They are always always late, you may wait for 45 mins to be felt around.Not the used service by cook door we used to go frequently 10 years ago. And they deleted some good items from the menu. So sad that it is no longer our favourite fast food restaurant.

I ordered through talabat app and I received the wrong order so I called the branch and they were very helpful and prompt.They sent me my order right away no questions asked even though they couldve said its talabats fault since I ordered from them.Id like to thank Hisham abdel 7ay for following up and making sure I received my order fast and fresh!

Best fast food to eat in Alexandria and i would always recommend you to eat Super crunchy sandwich i believe it is the best seller and after that there super viagra sandwich is really nice . There deserts and acutely amazing try getting there twix cheese cake.
