The shawerma meat is horrible unchewable

Soori was once the best place for shawarma, but now their food quality have been dramatically reduced. Portions are the same while prices increased. They dont care about quality anymore. They are depending on the reputation they had as one of the first syrian restaurants in Egypt. They need a serious review for their branches, employees and quality control.Else, I expect that they soon will close many branches and lose the trust of many people.

First of all ... It is not a Syrian restaurant it just name ..... It Egyptian restaurant .... The shawerma sandwich is not tasty at all because it is not fresh and the guys who serve does not care about the content ... They just but without any balancing the quantities ..... Also they quickly pick it up from the grill...... Am not recommending at all.

Ordered and payed for 2 full chicken and received only 2 halves when I called he told me that the price for 1/2 chicken was 59.5 LEIn the menu it says 32 LEMesahab, fatoush and fatayer were really bad.This was my recent experience in Smouha branchHonestly last year was much better

Not a good experience

One of the oldest Syrian cuisine opened in Alexandria. Still keeps a certain level of good quality food, dishes and sandwiches since the day they started. Very recommended for their variety and taste. Chicken Shawerma is specially recommended.

Used to be one of the best places for Syrian shawerma and fries with melted cheese. Restaurant expanded with a huge degradation in food quality and a lovely jump on the prices

Very well-marinated chicken shawerma with delicious tomeya and pickles. Maybe too many fries for some people’s taste.

The price kept increasing gradually which is okay as everything is becoming more expensive, but for the quality it keeps getting worse by time, still okay but needs better kitchen staff

Great taste and respectful service, when a mistake happened and the delivery forgot the drink can, i called to inform about the missing item and within 10 minutes the delivery guy was knocking apologizing about what happened and handled the missing drink.

The worst shawarma sandwich I have ever eaten in my life is a very, very beast branch.A branch in Jid Smouha and an experience that will not be repeated again

Eating to say the least is very poor, and it is neither Syrian nor Egyptian, and very expensive compared to its bad taste, a bad experience, I do not recommend it at all

Its a very disgusting place, and I eat, for Gods sake, the Great, trash and coffee, never industrial
