We can see the beautiful of suez canal from the top and taking photo there. For taking photo in here is free at that time. You dont need to pay anymore just pay for entrance.

It is supposed to be much better than that, and it will talk about Suez and the Suez Canal, and there will be a suitcase for the navigation channel, for example, and an introductory part about Suez at present.

The Suez National Museum, which opened in 2012, is located on the Gulf of Suez, and includes 2,500 artifacts that tell the story of the city, from prehistoric times to modern times. The museum is uniquely designed; The building consists of two floors separated by an open gallery, in addition to a museum garden in which a model of one of the ships of Queen Hatshepsuts fleet is displayed inside an artificial water basin. The scenario of the museum presentation tells the story of the city of Qalzum and the Nakao Canal, and highlights the rulers whose history has been associated with contributing to the establishment of this channel since the dynastic era, during the Persian occupation, then the Greco-Roman, up to the Arab conquest. The museum also highlights the history of Egypt’s trade relations, mining and shipbuilding, The importance of the city with regard to pilgrimage trips to the Holy Land, and the history of the current Suez Canal, with an entire hall dedicated to the modern history of Suez documenting the heroism of the city’s people during their armed struggle against the British occupation, and during the battle of October 24, 1973Entry price is 10 pounds per personFor students 5 EGPPhotography permit 20 EGP

A wonderful and distinguished place that displays the history of the Suez Canal since the beginning of connecting the Red Sea and the Mediterranean Sea through the Nile River. It enjoys a young and promising leadership (Mr. Alaa Abdel Ati), a pride for all young Egyptians

A place that really befits Suez governorate embodies a wonderful relationship between the past and the present, where the museum was designed with a contemporary character to connect modernity to history ... There is a huge collection of artifacts Pharaonic, Roman, Coptic and also Islamic .. I have been honored with the museum for two consecutive years

Ey
Review №40

The museum tells about the history of the city of Suez .. and its importance from the beginning of the Pharaonic era .. and that it was the main port for the departure of the Egyptian fleet to the country of Punt (the famous trips that Hatshepsut made)And in a section specific to the curtain of the Kaaba..because it was made in Egypt and was going in a huge caravan..also it was an encroachment on Suez..Unfortunately, there is nothing about the modern era and the role of Suez in the October war (I expected it to be an essential part), but the experience is generally nice and simplified with it..Entry: 10 EGP .. I think students will cost lessPhotography permit: 20 pounds

The museum was built on an area of 6 thousand square meters and added 8 thousand square meters to be a garden for the museum. The hierarchical structure of the museum represents a stylus topped by an open display. And in the museums water dock is a ship of the merchant fleet of the Pharaonic Queen Hatshepsut. The effects of Suez, which were kept in the Egyptian Museum warehouses in Cairo since the 1967 war, were returned to the museum and these monuments remained in boxes safe from the war’s destruction.Other artifacts have been added from other museums and archaeological sites around Suez, such as Oyoun Moussa and Wadi El-Gawasis.In the museum there is the last bearing of the Kaaba cover which was sent from Egypt to Mecca in the name of King Ahmed Fouad II.The museum has halls that tell about ancient navigation throughout the ages, as well as halls for Greek and Islamic antiquities.
