Good service but the accept only cash payment

The worst company i have ever flied with..they have zero respect for customers and dont even care to helpI Got my flight cancelled two times and delayed 3 times only 24 hours before the flight without any explanation or even apology.Even after I rescheduled my flight, the transient time before the connecting flight was too short and i missed it.On the airport, Their information disk refused to help by any means, i had to book a flight on my own and hotel on my own to wait on the airport for the next flight after 24 hour...dont put your life at risk with these thieves

That was a very bad experience the lady in the front office was so slowly she doesnt help you to know anything she only cares about the service charge which is very high by the way 25 € that experience was enough to persuade us to book with another company.

I really, really liked the Aeroflot office in Cairo. The staff is polite and friendly. They helped us to solve our questions and gave good recommendations when buying tickets. I recommend buying tickets only here, especially since the office is located in the city center.
