Faculty of Arts Zagazig University is one of the colleges affiliated to the University of Zagazig and located within the campus of the university. It was established in 1975 and was part of the old building of the Faculty of Education in Farouk Street, Zagazig. The college then moved to its current location in its separate campus building, which opened in 1980. For the first time in 2016, a young director of the Faculty of Arts, Dr. Wael Salama Shaheen, is appointed.The College grants the following degrees:Bachelor of Arts Degree.Master and Ph.D. degrees in one of the specializations of the departments of the College, provided that a good grade is obtained at least.Postgraduate Diploma in Media or Social Development or Industrial Meeting.The College has several sub-departments such as Arabic, English, French, Spanish, Sociology, History, Geography, Psychology, Philosophy and Media.The Library of the Faculty of Arts was established in 1974 - 1975 in an area of ​​up to 400 meters. The library consists of several scientific sections matching the scientific sections of the college in addition to specialized libraries. The library includes around 28,000 Arabic books, 12,500 foreign books, 1,500 Arabic letters and 195 foreign language letters.
