With Covid19 situation, the restaurant management is taking the full requirement to insure the social distance and using the masks with Hand Sanitizer Gel regularly. Food is good and the location is the nearest to The land mark bridge famous for photo sessions “ Stanley Bridge”

Great experience although it was very crowded but we found a table and the food was perfect tasty and the portions were very nice what I ordered I found it exactly

Even when it was crowded we found a table quite easily and the AC was on point but deducted a star because the bathroom could be better equipped and didnt have TP nor an air dryer

Very good quality and food this branch is good in food but not accomodations dirty toilet with no paper and soup and always very crowded

Worst branch ever.. It is supposed to be good as the location is great. but the chicken and fries were really oily. Order came with faulty drinks and i had to replace them. The tray was missing salad spoons, napkins and straws and i had to return again to get them.. Order was missing a piece of chicken so i returned and got it.. the staff was polite.. the toilets were dirty and smelly.

One of the best franchises in Alexandria, but its not cheap and the fries arent as crispy as you would expect, other than that the food is awesome, the service is great and the workers are nice, oh and also theres no hand dryer for some reason.

Worst experience ever and the staff is so vulgar!

The staff are scammers. They charge you for a large meal even when you ask for the regular even though the only things that would be bigger are the fries (and even they werent large). The chair I sat on was broken and I nearly fell and had an accident. Food was mediocre. Avoid this place and go to another brand where they have respectable staff. Although I am pretty sure this is company policy. Take my advice and spend your money elsewhere for eating out.

Not recommended. As you can see in the picture, the chicken in the sandwich is like half of what is advertised.

Clean and friendly staff. But such a long time to be served, the service is slow and a bit up siting when you running late for a meeting. There was no rizo when I went. So stick to the chicken sandwich. Quite popular as is just a front of the hotel and is wide enough to host. Recommend

The food was ok

Not good as before, very overpriced now. U can order 2 meals which is equal to half of a chicken with 110 pounds. It is tooo much for a family of 5 people. It’s fast food , it has to be cheap. The sandwiches are always empty and the chicken included is very thin layer and hard to chew, it was my favorite now it’s my last choice. Plus the tummy achy after every order which means that it not clean and too much oil. KFC abroad still good but in Egypt it is one the worst.
