bad experience I went to the place because of the praise and the high evaluation and the sweet dyes that I had on Instagram. I wanted to have a gray dye. I went to the veiled section at a unit named Azza. She told me and I showed the color. Catalog I see the other colors and everything I have on my hands on the color you say, no, it will not come, no, it will not show your hair black and insist that I work brown and dark. I went anywhere that they wouldn’t know to see. The color came out of the place because I’m not going to dye a dark brown and pay money in it. If I want me to work, the house went to another place that is not famous for its fame. I made my hair gray and its artifacts came out, and my hair is healthy and simple. They philosophize and convince me that it is impossible
