Well decorated, unique atmosphere, and friendly staff, however, the place advertises specialty coffee that could very well disappoint you if you have high expectations.Is it bad coffee? No, Its just not good enough to match its very high price. Id also like to mention that they never have decaf coffee which is on the menu.With all that being said, its one of the best coffee houses in Alex, and I highly recommend it.

Terrible coffee, terrible experience. I was bullied because I dont speak the language and openly laughed at by a couple of employees. One of them literally crouched behind a colleague to laugh. They also kept 5 egp from the change they owed me for no reason. When I asked for it the money was given to me with such an attitude as if I was a beggar. I asked for something to carry the two cups, but apparently that was too much to ask. They kept repeating no English and speaking with one another giggling and grinning while staring at me. When I asked to speak with a manager as the situation had become too much to bear they claimed that one of their colleagues was the guy to speak with: a 20 year old guy who wore their same uniform and didnt even try to help. I have never seen anything like that. Egyptians are famous to be warm and welcoming and prior to this incident I have never had reason to refute this claim. Sadly this place is full of immature bullies who care more about having fun than doing a proper job.

The place is unbelievably cozy and sweet!The beverages there are all of premium quality as well 👌 totally recommended

I really love this place. There you will feel the mastery in the design of the decor and the mixing of colors with the expertise of the staff and their beautiful spirit and above all this you will taste one of the strongest espresso

Coffee was ok, not amazing or anything.Cake was good.Not much variety, no disposable forks, staff cant focus with the new customers, but they certainly give too much attention to their regular customers, to the point they ignore the new customers! One was friendly, though, and wanted to help.Very average experience, will not repeat.
